When I woke up in the first day of New Year, my father and mother gave two red packets to me, and blessed me that everything will go well on me. I thanked them, and accepted the red packets happily. I have been waiting for the day that I can get lots of red packets. This is my happiest time of the year. After lunch, both my family went to the park, the streets, and the shops or supermarkets. We took many photos in the park, and bought many things in the shops or supermarket.

I met my uncles and aunts, they all blessed us happy New Year and gave me red packets. I was too happy to count how many red packets I got. The following days, we visited my grandparents and some of relatives. We happily talk with them, and brought some presents to them, and also received some New Year presents. This was how did I spend my Spring Festival; I really enjoyed myself in Spring Festival.

Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment。

There were few people on the earth， and natural resources seemed to be

unlimited。

Today things are different。 The world has bee too crowded。 We are using up

our natural resources，and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals。 If

we continue to do this， human life on earth will not survive。

We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea， there will soon be

none left。 Yet，with modern fishing methods， more and more fish are caught。We

know that if too many trees are cut down， forests will disappear。 Yet， we

continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees。 We see that

if rivers are polluted with waste products， we will die。 Yet， waste products

are

still put into rivers。

We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate， in a

few years， there wont be enough food。What can we do to solve these

problems?

If we eat more vegetables and less meat， there will be more food available。

Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are

kept。

Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them。

The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods

of birth control。

Finally， if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a

better and cleaner planet in the future。

The Spring Festival! The Spring Festival! Every household blissfully unaware.

My home is not exceptional also, my house with a beautiful Spring Festival couplets, window stickers, or pattern of the rabbit!

The day of the year 30, at four o clock in the afternoon, we all ready to go out to dinner. Before leaving the mother call I write wishes on the red envelopes, grandpa likes sports lottery tickets, I will write on grandpas red envelopes: wish grandpa lottery prize; Grandpa love playing mahjong, grandpa I will write on the envelope: wish grandpa mahjong table to make more money; Grandma and grandma I write I wish them good health! At the dinner table, I for mother give red envelopes to old people, adults also gave me lucky money, the adults wish me a happy New Year, learning progress, to the next level!

春节到!春节到!每家每户喜洋洋。

我家也不例外，我家贴上了漂亮的春联、窗贴，还是兔子图案的呢!

年三十那天，下午四点钟，我们全家准备出发去外面吃年夜饭。出门之前妈妈叫我在红包上写祝福的话，爷爷喜欢体育彩票，爷爷的红包上我就写上：祝爷爷彩票中大奖;外公爱打麻将，外公的红包上我就写上：祝外公麻将桌上多赚钱;奶奶和外婆我就写祝她们身体健康!饭桌上，我替妈妈把红包给老人们，大人们也给我发了压岁钱，大人们祝我新年快乐、学习进步、更上一层楼!

一句句祝福的话语，一句句谢谢在耳边转来转去，我的心里暖暖的，甜甜的。

There are many festivals in China. Among them, I like the Spring Festival

most.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because

it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family

gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the

college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study

classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I

have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very

important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my

friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I

run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a

while, only sweat and laugh left. It is a good exercise for health and a good

way to relax from the busy study too. This is my high school life, busy and

fulfilling.

The Spring Festival,Chinese New Year,is the most important festival for all of us.All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal. At the same time,everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 oclock,some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly.We may watch the fireworks excitedly.How busy it is!

On the first early morning of one year,many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door.Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cuttings.The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days.

So during the fifteen days,we always visit our relatives from door to door.At that time,children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents,grandparents,uncles,aunts and so on.

The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival.It names the Lantern Festival.So the Chinese New Year comes to the end
