当我成功的那一刻，我感到所有失败的痛苦都是养料，所有的坚持都是雨露，滋养了成功之花的鲜艳明媚!

我终于尝到了成功的喜悦和收获，我好高兴。林清玄先生说的果然没错，坚持就一定成功。

“让我们荡起双桨，小船儿推开波浪……”无论从前还是现在，这都是我最喜欢的一首歌，因为她荡起了我心中的层层涟漪。

人生好比行船，依靠两支桨方能到达彼岸，一支桨叫知识，另一支桨叫梦想，有的人也许一开始就只有一支桨，他卖力地往前划，却始终只能在原地转圈，因为他迷失了方向。

因为遇见了董卿所以邂逅了梦想——做一名出色的主持人。冰心在《成功的花中》这样说道：“成功的花，人们只惊羡她现时的明艳，然而当初那小小的芽浸透了奋斗的泪泉，洒遍了牺牲的血雨”。董卿光环的背后是年幼时父亲的逼迫，不断积蓄的知识，一次次的尝试与练习……

自从有了主持人的梦想后，我开始努力学习，于是爱上了阅读，找到了自己的“另一个世界”，也许是“腹有诗书气自华”吧，我变得自信，走自己的路，让别人说去吧，于是我继续坚定地走在梦想的道路上，后来，我又懂得了坚持，“滴水穿石”，努力就有希望。

现在的我几次狠狠的把自己逼上了梁山，因为我认为有挑战才有突破。当下的我又有了一个新的目标——锻炼自己随机应变处事的能力，所以我毛遂自荐当了班长，我似乎感到我的路越走越宽了。

未来的我，一切都是未知，无论将来成功与否，我都想对自己说：“我想过，我爱过，我努力奋斗过。”

words will keep trying to pursue his goal no matter how many times he fails. In

my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have.

Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.

One reason is that if we give up easily, we will achieve nothing. It is not

unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not

feel discouraged. Besides, if we always give up when fail happens, we will can

not develop new skills. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to

reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed

in other areas of our lives.

Probably the greatest example of persistence is Abraham Lincoln. Born into

poverty, Lincoln was faced with defeat throughout his life. He lost eight

elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown. He could

have quit many times - but he didnt and because he didnt quit, he became one

of the greatest presidents in the history of America.

Lincoln was a champion For the reason that ---he ,never gave up.

老奶奶正失落的望着窗外，她似乎很渴望在外边走一走，但却因为身体太过虚弱只能躺在这冷清的病房里。也不知道她得了什么病，看着她似乎很痛苦。从那之后我决定当医生，拯救人们宝贵的生命，因为医生为国为人做出了贡献，医生拯救伤病患者，解除痛苦，拯救生命。这足以让我萌生梦想，我们因为崇敬他们，比如屠呦呦获奖让我更加确定了当一名医生愿望。

A tour guide is a person who leads groups of tourists around a town, museum, or other tourist attractions. The guide provides commentary on the features and history of the location. When I travelled in Nanjing, Yangzhou and Suzhou last summer with my parents, an idea always ran into my mind that I could consider becoming an English tour guide some day. Yes, why not? Travel can broaden my mind, deepen my knowledge of the beautiful in China, even in the world.

If I can realize my dream, then personally I can enjoy the beautiful scenic spots for free and earn money and enrich my life, thus uplifting my life quality.
