一位诗人说“从一粒沙看世界，从一朵花看天堂，把无限放在你的手掌，永恒在一刹那里收藏”。几天前，我有了一个听讲座的机会，从中我学到了很多东西。现在，我想把这些与大家共享。让我们伸出右手，我们可以看到手掌中的展示我们的爱，事业和生活的三条线。我在生活方面这条线很短，那你们的呢?我想知道我们是否可以用这种办法去看我们的未来。好的，让我们一起握拳。我们的未来在哪儿?我们的爱、事业和生活在哪儿?告诉我!是的，它们就在我们的手中。它们被我们自己掌握着。

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go

better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the

past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that

we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t

mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way.

Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

我们所有人都希望未来能比过去更美好，但是未来能自己变得更好。不要因为结束而哭泣，微笑吧，为你的曾经拥有。从过去来看，生活是艰苦的，但我们是更坚强。我们知道我们不能选择感觉，但是我们能选择和它相关的东西。失败并不意味着你不拥有成功，它只意味着你应该用另一种方式去做这件事。失败并不意味着你应该放弃，只意味着你应该更加努力。

As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the

first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing

we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we

give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the

owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

正如我在前面所说的“我们正在读一本无穷的书中的第一章的第一节。”过去的已经过去，无论我们无力改变，但是未来却在我们前方。相信“我们给了世界什么，世界也将给我们”。并且从今天起，让我们一起做我们自己的主人，一起大声说出“世界是我们的，未来是我们的。”

梦想是美丽的，是理想的翅膀，人生因梦想而奋进，人生因梦想而高大，人生因梦想而伟大。在我心中，有许多梦想，随着时间的推移，那些曾经有过的美好的梦想也渐渐远去，成为过眼烟云。

xx岁那年，我中师毕业，来到偏远的乡村楼台，开始了我的教师生涯，日复一日，年复一年，周而复始。

xx年的从教生涯，我深深地认识到：做一名优秀的人民教师，除了要有远大的专业理想、丰富的专业知识、精湛的专业技能以外，还要有朴素的专业情感。怀揣梦想、让爱心飞扬。

以生为本，促学生全面发展，怀揣学生全面发展之梦。

教育是永恒的事业，教师是太阳底下最崇高的职业。广大教师的日常工作虽然平凡，但意义又非同寻常。全社会、学生、家长对教育寄以厚望，教师肩负的使命可谓神圣而光荣，任重而道远。面对千千万万的学生，广大教师需理想远大、志存高远，要有“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”的博大胸怀，要有“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”的崇高思想境界。我们只有进一步增强事业心、责任感，以促进学生的全面发展、个性发展和可持续发展为己任，把素质教育落到实处，坚持以学生为本，遵循教育教学规律和学生身心成长规律，才能促进学生的全面发展。只有学生发展了，成长了，我们的教育才有真正的意义，我们教师所付出的辛勤劳动才有收获。

终身学习，强化实践，怀揣提高专业素养之梦。

当今世界，科技突飞猛进，信息与日俱增，社会各个领域的知识不断由单一走向多元，不断向更深更广的层面发展。当今国际竞争的趋势是以经济和科技为基础的综合国力的竞争，但归根结底是人才的竞争。作为教师，以学生时代所学知识，试图通过一次性的受教育就能获取所有知识，用固有的知识水平来教育现在的学生的观念早已过时。终身学习是每一位教师终生的过程，是贯穿于我们整个人生，是每一位教师自发的、主动的、持续的教育过程，它包括了教师的职业理想、理解水平、业务知识、个性特长等。作为传承和发展人类先进文化的教师，更应积极践行终身学习，不断提高专业素养。教师促进教师专业成长，关键要靠学习。要切实增强终身学习的理念，创新学习方法，重视团队学习，提高学习效能。同时坚持学以致用，强化实践，不断提高运用新理念新知识解决实际问题的能力，努力做一名人民满意的好教师。

为人师表，教书育人，提高幸福指数，怀揣做幸福的教师人生之梦。

职业幸福感来源于自我的成长和自我价值的实现。张丽莉用大爱诠释教师精神，用大勇闪耀人性光辉。她是人民教师的杰出代表，在危难面前，她牺牲了自己的健康，奋不顾身地把自己身体挡在学生前面挽救了学生的生命，无疑彰显了师德的伟大，她也是现代教师模范代表。做一名现代教师，我们要认识时代赋予我们的机遇，珍惜美好生命，努力创造幸福的教师人生。要好好学习，重视学习，终身学习，把学习当作一种生活方式，从学习中成长，享受学习的快乐。要好好工作，珍惜做教师的机会，常怀感恩之心，以一颗真诚的爱心、一颗对事业高度的责任心和对教育的敬畏之心，倾注教育事业，努力实现自我价值，创造成功幸福的人生。要好好生活，知足常乐，积极向上，树立正确健康的人生观，积极锻炼身体，珍惜和爱护家庭，创造和享受幸福和谐的家庭生活。
