今天是中秋佳节，想必故乡的人们一大早就在忙包粽子了吧。（在我的故乡，中秋佳节每家每户都会包粽子的。）记得刚上初中时，到了这一天，我都是村里起得最早的。那时村里还十分的寂静，没有一点亮光。我挑着桶子到村前的那口吊井里挑水回家，煮粽叶和棕榈叶。当锅子里的水沸腾了十余分钟后，我便用一个夹钳把锅子里的粽叶还有棕榈叶夹到一个竹篮里，拿着洗衣服用的刷子，放开家里的大门。那时天才刚麻麻亮，母亲常会被我的放门声所吵醒，然后急忙地起床，跟我一起到村前的吊井边洗粽叶和棕榈叶。

当竹篮里的粽叶洗到一半时，村里的屠户老板就会在村头村尾叫：“卖猪肉喽，卖猪肉喽。”此时的母亲会从口袋中掏出一张一百的钞票，叫我买猪肉的同时，看到有卖鱼的，卖鸡的，卖鸭的都买点回家。我每次接住母亲手中的钱，就飞速地向屠夫老板卖猪肉的地方跑去，可每次跑去，屠夫的旁边都围满了买猪肉的村们，大家都你砍两斤五花肉，我砍三斤猪头肉地买着，十分的热闹，我每次都要近半小时才能买到猪肉。

等我买到这些肉类回家放着，再次到达水井边洗粽叶时，村民们陆陆续续地提着家里煮熟的粽叶跟棕榈叶来这洗，大家边洗便聊家常，小孩子们在旁边嬉戏，嘻嘻哈哈的，热闹非凡。洗完粽叶跟棕榈叶后，大家回到家里，把竹篮放在一旁，然后把家里的一个大木桶和包粽子时用的糯米提到吊井的旁边，从吊井里提上水后，倒到大木桶里，把糯米洗干净。记得每次洗糯米时，我都会在一旁帮母亲提水，因此我家的糯米每次都比村民们洗得快，洗得干净。村民们洗着白花花的糯米，脸上总露出甜美的笑容，有点过年时，洗糖果米味道，因为在家乡除了过年，中秋节就是最大的节日了，大家都兴奋不已。

洗完糯米后，大家把它提回家，然后在上面撒点栀子水，用手一搅，桶里的糯米都变得金黄金黄的了，然后把棕榈叶绑到相应的地方，把两片粽叶弄成一个斗漏型，把染成了黄色的糯米适当的放到里面，约两下粽叶，然后用一小块棕榈叶绑着，这就是包粽子了。包好粽子后，大人会把粽子放到高压锅里煮，这就是所谓的煮粽子。在我的记忆中，家乡的小孩子，在此时都会在家里或者在外面跟伙伴们奔奔跳跳的，因为要不了一小时，就可以吃上香喷喷的粽子。

当粽子快要出锅时，大人跟小孩都会围拢到锅子旁，大家的口中都会不停地吞口水。要知道，在我的家乡，一年里，除了端午节会包粽子，就是中秋节了，而端午节与中秋节相隔三个余月，大家早就想吃粽子了。当粽子从锅子里拿出的时候，大家会纷纷去拿粽子，此时吃粽子，也没有像端午节那样有讲究了，只要有粽子，自己吃得了，想吃几个就吃几个。朋友，在此我又不得不插上几句，我是一个十分喜欢吃粽子的人，记得那时的中秋节，我一次可以吃上五个粽子。现在的我想着想着家乡那独特的粽子味，又在不停地吞口水了，仿佛自己在家中过中秋，看着那香喷喷的棕子，从锅里而出，忍不住急忙伸只手过去拿个粽子，津津有味地吃起来。

洗完肉类的菜后，大家都把它们提回家放着，然后到自己家的菜园里弄点香料，同样也会到河里洗干净。大约下午三点半，村民们会在家里，拿着肉类的菜在砧板上切呀，砍呀，还有在灶上刷锅呀，那声音在每户人家都可以听到的。

在我家，父亲常常是不来做菜的，每次都是我跟母亲弄，因此我每次都会落几手拿手菜。忙碌了两个小时的样子，基本上一桌的菜就会做好，母亲便叫上爷爷奶奶跟叔叔来家里吃团圆饭。犹记那时吃饭的时候，家人们的脸上都露出甜美的笑容，比过年还要浓。可惜的是，我已经有这么多年没有看到过这种场景了。
