Still I was totally caught off guard by Aeros offer though he had always been kind. I thought it was my own business and it had never occurred to me that some other individual would offer to help with my selecting the courses. So I declined his kindness.  The very next day, I got a cough and it later turned out to be a four-day high fever. In those days, I was extremely weak and lay in bed all day long and hardly had any strength even to eat. I lost the power to keep an eye on the possible vacancies of the English courses ever since I got a high fever. I began to regret declining Aeros offer. Just at that moment, Aero called,asking about my health and told me to have a good rest, saying that he would shoulder the responsibility of selecting my English courses for me. Now I am writing this article as the homework of this writing course and Id like to re emphasize that it is all due to my friends effort that I have finally made it.

I was really grateful to him when he called and offered to help and it is hard to express my gratitude with words.  All I want to say about it is that at that moment, I realized that he had offered to help not because it made him feel he was important but because he meant business. Hes a man of integrity. I am proud of having such a friend.

My favorite recreational activity is go to the riverside park ride a bicycle. When the holiday comes, my father often takes me to riverside park to ride a bicycle for bridge. Cycling is not only let me enjoy the driving pleasure, and glides gracefully in purple flowers and green trees, picturesque scenery greeted constantly! Tired, you can also to ride was sitting by the roadside landscape park, enjoying the natural beauty of the blue sky, green space, the stream, enjoying the mother prepared drinks and snacks, not only make the usual accumulation of learning pressure immediately eliminated, but also make me feel full of happiness!

But after the invention of smart phones, "down" the situation has become so common, we often can see either in a ride or walk, always hand a tablet or a mobile phone on the Internet or play games, such not only can let eyesight worse, possibly because look at the road lead to the occurrence of traffic accidents, this kind of leisure activities not only to physical and mental development, but also may have a bad influence. So when we engage in leisure activities, should have more contact with nature, let the body and mind to be able to lift, it can achieve the goal of leisure activities.

Riding a bike can not only eliminate fatigue, exercise fitness, fitness, body, also can appreciate the beautiful scenery, more can energy saving carbon reduction, protect the earth, is really a good leisure activity!

在现代紧张忙碌的社会中，人们经常需要适时的休闲活动来纾解自己紧绷的压力及情绪。人们借由休闲活动除了可以提升工作效率之外，医学也证明适度的休闲活动可以提高身体的免疫能力，可见休闲活动对身处在现代的我们是多么的重要!

我最喜欢的休闲活动是去河滨公园骑脚踏车。每当假日来临时，爸爸经常会带我到永福桥下的河滨公园骑脚踏车。骑脚踏车不但让我享受到驾驭的快感，而且优游在奼紫嫣红的花朵和绿意盎然的树林间，如画的风景不断映入眼帘!骑累时，还可以坐在路旁的造景公园中，欣赏着由蓝天、绿地、小溪组成的自然美景，享受着妈妈准备的饮料和零嘴，不但使平时累积的学习压力顿时消除，而且也让我感受到满满的幸福呢!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

As usual,I got up at six in the morning today.I am an early bird because it says the birds get up early can catch worm ,well,I wasnt going to catch worm,even not the one in my computer,haha,they were actually some viruses in my computers,I guess its because I use pirated software all the time.Anyway,I did exercises and then studied for a while just like before,but I got one more special thing to do today:shopping.you know what?today is Saturday,it means I dont have school.Yep!I am so happy!

the next thing happens made me happier today was when I went out shopping with my friends,a person looks someone who was just travlling here ask me for direction.I told him the direction but it seems he didnt get it,so I decided to walk with him to the place he wanted to go to.and finally,we found the place yep!I am so happy!

And then,after I helped him,I met a beggar,he asked me for 2 dollars to buy food,what?I have only 3 dollar,so I gave him 1.5.I was so kind.Yep!I am so happy!
