Monkeys range in size from the Pygmy Marmoset,at 140 to 160 millimetres (5–6 in) long (plus tail) and 120 to 140 grams (4–5 oz) in weight,to the male Mandrill,almost 1 metre (3.3 ft) long and weighing 35 kilograms (77 lb).Some are arboreal (living in trees) while others live on the savanna; diets differ among the various species but may contain any of the following:fruit,leaves,seeds,nuts,flowers,eggs and small animals (including insects and spiders).

Some characteristics are shared am ong the groups; most New World monkeys have prehensile tails while Old World monkeys have non-prehensile tails or no visible tail at all.Some have trichromatic color vision like that of humans,others are dichromats or monochromats.Although both the New and Old World monkeys,like the apes,have forward-facing eyes,the faces of Old World and New World monkeys look very different,though again,each group shares some features such as the types of noses,cheeks and rumps.

今天，我在家很无聊，于是从我家的书柜里找出了一本《青年文摘》来看。我看了看目录，找到了《幽默小笑话》，翻到那一页，津津有味地看着。我看到一篇叫《教师节礼物》时，笑得我肚子都痛。

教师节到了，布朗老师收到了好多孩子给他的礼物。首先是糖果店老板的儿子的礼物。老师拿着礼物摇了摇：“我猜这一定是一盒糖果。”“你怎么知道的，老师?”“这是秘密!”老师笑了笑。接着是花店老板的女儿。“这一定是一盒美丽的鲜花!”“老师您太聪明了!”女孩答道。最后布朗老师收到了一个沉甸甸的礼物盒，那是酒厂老板的儿子送的，而且这回似乎还有些液体从盒底流了出来。“是果酒吧!”老师很快猜了出来，并顺势喝了一点。“不!”“哦，味道是有点不像。那一定是饮料吧?”“也不是!”“那是什么?”老师问道。“是一只小狗。”孩子答道。

哈哈，是不是很好笑呀!老师前两次全猜对了，因为老师认为孩子们的爸爸是干什么的，他们就会将爸爸给老师的东西给老师。可这位老师万万没有想到的是，这位酒店老板的儿子并没有送他爸爸的酒，而是给老师送了一件世界上独一无二的小狗。学生将这只可爱的、可怜的小狗送给老师，是为了给孤独的老师做个伴，不让老师在这样孤独下去，希望老师能快快乐乐的。

这位学生是多么好呀!我们要向这位同学学习，送小狗给老师就算了，我们就只要天天陪着老师，天天让老师开心就行了。

I have lots of neighbours but I like Aunt Huang best. She is in her forties. She is slim and pretty with a round face. She is a medium heght with a pair of glasses on her small nose. She is friendly and helpful. When we have troubles, she always helps us. She likes traveling and reading books. She often tells us the places she has been and the stories. She also likes animals and she has a dog named Diandian and she often walks her dog. She sometimes play badminton with her husband. She is so kind that we all love her very much.

MaoxinqiIn Nan Tong, spring is very beautiful. Trees are all green, flowers are all lovely. It’s warm most of the time, and sometimes it’s rainy. People like the season best, but I don’t. People usually go rowing and fishing, go for a walk in a park and have a Sports Day. Students are reading in the morning. Farmers are engage in farming. Spring is a busy season !

Summer is very hot, but people feel very happy. Sometimes in Nan Tong it’s rainy and cool. It’s hotter in Nan Tong than in Qingdao, so people usually eat ice-creams and go swimming. I like summer best, because my birthday is in summer. I can catch insects, play water with my friends, and I have a summer holiday. Summer always makes people feel happy!

Autumn is the best season in Nan Tong. It is cool and usually sunny. Sometimes it’s windy. I like flying kites and going camping.

People can go to farms in the countryside and pick apples, bananas, oranges… I like autumn too, because it is a season of results!

Winter is very cold and windy. Sometimes I can make snowmen. I usually run and jump in the winter, Nan Tong’s winter is as cold as in Shanghai, but it is colder in Beijing than in Nan Tong. 昨日是中秋节，每到中秋节我们都可以大饱口福了，中秋节又称仲秋节、团圆节，每年的这个时候全家人在一起吃一顿团圆饭，那是再好不过了。

今天早晨起来之后，我立刻吃完饭穿上衣服就向奶奶家出发了，到了那里后，天已经放晴了，我就跑进了奶奶家。我见奶奶不在家就开始和小狗一起玩，可是我不知道小狗跑哪里去了，就翻来覆去的寻找，终于在一个角落里发现了它，原来它在咬一块大骨头啊!

这时候奶奶回来了，带回了许多的好吃的东西，我贪婪的看着装着食物的袋子，想吃可是奶奶不让我吃，我只得悻悻的走开。

过了几个小时后，人终于到齐了，奶奶一一把菜端了上来，我眼见嘴馋，叨了一块排骨就在那里吃了起来。吃完之后我把骨头扔给了小狗，小狗见有好吃的，便顾不上我了，自己在那里开始吃了。

半个小时后，我们都吃饱了，所以都去睡午觉了。三点我才醒过来，让后就开始写作业了，我一直写到五点，姑父来了，我便又开始玩了。

过了一会，该吃饭了，姑父把周黑鸭拿了出来，我们吃了个痛快，吃完以后我和妈妈姑姑便坐在电视机前看中秋晚会，完了之后已经很晚了，所以我就洗洗睡了，睡觉的时候我还在想，如果每天都是中秋节那该多好啊，想着想着我就睡着了，在睡梦中，中秋节慢慢的过去了。
