第一，不要认为自己很苦很累很受伤。高考是很累，每天起早贪黑做数不清的题背数不清的单词，吃饭上厕所手里都不离书本不夸张，小编甚至干过晚上不回宿舍在教室呆着，只为趁着教学楼走廊的灯继续看书，因为宿舍不许点灯打手电。苦吗?苦。累吗?累。但那真的仅仅是相对自己平时的安逸生活而言。相比较凭借一己之力在社会上闯荡来说，上学真的和度假没什么两样。所以不要觉得自己高三好累好难过，因为以后大学毕业后想要闯出个样子，就算你有背景，也会比上学更苦更累，而且受伤难过了可能还会被别人落井下石，不像上学，同学们都很单纯会帮助你。

第二，不要责怪自己的父母对自己要求过严。平时小编说过很多劝慰家长不要给大家太大压力的话，但同时也想告诉同学们，如果真的家长很焦急给自己很大压力，不要太记恨，更不能想歪了：我爸妈是不是不爱我了?没有父母不爱自己的孩子，就是因为太爱自己的孩子，作为多活了几十年的人，更加盼望自己的孩子有个好的出路而不用在以后受太多的苦。出于这样的心理，他们就会变得着急暴躁，他们不是为了他们的面子，而是害怕自己的孩子以后过得不好。但他们的思想和咱们相差几十年，肯定有不同的地方，沟通的时候不易沟通是正常的事，代沟嘛。所以不要太过叛逆自己的父母，父母就算是说的做的让你感到很不舒服，也要努力甩甩脑袋不去想它们，更不要跟父母对着干，这样不仅伤父母的心，也会让自己的情绪不稳定，不助于同学们的高考大业。

第三，别听百无一用是书生这样的屁话。很多人说上学有什么用，出来还是找不到好工作。说这些的人，不是好逸恶劳者，就是心理扭曲的人。任何时候，有知识有技能有文化都要比什么都没有强，科技是第一生产力这句话绝对是真理。说个最简单的例子，小编和一个同学学的都是电子信息工程，但他在北邮上学。现在，小编做的工作一个月大概就是两千来块钱的工资，而同学同样在郑州，人家却能拿到五六千。区别就在于，因为他的文凭更硬，进入到的单位更牛。但是，这不仅仅是文凭的问题，聚会的时候和该同学聊天发现，他在大学所学到的，远高于我。学校不一样，效果真的不一样。不过，另一方面，跟小编一样的同学，上的很一般的大专，学的计算机，现在和小编差不多的工资，却干的是比小编累几倍的活。说这些其实是想告诉同学们，顶尖的大学固然是很难考，但那不是我们不去学习的理由。一本高于二本高于三本高于大专高于高中，永远都是这个道理。如果非要说人家很多大老板都没什么文化，小编也承认，可是他们比有知识文化的人多付出了多少倍的努力，多承担了多少倍的风险有谁知道?这样的人永远只是少数!所以我们也许考不上最顶尖的大学，但一定要保证自己尽可能考的更高，这样，以后才能更少受苦，万不可生出弃学的念头。

你好!向你老伴及全家人问好!

你肯定不会想到给你写这封信的竟然是我吧?你也肯定会为此感到十分突然和惊异吧?

每每看着__年8月毕业前夕你、我、曹建先和张万成四个同学在一起的合影照，都感慨万千，充满了思念。曹建先毕业后一直在新乡，我们两个人偶尔还有联系，而张万成自毕业参军后就一直没有音信了。

大学毕业时，我与同学的合影照只有两张，当然，这几个都是大学5年期间最要好的同学。

看到另一张我与吕国昌、徐__、裴心恒四人的合影像，更是令人感到凄凉和不堪回首。那年春节，我给郑州徐__打电话拜年，他老伴告诉我：__已经在年前患胆囊癌去世了。裴心恒从河医大调出后，最终在深圳蛇口区一家医院退休。我不时在网上搜索得知，他退休后曾经自己开个一个诊所，最近可能是被聘到一家体检中心去了。十几年前我与吕国昌还有来往，可后来就一直联系不上他了。网上曾经偶尔一次查到他曾出过一次医疗事故的消息，经过多方打听，后来又得到有关他病逝的消息。我一直不相信这是真的，也曾经给他的大儿子吕凯写过信求证，但是一直没收到回信。不知道是没收到，还是吕凯和他妈不愿意告诉我真相。我只记得吕国昌的原配妻子叫“振荣”，姓什么我也记不清了，也没法再联系。因而我想到了你。对于吕国昌的情况，你应该是清楚的。请你能够如实告知我。

说实话，我十分怀念我们在大学时那段友情，你的真诚、善良和对我似弟弟般的关爱……一晃，我们都老了，都年逾古稀了，都子孙满堂了，剩下的时间也就不多了。尽管“夕阳无限好”，但毕竟已“只是近黄昏”了。就按上世纪70年代你在河南医学院进修时我俩见最后一面算起，也有40年了吧……

纵观一生，尽管我们都留下有不少遗憾，但是总的来看，特别是进入老年之后，还是比较幸运的：毕业后在县医院呆了八年调回洛阳，后又干了20年行政领导，2002年退休。退休后，心血来潮，从事写作，曾发表千余篇小文，并相继出版了两本书。自今年停止写作……草草一生，无怨无悔。2011年6月曾患一次心肌梗塞，放置一个支架后立即好转……也算是不幸中之万幸。

我的老伴申景华是个中医，也有高级职称在身。早已退休。也毕竟是古稀之人了，能每天给我做两碗饭就已经很不错了。两个儿子，也都还能自食其力……

你的这个地址是我在网上查到的，也不知道对不对?我想你在当地也应该是名医了，这封信你是应该可以收到的。

跟你们相处两个多月了，回想这段时光，老师百感交集。

还记得夏令营，你们初到学校，一天下来，老师其实很心疼你们，我知道你们很累，但是你们顶住了高温、战胜了疲惫，那时的你们让老师欣喜，也让老师钦佩。

开学后第一个星期，老师很为你们担心，住宿的孩子，离开父母的怀抱，你们能适应在外的孤单吗?在家十指不沾阳春水的小宝贝，能独立照顾好自己的生活吗?走读的孩子，每天路上安全吗?天冷了能坚持吗?小学到初中，是一个巨大的转变，我的孩子们能适应吗?老师的担心太多太多。我唯一能做的，就是陪伴你们一步一步走下去。两个多月走下来，你们渐渐适应了初中的生活，你们学会了在想家的时候忍住哭泣，你们学会了关心班级和同学，你们学会了团结一心，你们快速地成长着。每当看到你们一点点的进步，老师都开心无比。

但是，我还得对你们严格要求，因为我不希望在初中三年的赛跑中，我的任何一个孩子拉下，成为陪跑的人。我深深明白，我的职责，就是用锋利的刀，把你们雕刻成一块块美玉，让你们破茧成蝶、凤凰盘涅。为此，我不知疲倦地督促你们、责骂你们。曾几何时，我和你们相处的时间，超越了和亲人在一起的时间;曾几何时，你们变成了我最关心的人，甚至比我的小多多还重要。最近两个星期多多经常说：妈妈又在陪哥哥姐姐了，不回来陪多多。每次听到这些，我都很惭愧，作为母亲，我是不称职的。但是，学校里有52位大哥哥大姐姐，他们正处在人生的转折路口，妈妈怎么能因为你而把他们丢下?

在家里，我反复思考了很多，作为老师，在这个事情上我是有过失的，我没有控制好自己的情绪。我也反复问自己，今后还要不要像以前那么拼命?值不值?我是不是应该改变一下，让自己轻松一些?

最终，我选择了一如既往，因为我是你们的老师，你们还小，难免犯错，老师理应宽容。也因为，作为一名老师，不能违背自己的良心;更因为，我看到了日记，你们告诉我，要振作、要向前看，作为你们的老师，我不能让你们失望。

同时，我也想告诉一些同学，做人不能没有底线，你打碎了一些东邪，不是一句对不起就可以挽回的，人生道路上，也不是所有人都能像父母师长能够宽容你的过失。
