校园外的小店和摊子上的食品到底好不好吃？是不是三无产品和垃圾食品？怎样才能辨别食品的安全？5月29日上午，我们走进了建德市市场监督管理局，听了一堂生动的食品安全讲座。

“你们喜欢吃零食吗?”“喜欢在什么地方买零食?”“你们知道什么是‘三无’食品和垃圾食品吗？……在工商局的会议室里，一位工商阿姨为我们上了一堂生动的食品安全课。阿姨边讲边打开世界卫生组织公布的十种垃圾食品的幻灯片，我赶紧在本子上记了下来：“油炸食品、辣条、罐头食品、腌制食品、加工的肉类食品、奶油制品、话梅蜜饯类食品、冷冻甜点、汽水可乐类、方便面和烧烤食品。

“这些是垃圾食品？这里面有好多可是我最爱吃的呀！”我边记边想，在“好吃”与“安全”之间，我心里开始打起了“嘀咕”，感到了迷茫。

在介绍了哪些是垃圾食品和三无食品后，阿姨把吃了这些食品的危害性进行了举例说明，听得我直冒冷汗。我又赶紧拿起笔一一记了下来。

回家的路上，我们几个小朋友边走边聊，有的说以后再也不买校园门外的食品吃了，有的说不会去买摆摊上的食品。还有的说，以后买食品，先要看看有没有过期。而我在想，我要把今天阿姨讲的说给班里的同学听，让大家一起来抵制那些有危害的垃圾食品。

Computer is increasingly popular in people’s daily life. The number of

computer in every family is more than TV set. Some people think it is so great

that they all regard it as a gift from the heaven. However, some people consider

it brings more disadvantages than advantages. In my opinion, both opinions are

correct, but if we can use computer in a proper way, its advantages are superior

to disadvantages. I have several reasons.

On the one hand, computer makes human beings’ life become easier. People

can do many things that they can’t do before. They can read newspaper without

buying it, only sitting in front of their computer, clicking mouse to open

website. Shopping online, watching movies, listening music and play computer

games are the common things that people often do by computer. But without

computer, they can’t do all these easily. In addition, computer is also very

helpful for study and work. People can have classes and work on it.

On the other hand, computer has so many attractive things that some people

will be addicted to it. Some of them may busy finding funs on it, and then

ignore their real duty, such as, study and work. As a result, it will have great

bad effect on their future.

To sum, computer has advantages and disadvantages. But if people can

control themselves to use computer properly, it is useful for their whole

life.

My holiday， do not have some fun.

During the holidays， I can do a lot of things， for example， watch TV， playing to the students home， homework， read a book， anyway， to do what they want to， take ones ease， good ah!

In the holidays， I can do they like to do things， as for me， I like to watch TV， look at it for hours， I also like to play computer games， as long as no adults at home， they can with the desire for.

In the holidays， can also not be learning problems， can be properly self-cultivation heart， express the yearning for a better future， how good ah!

mothers on Mothers day to get together and compete. So on this day, my mother

我提议前去品尝一下，妈妈赞道：“好主意!”走进店堂选址落座。服务员为我们上了茶，我心想，烤鸭店开在上海，能正宗吗?我灵机一动，大模大样的问道：“请问服务员姐姐，这店正宗吗?”她莞尔一笑，忙自己的工作去了……

As is known to all, food is a priority for the common people. Recently, however, reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers, showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day. The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of making money, leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences. This is not normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the government should have more control over these producers. Only when people are no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a better life.

As known as we all,education is important in modern society.Everyone ought

Nowadays, electronic music is very popular around the world. First electronic music got popular from Lady Gaga, her creative dressing styles caught people’s attention and then people started to notice her music. They fell in love with her electronic music. Unlike rock and roll music, electronic music is more favorable by me. It makes me excited and I am totally lost in the wonderful music. Once my friends and I went to a music festival. What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green foods, no junk foods. The green food is those pollution-free, high quality and nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

In China, the period of high school is very important for students, they will go to college after finishing high school. Because there are so many students in our country, the students have to take the college entrance exam, the test will decide which school they should go to. Every student in high school will study many course, when the second year comes, students will choose some courses for the college entrance exam. The first thing they should pay attention to is to measure what subject they are good at. Some students are good at math and geography, these students are always weak in politics, then they should keep on learning science. There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn to not judge

things too quickly. So he sent them each on a quest，in turn，to go and look at a

pear tree that was a great distance away.

The first son went in the winter，the second in the spring，the third in

I always care so much about the food I eat, because my stomach is a little

week, so I can’t eat the junk food all the time. The healthy food makes me keep

fit so I eat it. Vegetable is very important, we should eat it every meal. The

fruit contains a lot of vitamins, it is in need. The fish is best for me.

we have asked some people about what they think of having classes in holidays. some teachers who think we shouldn’t have classes in holidays hold the idea that teachers and students are tired and students should have more time and space to do their own things. while parents think students should have classes in holidays. they think learning more knowledge is better.

but 60% of students who disagree with it think that they should have some relaxation. on the contrary, other students hold the idea that they can learn more if they have classes in holidays.

i think it’s not very good to have classes in holidays. we should plan our holidays by ourselves. after all, it’s more helpful to combine learning and rest.

With the development of todays technology, education becomes more

important than before because people need to learn more to adapt the

society.Education enables people to understand the world better and have a good

job in the futrue.Moreover ,it also hao an impact on peoples behavior.

First of all, education improves peoples learning ability that makes them

know more about the world.Most things taught in schools are the basic skills or

means to further understsnding of our society .Only by learning these,can human

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.
