I think Echo is a natural teacher beacuse she has a lot of good methods on teaching.She is not only quite friendly ,but also humorous.Her class is full of fun that you have never feel bored.To improve our grades,she usually gives us some advices about how to learn English well.Whats more,she sacrificed her own time to help every student,no thought of gain.Sometimes,she nearly has no time to have lunch.When I ask her questions,she must spare no effort to make me understand,with patience and careness.I have never seen such a good teacher as her before.

A good teacher can point out the direction and give you endless strength when you get into trouble.Im lucky enough to have such a good teacher present to my life. Echo has a great inflence on me.Im thankful her help very much.

烧仙草是中国闽南地区著名小吃之一，其中除了鲜芋仙仙草流行于台湾本地之外，并风靡于东南亚地区，现已进入到大陆地区。

烧仙草的主要材料是：仙草、红豆、蜂蜜。据说台湾苗栗县九华山的仙草干最出名。几十年前的人们吃仙草时，主要是把它切成小方块，再简单地加上糖水和碎冰。虽然也有热饮，但还是放凉之后吃为妙。再配上用糖水浸制过的扁豆与弹牙的黑珍珠，啖啖清凉令人心境平和。在夏天，一杯冰冰凉凉的仙草冻，的确能将五脏六腑的闷热血气都清除的一干二净，当然也就容光焕发的洋溢自然之美了，是炎热消暑的圣品。

每次去百年东街，路过卖烧仙草的台湾美食店时，我都会请求爸爸妈妈给我买一杯。要品尝烧仙草了，奶茶的香味扑面而来，让我垂涎三尺，我先把最底下的仙草冻捞了上来，别看它黑乎乎的，但是到了嘴里就不一样了。它变得很滑，也很清凉，一下子就吸进了口中，像是吃果冻一样，而且还有淡淡的中草药味;薏米和花生在嘴里嚼几下就能咽下肚，而芋圆和黑珍珠都很有弹性，很糯却不黏牙，最后把奶茶一饮而尽。真好吃!

回到家里后，我十分想吃烧仙草，只好自己在家试着做。先把仙草粉煮成冻，盛在杯子里;然后把薏米、芋圆和黑珍珠煮熟也放入杯子中，最后加入冲调好的奶茶，加上一小勺熟花生和蜂蜜，放凉之后一杯美味的烧仙草就做好了。细细的品尝，自己做的烧仙草的味道不比百年东街卖的烧仙草差哦!
