我也曾经遭受其害。有一天放学，我实在饿得昏，就在一个麻辣烫的摊子前买了一份方便面，吃完了没多久，我的肚子开始疼起来，严重到无法行走，最后打了电话喊我妈来接，之后送到了医院，医生说这是吃了过于辛辣的垃圾食品所导致的胃疼，休息几天就好了，这时候我才真正明白垃圾食品的可怕之处，之后再也不敢吃了。

有的小摊小贩，为了一己私利，不惜去参入一些不健康的调料，如地沟油等，这些都是可致癌物，并且还有的商家在学校旁边开起了小铺，一到放学就有不少同学来此购买东西。有的人吃了一次感觉不错，便一发不可收拾的每天去买，经不住诱惑。那么这种垃圾食品和毒品有什么不一样呢？毒品有多可怕，那么这种垃圾食品，就有多么可怕。

我认为，世界卫生组织应该对于各国的小摊小贩都进行严格惩罚，学校也该对于学生们进行对此方面的一个教育，不要让祖国的花朵过早凋谢。并且同学之间也可以相互提醒，这样子起到的作用更大。

那么我倡议，为了祖国的未来，为了自己的身体，我们应该远离垃圾食品，与健康同在！
