As is known to all， food is a priority for the mon people.Recently，

however， reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers，

showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day.

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

making money， leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food

look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences。 This is not

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

government should have more control over these producers。 Only when people are

no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a

better life.

Almost all of us heard the story “Here Comes the Wolf” when we were little

Nowadays, house husband has become a hot phenomenon in modern society. As

we all know that no matter what country, it’s a tradition that men play a core

role in family who always take the burden to earn money to support their family.

But things are kind of different as society develops, more and more men are

beginning to take over housework while women go out from house. In my point of

view, I think this is not a big deal.

In the first place, house husband may be a shame title for men, but when it

to do housework. I don’t think it’s a shame for men, because no matter what you

do, as long as you do it well, you are successful.

To sum up, people should change their opinion about core role of a family.

It’s acceptable for women to support the family, and there is no shame for men

to do the housework. As long as you remember life quality comes first.

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself. As we all known,food safety problems are more and more popular in our country,because

more cases about food safety problem have appeared.

Firstly,As the old saying goes,the food is what matters to the people.Food plays an important role in peoples life.So food safety influences peoples health and life.Secondly,some producers only think about earning money without thinking about ensuring food safty.they produce unqualified food.Thirdly,some food supervisory departpents dont perform their duty completely.This behavior make some producer ignore the safety of production.

There is, however, another touching story: When Sakyamuni was on his way into the high mountains in his quest for understanding and enlightenment, he grew tired and hungry. Exhausted from days of walking, he fainted away by a river in India. A shepherdess found him there and fed him her lunch -- porridge made with beans and rice. Sakyamuni was thus able to continue his journey.

Laba rice porridge was first introduced to China in the Song Dynasty about 900 years ago.

Buddhism was well accepted in the areas inhabited by the Han Chinese, who believed that Sakyamuni the first Buddha and founder of the religion, attained enlightenment on the eighth day of the twelfth month. Sutras were chanted in the temples and rice porridge with beans, nuts and dried fruit was prepared for the Buddha. With the passing of time the custom extended, especially in rural areas where peasants would pray for a plentiful harvest in this way.

In China, Mid-autumn Day is considered to be a symbol of family reunion. On

this day, all the family members gather together at home to celebrate this

special occasion. Last year, I could not celebrate the festival with my family

because I was in university. However, this special day left a deep impression on

me.

I still remember the atmosphere of that evening. All the students who could

not go back home assembled in our classroom, having a party to celebrate this

traditional festival. We tried our best to show our own enthusiasm. As an ethnic

minority, I performed a peacock dance, which received warm applause. After the

two-hour party, we went out to the playground and sat together to appreciate the

Thanks to our classmates, I experienced such a colorful and interesting

Mid-autumn Day at my university. Thus, I learned to value all the festivals I

spent during my university life.
