An Unforgettable Experience

Last summer, I went to Beidaihe for my holiday with my family. We took a train because the way is not far. We lived in a big hotel where could see the sea . We stayed there for three days.

The first day, we went for a walk along the seaside, and then we went swimming and took a lot of interesting photos there. The second day, we went to a famous market and bought many keepsakes. I was going to bring these keepsakes for my friends. The last day, we had a good picnic on the seaside with the natives. They acted all kinds of programmes and made us feel happy.

It’s a very good journey, and we all enjoyed ourselves on those days. If I have another holiday, I will go there again.

When I was six years old, my cousin in tainan got married. Five people, including father, mother, two brothers and I, I took a taxi to the wedding. Its a beautiful scenery along the way. When I was looking at the scenery, however, the taxi door suddenly opened and I fell off immediately. My father and mother took me to the hospital. Luckily, only my nose was broken. 很多天以前我们就得到消息，省外一家外文出版社今天要到本系招2名英文编辑。一打听，要求还挺高，不但学习成绩进入全系前二十名，还要在英文刊物上发表过文章。仔细掂量了一下自己的实力，我的成绩是全系第十五，这个条件我符合;至于在英文刊物上发表文章，这个条件就有点难了，整个专业也许没几个吧。去还是不去呢?思虑再三，还是去试试。

招聘会在语音室进行。前来应聘的人数不是很多，也就十多人吧。大概是学习成绩这个条件让很多人望而生畏。面试开始了，应聘者依次拿着自己的简历和面试老师面对面坐着交谈。时间大概是3分钟。在我前面的几名同学，和面试老师的交谈了不到一分钟，就灰溜溜地走了，连简历也没有留下。很显然，他们都被淘汰了。

该我上场了。果然，面试老师一得知我没有发表文章的经历，连我的简历也没有看，客气地对我说了声“抱歉”。然后就招呼下一位了。

睡前总结：也许是第一次参加应聘吧，感觉很失败。毕业求职时发现自己学到的东西并不太多。对没有工作经验的我来说，平时的经验就是很好的积累。我很后悔大学前三年没有好好练笔写些稿子。

11月22日 星期六 阴

前天那场招聘会，被隔壁班的两位英语高人给抢走了，听说待遇还不错。签就签了吧，至少少了两个竞争对手，好单位还多着呢。

在武汉科技会展中心，今天有场“武汉8校联合招聘会”，我早早地买了门票，攥着几天前就准备好的6份简历进了场。其中4份是准备应聘翻译的，另外两份应聘英文报刊编辑。其实我的“硬件”还算过得去——专业八级，计算机三级，还有两次“院三好学生”和两次二等奖学金。找个翻译的工作，胜算应该比较大吧。

会场人很多，我绕场转了两圈，仅发现两家英文报刊在招广告策划，想想和自己的专业沾了点边，我毫不犹豫地把简历递了过去。

对方仔细看我的简历，问了一句：“你是学广告策划的吗?”

他刚才不是看了吗?怎么还问我?我说：“不是，我是英语专业的。我对你们的工作岗位……”“对不起，我们不要其他专业的!”还没说完，对方就很不耐烦地打断了我的话。

睡前总结：今天的收获几乎为零。宿舍小文总结我的失败之处在于跨专业求职。想来也对，跨专业求职对普通学生难度太大，除非事前有很好的准备。今天的失败应该在于没考虑自己的专业因素吧。

11月27日 星期四 阴

谢天谢地，终于迎来第一场针对本专业的招聘会。宿舍的几位姐妹都起床忙于梳妆打扮。我早早地起来，又把自己的简历看了一遍，按求职意向分门别类整理了一下自己的思路。挤进会场后，我先绕场一周了解大致情况，然后有针对性地把我的简历投了出去。

我们专业不过500来人，而整个会场人数足足有一两千。我甚至还瞥见有位同学来自广东省的中山大学。

到底是针对英语专业，让我感觉自己能胜任在场的所有职位。上午我去一家外贸公司应聘高级翻译。面试老师用英语问起了一些有关我家庭成员和籍贯的问题，虽然谈不上对答如流，却也算是表达清晰。后来又和我聊起了今年年初流行的SARS病的相关问题知识，我的语句就开始不通畅了。最后我感觉对方有点落井下石，竟问起了今年诺贝尔化学奖的得主来自哪个国家。我支吾了半天，只好“SORRY”。

还是再试试另一家报社的英文编辑吧。

展位前的椅子上已经坐了好多前来应聘的人。我刚要找个地方坐下，中间一位老师就站起来宣布面试开始。接着发给大家每人一张试卷。要求在半个小时内完成。

我瞅了瞅周围的人，他们看上去相当认真。题目是十个选择填空题和一篇作文改错。几个选择题似乎很简单，几分钟我就完成了。那篇作文是有关神州5号飞船升空的，反复看了好几遍，才找到一处语法错误。眼看时间快到了，我胡乱地改了几处单词。然后把试卷交了上去。

那位戴眼镜的老编辑花了几分钟看完了我们的试卷，当场宣布5人进入下一轮面试，其余的人全部淘汰。原因是只有这5人记得神州5号升空的日子。

为什么平时不多看看报纸呢。这么重要的错误也没发现?下次还是小心点吧。

睡前总结：两个这么好的工作就被我这样给糟蹋了。我发现虽然自己专业已经是八级，但口语什么的好象还不太够用，而要命的是我平时除了集中学习专业知识，对外界的关心太少了。 翻译和编辑两种工作都需要大量的社会知识积累。我败在了平时。

12月1日 星期一 阴

连续两天，华中科技大学和武汉科技会展中心召开了两场招聘会。天很冷，但依然高兴，因为两天的奔波换来了三个面试机会。

一是本市一家进出口贸易公司，我应聘副总经理秘书，二是一家企业缺个策划，再就是市中心一所重点高中的英语教师。我根据自己的优势和硬件，集中对英语教师进行了精心准备。想到面试时多半会要求我上台试讲，我还特地请教了我们的英语老师，让他为我作了特别辅导。

果然不出我所料，那位老校长要我上讲台授课，4位老师临时充当我的学生。好在我提前做了准备，一上讲台，我就着那本高中英语课本绘声绘色地讲了起来。加上我们高中学过那篇课文，我发挥比较出色。20分钟后，老校长叫停，而后就和几位老师开始了讨论。

说实话，虽然紧张，但我对自己的发挥还是比较满意。果然，老校长对我说：“刘小姐，你已经通过了我们的面试，如果你是真诚喜欢这个职位的话，请随时拨打我的电话，我等你的好消息。”说完，递过来一张名片。

睡前总结：那一刻，我几乎要高兴得喊出来。为了工作，我已经整整奔波了10 天了。今天终于尝到了被录用的甜头。嘿嘿。

[一个英语系毕业生的求职经历日记

在暑假里，爸爸和妈妈带着我到浒山的游泳馆去学游泳，我带了游泳圈、游泳眼睛、游泳帽和游泳衣，

一来到游泳馆，我不禁赞叹道：“哇噻！好大啊，我太喜欢在这里游泳了！”

我换好了衣服，来到了游泳池前，我的脚不禁颤抖起来。这时，爸爸猛得把我推下了水中，让我喝了好几口水，差点把我淹死。我马上抱住了游泳圈，把它套在了身上。

爸爸游过来了，想交我游泳。我坚定的说：“我一定要自学成才”。

我先用左手来游，我把全身的力气都用在了左手，同时游泳圈也在左手腕上上下滑动，右手也在使劲地划着，头向左边偏移。脚呢！扑腾扑腾地弹着，溅起了美丽的水花。我用左手学会了以后，我又用右手来学。我也把全身的力气集中在了右手上，头向右边偏移，左手也使劲地划着水，脚也扑腾扑腾地弹着。因为用右手来游，不是很适应，水进了嘴巴和鼻子，这样实在太难受了，使我不能呼吸，憋死我了。最后，我不套着游泳圈的游，手使劲地扑腾着，脚踢着水，喝了很大很大的一口水，都进了鼻子里。这时，爸爸游过来了，经过他的指点，我终于学会了。

经过了这件事，让我明白了一个道理，不管做什么事情呀，不吃点苦，是学不会的。

爸爸妈妈都上去了，我也该上去了，换完了衣服。我依依不舍地离开了游泳馆。

说起这上当啊，要从2009的一次法制活动说起，比去年来的稍微晚了一些。可却给我们男生带来了意外的惊喜。大家可能会说：“这是好事啊，为我们男生出了口气，可又怎么上当了呢?”大家可别急呀，要想知道这事情的来龙去脉，请听我慢慢分解。

原来，在创作活动游戏时，我们采取了一个“法制大气球”的活动方案。地球人都知道气球如果破了就没用了，所以我们几个男生就打算跑到学校外的文具店里，买些气球，可一去，我们就傻了眼，有散装的，有包装的，买哪种合算呢?散装的1角钱一个，听起来挺便宜的。而包装的呢?15元一袋，一袋有160个。大家用脑筋想一想就能知道，当然是包装的便宜啦!1角钱一个，你买160个就得16元，而包装的，就只用15元，整整便宜了一元钱，这一元钱，我们倒是不太在乎，毕竟是我们的班主任周老师，第一次把活动全权交给我们男生负责，让那些女生只有听我们指挥，拼命干的份。好不容易等到我们男生可以扬眉吐气了，哪能让这1元钱坏了一锅粥啊，而且，我们上对不起老师，因为这可是一次历史性的突破啊;不仅如此，我们还下对不起“势力”庞大的班干部队伍!让她们都白忙活了一场，特别是我们班那享有“武则天” 、“凤辣子”之“美称”的吕“大”方远，要是得罪了她，还不让我们体验“fiy”的感觉?最对不起的就是中间的男生了，我们好不容易可以咸鱼翻身了，可却栽在这1元钱的手里，谁受的了啊?最后，我们还是选择了购买包装的，我们拿出里面的气球摸一摸，比一比，觉得质量是肯定没有问题的。所以我们都兴高采烈得拿着气球跑回了根据地—教室。可一拿到班上，细心的同学就发现，这一袋气球啊，只有上面的是好的，而下面的呢?基本上都是半报废的，预计可以用的只有90-100个之间!啊!怎么会这样!看来，有句古话说的对：“无商不奸!”哎!悲哀呀!不过还好，我们想出了一个法子：半报废的气球就拿来做装饰算了吧!看来这次卖气球的经历，是以惨败收场!

正所谓“吃一垫，长一智。”我们相信，在以后的买气球事业中，我们一定不会和这次一样，以惨败收场!

One Saturday afternoon,my mother came from someone else hold a puppy home,I jumped up and down,overjoyed!

Dog covered with black hair,only the chin of a small group of white hair.I first met the dog,two great big eyes wide open,really want to say "who do not get to me,or care of my paw." I try to approach it slowly,gently stroking it,give it feeding.Later the afternoon we passed a little bit of contact,the dog close to me to take the initiative.I gave it a name as is "Jing-jing."

一个星期六中午,妈妈从别人家抱来了一只小狗,我又蹦又跳,高兴极了!

Doing a part-time job brings them so many benefits. For one thing college students can earn pocket money by doing part-time jobs so that they neednt ask money from their parents any more. For another the part-time jobs can help them get more working experience.

This summer holiday, I went to Dalian with my family. We got there by air. Dalian is a very beautiful and modern city. On the bus, we could see all kinds of buildings which were great.

An Unforgettable Experience

There are various activities in the college, such as hiking, gathering, competitions and so on. And what impresses me most is my experience of being a volunteer teacher.

I was a freshman when the School of Foreign Languages organized a voluntary activity which aimed at providing children in poor areas with a better education. I became quite excited and made up my mind to prepare for the class as well as I could. I read their textbook again and again to make sure that I was familiar with the language points. What’s more, I searched on the Internet for some additional information, which I thought would help me a lot in the class. At that time, I really could not wait to give the lecture.

Fortunately, it didn’t keep me waiting too long. It was a sunny day. And we spent almost an hour in the bus. Although I was tired and sleepy, my enthusiasm overwhelmed my tiredness. The school is a small place full of various books. The children there were so lovely that they left me a deep impression. They keep asking me

questions about study and they were also curious about the college life. I was quite happy surrounded by a group of children.

I really benefit a lot from the unforgettable experience. I realize that money and some material things should not be considered as the most important thing in our life. It is the self-realization that really makes our life meaningful. Although I did not get any material things from this activity, I was very happy for what I did for the children. So I hold that we should not just consider the salary in job-hunting, we should also think about whether the job can bring you spiritual enjoyment or not.

Today was fine and cloudy, and the sky looked blue. I went to visit Guilin with my grandfather. We spent 2 hours taking a bus to Guilin.

When we got there, we went to Seven Stars Park first, which is beautiful and famous. There are many kinds of colourful flowers. They are all lovely and beautiful. We took many photos there.

After a while,we went to the zoo in the park. There are also many animals in the zoo. I like birds best, because they have beautiful feather and can sing many good songs. We watched them gladly and feed something to them.

After that, we went to the Li River. There are many famous places and bridges beside and on the river. We met many foreigners. The river water was very clean and the hills were green. It looks like a wonderful picture. We stayed beside the Li River for a long time, feeling very happy.

When we felt tired, we took the bus back home. What a wonderful time we had!

Last summer holiday, I learned to swim. It was very unforgettable and interesting. I went to the swimming pool with my father. He taught me how to swim. At first, I was afraid of diving in the water. And I felt uncomfortable in the water. But father said it doesn’t matter and he would protect me. Then I began to swim, but I couldn’t swim forward at all. It made me upset. Then father told me how to move, how to stretch out my hands and legs. Slowly, I could move a little. In fact, it was not that easy. I learned it for almost half a month. I was excited when father told me I made it.

去年暑假，我去学游泳，那是很难忘也很有趣的一件事。我和爸爸去游泳池，他叫我怎么游。起初，我害怕潜入水里，在水里感觉也不好。爸爸说没关系的，他会保护我。然后我就开始学习游泳，但是我一点也游不出去，这让我很沮丧。爸爸告诉我应该怎么动，怎样伸手蹬腿。慢慢的，我就能稍微移动了。事实上，学游泳并不简单。我学了大概半个月。当爸爸告诉我我成功了的时候，我很激动。

I heard Lijiang is a very beautiful city when I was young. I travel there in a holidy with my parents.I went there plane. I saw there were many moutain when I got out the plane. The air was fresh.We went to the Lijiang Gucehng the fist day, we bought some intresting things and had a good meal in the Lijiang Gucheng. The second day ,we went to the Yulong snow moutain, its beautiful, and its my first time see the snow. I played with the snow happily. My father told me that Yulong snow moutain is a famous place in China, many people came here every year. I was happy in this trip, even like there better than Beijing!

对于演员这个职业，我一直带着“傲慢与偏见”，总觉得他们只要长得好看就能出现在荧幕上，成为巨星。然而一次特别的经历改变了我的偏见。

今年暑假，我得到了一次小演员的面试邀约。想着不用吃苦还能出现在电视上，这难道不是一件美事吗？于是，我兴冲冲地去面试了。面试结果令我欣喜若狂，我——我通过面试了，现在我是一名小演员了。

十月三号，我们在横店的拍摄正式开始了。一想到马上就要穿上华丽的演出服，化上精致的妆容，就开心得不得了，感觉自己捡了一个大便宜。想象是美好的，现实却是残酷的。拿到戏服才发现，戏服不仅是脏的，而且被很多人穿过。哪有什么精致的妆容，简单的化个底妆就上场开拍了。最让我苦不堪言的是场记的“321走”。一个镜头要拍无数遍，一句台词也要重复无数遍……等其他人都上大巴车了，天也黑了，我们还在“321走”。最可气的是，我们很认真地演了一次，可摄像大叔说：“我还没开摄像机呢！”下面一片唉声叹气。这时我才意识到做演员有多么不容易，他们并不像表面那样光鲜亮丽。我并不想辜负这次机会，每天都熬夜背台词，终于录制成功了。

经过3天的拍摄，终于拍完了《天仙配》这场戏。通过这次拍摄，我知道了演员的不易，对演员的认识有了深刻的改变。

this summer holiday, i went to dalian with my family. we got there by air. dalian is a very beautiful and modern city. on the bus, we could see all kinds of buildings which were great.

in the morning, we got to the hotel where we lived. after breakfast, we began to our travel. first we took the bus to the sea park. there are so many different kinds of fishes that i couldn’t believe my eyes. we also saw the show of dolphins. then we had lunch in a restaurant. the seafood which was very famous in china was delicious.www

after lunch we went swimming. the sea was blue and beach was golden. we all enjoyed ourselves in the sea. finally we went back the hotel where we lived. we had a happy day.

in this trip, we also went to some places which were interesting and famous in dalian, went shopping and so on.

several days later, we left dalian. on our way home, we were very happy. this was the reason why we didn’t feel tired. in all, we had a good holiday.

[英语作文难忘的经历

Mother bought some dumplings and some meat, today give us ready to pack dumpling to eat in the evening. Mother also taught me making dumplings before, so I will make dumplings together with my mother.

I picked up a piece of the wrappers first, and then pack up, but my mother taught me the way I all forgot, package dumplings, like bubbles, sometimes big sometimes small, mothers have to teach me again, this time I finally remember, three under two pack good, we eat in the evening, everybody said the dumplings are delicious.
