从办公室回来后，我就在反省自己，为什么我是如此的不争气，一次次辜负了老师对我的期望。教室里的同学一个个像打了兴奋剂，在大声地喧哗，有几个还在追逐打闹。他们的喧闹与我无关，我坐在座位上，一言不发，心中无限的懊恼与自责，老师语重心长的话语一直萦绕在耳边。

事情缘于这次期中考试。考试之前，妈妈就督促我要好好复习，迎接考试，而我不以为然，总觉得是一次普通的考试，没什么要紧的，所以我还是一如既往地该玩就玩，该闹就闹，没把考试放在心上。

事实证明我错了，尤其是考数学的时候，我像钻进了糊涂盆里，平时会做的题目在我面前模糊起来，老师平时讲的知识点全部想不起来了，我一下子懵了，所有的题都不会做了。可想而知，我的数学不及格，并且是考了自我上学以来的最低分数，我都羞于提到这个分数。

那天，我在提心吊胆中被老师拎到了办公室，老师用很失望的眼神望着我，我的心里也像有千只万只小鹿在撞，惶恐极了。老师把试卷递到我手上，那个刺眼的红分数令我羞愧难当，我低着头，紧张的手心都出汗了。

一直以来，我的数学成绩就很差，但我遇到了一位好老师。刚升入初中的时候，老师经常在大课间活动的时候把我叫到办公室，对我进行一对一的辅导。老师先让我从最基本的入手，给我出一些计算题，让我做基础训练上的题，做完后给我检查，画上鲜红的对号。当遇到不会做的题目时，老师便仔细给我讲解。每次数学课上，老师都会三番五次地提问我，让我到黑板上做题，对我各方面都很照顾。而我，却不能用最好的成绩回报老师对我的付出，我觉得很惭愧。

“我给你一份空白的试卷，你重新做一次吧。”老师温和地说，语气里没有斥责，满满的都是鼓励。我接过空白试卷，紧挨着老师，开始我的第二次答卷。考试时的那种钻糊涂盆的状态又来了，试卷上的一道道题在向我呲牙咧嘴，我绞尽脑汁却不知如何作答，额头直冒冷汗。老师看出我的焦虑，就给我讲解做法，一个题一个题的辅导我，让我掌握做法，吸取教训，保证以后遇到了类似的能会做。说来也怪，经老师一点拨，我那无序的头脑瞬时清晰起来，解题也顺畅起来。老师不忘给我鼓励，直夸我聪明，我更加得无地自容了。

一、掌握日记的正确格式

英语日记与汉语日记的结构相似，主要由两部分组成，即书端和正文。

1.书端（Heading） 英语日记的书端，是专门记载日期、星期和天气的，这一点与汉语日记相同，但在排列上有所不同。英语日记的书端在正文上边的左边（顶格），从左向右推进。

1）英语日期的写法有两种：

（1）先写某日，次写月份，最后写年份。某日用序数词的缩写形式；除May ， June和July三个月份外，其余各月份均可缩写；年份均用阿拉伯数字书写，但不能把“1991”缩写成“91”等。例如：

（2）先写月份，次写某日，最后写年份。用这种写法比较普遍。某日用基数词，也可用序数词的缩写形式，但后边须加逗号。例如：

如果在英语日记的书端里要写星期的话，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。例如：

2）天气情况

如果书端里还要记载那天的天气，只需用少数的词，如“Fin e”“Cloud y”等形容词表示。天气写在日期之后，须用逗号隔开。如果第一行内写不完，也可以移到第二行去写，但第一行内前边要空格，不可与第二行平头。例如：

期中考试和期末考试一样重要，有时还意义非凡。考好了，心里甜滋滋的 ，随之而来的是 老师的赞扬、同学们的羡慕和父母的喜悦;考得不号，老师会失望，父母会生气，还可能会面对同学轻视得眼光

马上上课了，也就代表考试开始了。第一题，听写48个国际音标，可以说是最难的一题，不仅要按照顺序来写，还要写正确，而且分类也要正确，更何况好多音标的发音，乍一听就像是一样。不过“好心”的老师，给了我们再听一遍这48个音标的机会，我也总算写出了这些音标。

但好戏还在后头呢，可谓关键“人物”总是最后关头才出场，这可不是关键人物吗？给我们扣分的关键人物啊。第二题是看单词写音标，还是有些难度的，主要还是因为掌握得还不够稳固。

“还有15分钟。”老师说道。大家一听，啥？只剩15分钟啦。我赶忙奋笔疾书，把没做完的题赶紧做完。没多久，老师便说：“考试结束，所有人把卷子交上来。”大家又是开心又是着急，开心是因为考完试老师答应我们看一会儿电视，着急是一些没做完的人估计分数就不怎么好看了。

我们在教室里边看电视边等老师，过了大约半个多小时，老师总算把试卷批好了。她走进教室，将试卷发给我们，许多同学都不敢相信这是自己做出来的试卷，而我也只得了86。5分，可我没有想到的是，我竟然是全班第一。哎！我真想不通这么低的分数，居然能得全班第一。没啥好得意的，还得多花时间学音标。

我来到班上，人已到齐了，我拿到到试卷，略视了一下，不难，我便拿起笔沙沙写了起来，我一边写，一边头上滴下密密的汗珠，班上寂静的气氛使我 紧张起来。。。。。。终于写好了，仔细检查了一遍又一遍，终于确定无误时，把试卷交了上去，当老师改到我的试卷时，我两腿发软，仔细的看着老师批改，但是，事情非我所愿，有一题把er写成了et,扣了0.5分，只考了99.5，第一名是杨家山小学的一位小女孩，我还是对我自己不满意，虽然是全班第二，因为想想昨晚：我自己一个人复习到九点钟，早上六点就起来复习，我是对不起父母，更对不起昨晚的良心有苦，还对不起昨晚的自己。我对自己的英语要求是：只争第一，不争第二。所以我还需要更加努力。只因为没有最好，只有更好。

这一次考试，也是我悟出了一个道理，没有付出就没有回报，付出了，才会有回报，你的付出与你的回报是成正比的。
