每个月召开一次班干部工作会议，并不定期对班干部进行工作能力培训。

为了让更多的同学得到锤炼，实行值日班干部负责制。

2.加强班级管理岗位责任制

设岗位，定人员，定工作，把班级工作分成若干岗位，每个岗位专人负责，使学生的实践能力、社会责任感得到提高。

3.加强学生自我管理

建设管理小组，由学习委员带头课代表、组长为骨干，全面负责班级学习工作;开展学习竞赛活动;开展“学习结对，共同提高”的互帮互助学习活动。

4.加强师生对话

在六十亿人口中有很大一部分是聋人。他们并不拥有健全的身体。他们在日常生活中要比普通人面对更多的困难。然而，有一个他们不得不面对的大问题。那就是不公平待遇。他们都是残疾人，往往会被歧视或欺负。很多人认为他们是废人。事实上，这种行为是不应该的。聋人也是人类也需要公平对待。他们也可以为社会做贡献或成为对社会有用的人。他们只是眼睛看不到东西并不是笨蛋。例如，海伦凯勒就是盲人，但是她用她自己的故事来激励了世界各地成千上万的人。所以，我认为我们应该给聋人一个机会。不歧视他们，尽量帮助他们。世界将会变得更美好。
