平和是一种修养。《老子》中有云：“上善若水”、“水善利万物而不争。”水因润泽万物而不与万物相争，甘居下位，随物赋形，故能成其善。王昌龄则说：“一片冰心在玉壶”。心若像冰那样晶莹，像玉那样透亮，就能成就人纯洁完美的品格。平和的人，因淡泊而获得宁静，因执着而获得坚韧。平和的人，有更多的信心和勇气投入生活，拥抱生活，所以珍惜生活，善待生活，享受生活。平和的人，有着悠然、恬静和健康的身心。

平和是一种心态。“猝然临之而不惊，无故加之而不怒。”处事不惊，遇事不变。待人宽厚得宜，处事方圆得体，不过分，不过激，不斤斤计较，不患得患失，以一种平静，超然，真诚的投入接物待人。信奉：“竹影扫阶尘不动，月轮穿沼水无痕。水流任急境常静，花落虽频意自闲。”

平和是一种境界。《幽窗小记》中有一副对联曰：“荣辱不惊，闲看庭前花开花落;去留无意，漫观天外云展云舒。”鲍尔吉·原野在《平和》中写道：“平和作为一种心境，胸中印有松风水月，花香与鸟鸣会很自然地涌入心间。”平和的人，情感真实，自然流露，不矫揉造作，不无病呻吟，不会妄自与人作比，待人亦有宽恕之道，凡事皆可一笑泯恩仇，其最重要的是有容人及容事之器量，乃一种高屋建瓴般的洒脱与安然。

平和是一种智慧。洪应明说：“帆只扬五分，船便安;水只注五分，器便稳。”水满则溢，月满则亏，世间万物，不可尽求完满。平和的人，安宁、祥和、知足而乐，享受生活;平和的人，得之淡然，失之坦然，信奉“夏有凉风冬有雪。抛却心头杂乱念，人生四季皆美景。”淡看“明月松间照，清泉石上流。”

一天，我在课外书上看到了一副漫画，光秃秃的小山坡上有着许多树桩，一个人坐在树桩上，抽着烟，树桩旁边有一把斧子.一只小鸟叽叽喳喳飞过来，它在寻找着自己的家园.最后它终于找到了，在这个年轻人的头上安了个窝.看完了这副漫画，我陷入了沉思......

小鸟的家在哪里呢?为什么它找不到自己的家呢?小鸟是有灵性的，它清晰地记得以前它家就在这里，这里是它们幸福的天堂绿树成阴，鲜花遍地，小鸟在这儿养家育女是多么快乐啊!可如今呢?绿树变成了树桩，小鸟的家没了.是谁，让这些小生命无家可归?是谁，毁坏了这些小生命的乐园?是这些愚昧无知的村民呀.他们为了自己的利益而乱伐树木，他们是扼杀小鸟幸福的罪魁祸首.人类啊，快点醒悟吧.如果世界上没有绿树和鲜花，没有这活泼可爱的小鸟相陪伴着，我的生活将会是多少的孤独，多少的单调啊!

10月17日，又是一个金秋，由杭州市交通警察局、杭州日报报业集团、浙江省汽车行业协会共同主办的“安全驾车天天行，万名小记者与您共唱响”的金秋主题活动也正式启动了。我作为杭州网的一名小记者，也参加了这次活动，亲眼见到了交警叔叔执勤的一幕。

早晨八点半，我们杭州网的8位小记者来到了解放路建国路口，开始了今天的活动。首先，记者姐姐发给了我们一叠“交通安全卡”，让我们向行人发放。8位小记者分成2组，守在马路的两边，开始了发放。迎面走来一位老爷爷，准备过马路。我连忙迎上前，向老爷爷介绍道：“老爷爷，您好！我是杭州网的小记者，给您一张“交通安全宣传卡”，希望您路上注意安全，谢谢！”老爷爷笑着点点头，接过了卡片，过了马路。有了这一次经验，我后来发得越来越快，越来越好，越来越多的人手中拿到了卡片。

不过，在发卡片的途中，我也遇到了遭人拒绝的事。我给一位老奶奶，老奶奶点点头，推开了我的手：“谢谢你，不过我不需要。”我有些沮丧，但很快又重树信心，继续发起了卡片。在发卡片的过程中，我觉得在提醒别人注意安全的同时，我也对生命更珍惜了，对交通规则更尊重了。

很快，一叠卡片发完了。下一个任务是采访交警叔叔肖警官。肖警官是一位和蔼可亲、幽默的警官。我看过他执勤，对每一个人都很和蔼，很有人情味。我们不免有些好奇：为什么肖警官在执法的过程中那么富有人情味，这是怎么做到的呢？肖警官说：“要想做到一位执法公正严明又富有人情味的交警，首先还要从自己做起。别人不讲理，但自己不能不讲理。假如自己的内心修养很好，心胸很宽广，那么无论什么事都会以平和的心去对待。”是啊，我在发放“交通安全卡”的时候也有遇到冷淡的人，但是如果自己的心胸非常宽广，这又算点什么呢？

通过与肖警官的交流，我也懂得了许多东西。肖警官告诉我们，遇到挫折时要学会调整自己，要从对方的角度去思考，面对困难要有一个平和的心态，笑对每一件事，这样做什么事都会觉得很轻松。肖警官还开玩笑地说，要做一个交警啊，还真得学点心理学，要学会自我释放压力，不然，可要气出病来喽！肖警官正是做到了这点，才成为一个二十多年来没有接到过一次投诉的“三级警督”！

时间过的真快，一转眼，活动就接近尾声了。我们依依不舍地向肖警官告别，向回家的路上走去。

童年，一个离我很近的词藻，对我来说，那或许是美好的或许是烦恼的。但读了《童年》这本书后我就能确定出自己的童年是美好的，是幸运的。

阿廖沙是《童年》的主人公，一个和乐观开朗、善良正直的男孩。在他很小的时候，父亲便去世了，母亲带着他到了外祖母家。但阿廖沙的外祖父和他的两个舅舅却非常自私蛮横，经常毒打孩子，这对阿廖沙来说就是给他的童年买下了阴影。

但令人庆幸的是，阿廖沙的外祖母给他的童年增添了不少色彩。读了着本书后，我不由得喜欢上了这位慈祥善良、淳朴的外祖母。记得书中有一个片段是这么说的，在去尼日尼的路上，外祖母时常给阿廖沙讲故事，还不停地安慰这阿廖沙，关心这他，每当外祖父要打阿廖沙时，外祖母总是马上冲过去保护他。

虽然阿廖沙的童年有很多痛楚但因为有了外祖母这样天使般的任务，才给了他一些童年的美好回忆。告诉了他人间其实还是有温暖的。

当我看到外祖父用鞭子抽打阿廖沙时，便想起来我的童年。“吃些虾子，它可以让你的小脑袋瓜变聪明哦!”外祖父对我说道。

“鱼也好，吃这块儿!这块儿没刺”外祖母也附和着。“嗯，多吃点。”妈妈抚摸着我的头笑道。

一句又一句关心我的话，回响在耳边。比起阿廖沙，我可幸福多了!

是呀，每个人都会得到温暖的，它或多或少，但我们需要的就是知足。要相信，只要以乐观、知足的心态去面对生活，总会发现一些亮点。

高尔基原名阿列克谢·马克西莫维奇彼什科夫，小名阿廖沙。他自幼丧父，随着父亲和外祖母来到外祖父家。这只是主人公阿廖沙艰哭命运的开始。外祖父家，与其说是家，不如说是人间地狱。外祖父掌管着家里的一切，脾气非常暴躁、视财如命，阿廖沙时常因为犯错而被痛打;两个舅舅常为了分家而争吵、大打出手;家中的女人更是没有地位，任丈夫打骂，发泄。

这一切在阿廖沙幼小的心灵留下了阴影。之后，阿廖沙离开了外祖父家，独自一人踏上社会。他曾在许多地方打过杂，在这期间阿廖沙饱受欺辱，但他还是熬了过来。因为他被自己坚强、不屈服与困难的精神与信念一直支撑着。

最近，有关商家良心的讨论极其强烈，在高速化发展的中国，你和利益的竞争场面不断上演，不知你心中作何反应？而在我看来，一直以来你似乎都处于劣势。

记得书里曾记载过二战的时候，你同利益的一场战争。当时，欧洲形势混乱，一些科学界、文学界的名人竟受当局指使，联名发表文书，称德国使用的种种残忍手段实属正义。93个著名人士的名字排列在这抛弃良心的文书之下，而这一联盟的对面，是以爱因斯坦为首的四名科学家，他们坚决反对战争，反对当局惨无人道的所作所为。这封《告欧洲人书》，只有四个人的名字，对比于93个名字，他们的良心显得那样微不足道。

良心，一个人在乱世中想坚守你该是有多难？在爱因斯坦发表这份文书之后，他被视为疯子，开会时他身旁的两把椅子永远是空的。他受着煎熬站在桌子的另一侧，这煎熬，他是为良心受了。

在不久前发生的事情里，我更是难以寻到你的影子。广东佛山，一个两岁大的小女孩被车子撞倒，碾压。司机竟只是踩了一下刹车，后便扬长而去。小女孩浑身是血的当街躺着，几分钟之间，先后十八个人路过，有人甚至回头张望，但没有一个人上前救她。事后有人采访过那司机，他毫无羞愧的说：“怕赔钱。”

我似乎有些明白，人们都喜欢易得的东西，而你，良心，是需要承受很多压力才能守住的。人们都是“聪明”的动物，谁也不愿被政府迫害，谁也不愿被人敲诈，惹祸上身，谁都愿取那唾手而得的利益。

只是，当多少家因毒奶粉失去欢声笑语的时候，当小悦悦因抢救无效而死亡的时候，我多希望看见你的身影，如果人们能看轻一点自己的利益，把你的成功当做自己的成功该有多好！
