包饺子开始了，大家有的揉面，有的切面团，有的擀面皮……大家忙得不亦乐乎。我要自己包了，老师告诉我们程序：先揉面，再搓成长条，然后切成小面快，再摁成小面饼，擀成面片，然后包饺子。过了一会，我叫道：“太难了！”之前还可以的，可是擀的时候，擀不圆，又粘手，结果破了，还得重新再擀皮。再次包的的时候，馅儿太多，捏左边，馅从右边出来了，捏右边，结果馅儿从左边出来了。怎么办呢？我心里气急了，真不想再包了。可是老师告诉我：“只要去掉一点馅儿不就包好了！”这时我听了，心情立刻变好了。我看了看老师，老师妈包的饺子像弯弯的月牙，可是我包的饺子却像打了败仗一样。后来在老师的指导下，我包的饺子越来越好了，还包了好几个漂亮的饺子！

十五分钟后，饺子煮好了，真香！我看着香喷喷的饺子，真想一口吃掉！这个饺子课可真是有趣啊！
