Sports benefit me in many ways. Firstly, sports call can make me fit and

strong physically. When taking part in sports, I get the chance to train almost

终于一个饺子包完了，杨老师那一组包的飞快我们才包了几个，我加快了速度。突然我领悟了技巧，包的飞快。我眉头紧锁，眼睛目不转睛的盯着饺子皮，手不停地颤抖。我集中了注意力，包着包着有一组包完了。他们那一组有的包太阳，有的包小笼包，还有的包元宝。真是各式各样。我从陶醉中醒来。发现我们的样子也不少，有毛毛虫，有：“指的就是你”还有小帽子。我们虽然是最后一个包完得。但是我们得了，最佳创意奖。第一次吃到自己的饺子，我好开心呀！多么想再包一次。

每天清晨，我吃完早饭，就背上书包走到学校。第一个迎接我的是“彩虹”，它架在我们的校门上，七种颜色代表我们丰富多彩的校园生活开始了。一进校园，听到广播里的音乐，我们就踏着音乐的节奏，欢快地走进教室。

我们教室的设施很先进，上课时老师用成套的多媒体给我们上课，既生动、又有趣、还方便。我们的黑板是弧形的，不论你坐在哪个角落都能看清黑板。

下了课我们走出教室，楼道里有文化长廊，还有一些文化园区，有国际园、数学园、鸟的天堂和动物山谷等待。我最喜欢的是动物山谷，那里有虎、兔、羊……，老虎在山上张着大嘴，找美味的午餐；羊和牛在吃草；小猴们在玩耍……，有一些动物一摸还会叫。

上完两节课我们就要去做操。我们学校的操场那可叫大，软的跑道、假草皮做的软足球场、七色的看台，还有成套的广播。做操的时候，全用广播放音乐。如果没有这些广播，这么大的操场根本听不到声。

别以为我们所有的课都在班里上，我们音乐课有音乐教室，美术课有美术教室，电脑课有电脑教室，上体育课我们还有篮球场。

过完上午的生活了，我们的肚子也开始叫了，正好也要开始吃饭了。说到我们吃饭还得从我说起，因为我可为我们班做过一学期领饭员了，全班的饭都由我从食堂拉 回来。我们食堂也很先进，有高级加工设备，我们的午餐可离不开它们。桌子和椅子也不可少。食堂也不小，可都要去食堂吃饭，恐怕一中午都吃不完。因为我们学 校有3600多人，光一年级就有20个班。我们学校人虽多，但一点都不乱。因为有许多规章制度，还有100多名值周生值周。一旦发现违纪现象，就会马上记 录下来。

人大附小的学生6年级时，要会游泳200米，会一个中国传统的运动，还要能和老外说话。到那时我一定是个全能手。

2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问我有理由迟到吗?最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、

Our classroom is bright and clean. But it is not big. There are twenty-three desks and chairs in it. They are new. Theres a big desk in front of the classroom. Its for our teachers.There are five pictures on the right wall. Theres a map of the world and a map of China on the left wall.

Beside the window theres a bookshelf. There are many books on it. Our classroom is very nice. We have lessons here. We like our classroom.

Our campus is very beautiful.

Across the north into the campus, is four storeys, this is our main teaching building, the building of the top there are a lot of flags, have yellow, red,... Colorful, pretty great.

The east side of the building and a higher building, next to it and flower beds, flower bed there is a lot of grass, the grass is straight forward. The spirit is very full.

Right in front of the teaching building is the playground, the playground there are many trees on the west. One is a pine tree, its leaves like a large fan, there are many branches, each branch has a few leaves, like a tree, the branches are ants, praying mantis, under the animals play in it.

The southwest corner of the playground there are sand pool, sand glittering in the sun, like a pile of gold, sand pond there are a lot of sports equipment.

向北走进校园，对面就是四层高楼，这就是我们的主教学楼，教学楼的最上面有很多小旗子，有黄的、有红的、……五颜六色，好看极了。

教学楼的东边还有一幢更高的楼房，它的旁边还有花坛，花坛里面有很多草，这些草都挺直着身子。精神十分饱满。

教学楼的正前方是操场，操场西边有很多树。其中有一棵是松树，它的叶子像一把大扇子，下面有很多树枝，每个树枝都有几片叶子，像个小树，树枝下面有蚂蚁、螳螂等动物在里面玩耍。

操场的西南角有沙塘，沙子在阳光下金光闪闪，像一堆金子，沙塘里有很多体育运动器材。

操场西边是篮球架，一到体育课，老师同学都在篮球架下大篮球。操场正中间是旗杆，高高的旗杆上挂着五星红旗，五星红旗迎着风在空中飘来飘去。

小朋友们，你说我们的学校美不美?

说起来心爱之物那是人人都有的。我的心爱之物可是很酷的，这个心爱之物是我九岁生日的时候姥姥送给我的礼物，它是一辆超酷超酷的越野车。

我的越野车，前面两只前灯如同两个眼睛，它发出的灯光是绿色的，超酷。两个玻璃都贴着黑色的太阳膜，后边儿有两个加速器和两个排气管，里边装的不仅仅是马达，还有一个稳定器。这样越野车在登山的时候就不会因为不稳定而摔下来了。

他还有一个如同对讲机一样的遥控器，可以控制越野车的前后左右。一看到这么酷的越野车，我就赶紧找我的朋友来跟我比试比试。我们到了赛场，朋友一看我的车超酷，二话不说拿起遥控器，开始向我发出挑战。两辆车在我们的遥控指挥下谁也不让谁。最后经过激烈的冲刺摩擦，我的越野车因为轮子大，把我朋友的越野车给绊翻倒了。我成为了第一名，我高声欢呼，终于赢了。

有时候在梦里，我梦见自己变成一名越野车赛车手去沙漠进行比赛，我一路狂奔，结果一不小心醒了……哈哈哈

这就是我的心爱之物——一辆超酷的越野车。

My family has a cute and naughty little white dog, we call it "yellow".

有一天晚上，梦带着我来到了未来。哗，未来的学校真美呀，走进去你就会看到两旁开满了郁郁葱葱的花草树木，引来了许多蝴碟在这里飞舞，小鸟在这里唧唧喳喳的唱歌。走到升旗台的时候，眼睛忽然一亮，那棵高大的凤凰树还是在昂然挺立，像一位勇敢的战士。走到我们的教室里，让我大吃一惊，教室四面电子墙上，随着老师的不同讲解，电脑是就会出现不同的画面。

而且同学们都不用背书包，因为桌子上有三放东西的空间。第一层是放书的，它里面安装着心灵感应器，它能知道学生心里想什么书，而且能立刻把书抽出来，如果没有这种书，它就会说；“对不起，没有这种书。”第二层就是放书包的，无论有多大的书包，它都能放进去。第三层就是放你的重要东西……多神奇啊。

再次翻开姚xx老师的这本《小学英语情趣课堂教学》时，说心里话真的是很痛苦，像是下了很大的决心。过了两个月的无拘束、无压力的生活之后，发现静下心来做一件事很难，尤其是读书。因为是王老师给我们下了死任务，只好硬着头皮去读。事实证明：有压力才会有动力。这句话说的一点儿也不假。我重点研读了本书的第六章。本章节向我们展示了一些优秀的情趣英语课堂教学设计与课例，精心的教学设计，精彩的教学预设，无不体现了编写教师的独具匠心。设计中体现了人文主义，从教学目标到教学过程，都很巧妙地将传统的“要我学”转换成了“我要学”。

第一部分以北京师范大学新版小学英语教材四年级下册第十单元 Mc’s stre 6个课时的教学内容为例，展开基于情趣教学思想想的教学设计。阅读的过程中，可以看出编写教师非常细心，把课堂上的每个细节都处理的很到位，包括课堂的一些预设，生成。这一单元是一个阅读课，一提到英语阅读，我的脑海中就是bring, difficult。纵观这六课时的教学设计，教师借助插图、对话，并通过肢体语言、声音、多媒体资源、设置有效情境，挖掘文本固有的情趣，给予学生适时的语言支持和铺垫，帮助学生理解语言，理解故事。一步步地帮助学生把握技巧，培养他们的阅读能力。成功地把阅读变成悦读，使它真正地变成一种乐趣。在今后的阅读课上，我会尽力效仿，使它变得不枯燥。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。

读罢此书，心中感慨万千，作为教师，很佩服姚老师的那份执着，以及对教学认真的工作态度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教学设计上，我也要有所创新：

1.导入部分需要为所学内容做铺垫，不能华而不实。

2.适当地体现小组合作的魅力，锻炼学生的语言运用能力。根据学生的能力，在适当时机把主动权交给学生，充分关注学生的主体意识，激发学生主动参与的热情。

3.注重教学设计的整体性，连贯性。

Mothers love wins peoples praises for its selflessness. In fact, fathers love is as great as that. They bury their love in the deep bottom of their hearts and will never show it. My father is of this kind. I remembered once I felt ill. Mother wasnt at home at that moment. Father acted as a father and as a mother as well.
