After the Spring Festival, here comes the Lantern Festival. In China,

people celebrate it on the lunar calendar fifteen. It symbolizes the short rest

with plenty of food and fun. The most important and traditional food on the

Lantern Festival is Tang-yuan. With sweet and soft rice outside and peanuts or

今天是兴趣班的最后一天，也是最开心的一天，因为我们今天要包饺子。这可是第一次，我真是非常期待啊。我连忙捡好碗筷，从家里出发了。

“当……当……当……”“哎呀！上课了！”我匆匆忙忙地跑到了班上，下雨天我都居然出汗了。“报告！”我低着头，有气无力的说。“请进”我刚刚进教室就抬头了，看见同学们一个有一个的样，都不坐好，我转身便问老师：“老师，他们不坐好，你怎么不骂他们啊？”“因为没有上课啊。”

一位同学对我说。我被骗了，原来刚刚的铃声是下课铃啊。    开始包饺子了，我的心里特别紧张。我包呀包，包呀包，一个饺子包成了。可我左看看，右看看，上看看，下看看……怎样看都不像饺子，顿时，我的心里十分难过。这时，一位姐姐看出了我的心思，于是上前教我怎样包饺子。我学了好一会儿才学会怎样包。饺子终于包完了，我真想用一句话来形容包饺子：看起来容易，做起来难啊。    忙了这么久，终于可以煮饺子吃了。我把饺子一个个的放进刚烧开的水中。我慢慢的等，饺子汤水终于滚了。我再加入一些水，又慢慢的等水滚……就这样一次又一次，等第三次汤水滚后，香香喷喷的饺子终于出炉了。我放些辣椒酱、海鲜酱就津津有味的吃饺子了。

通过这次兴趣班，我学会了怎样包饺子，也学会了很多事都是看起来容易，做起来难，只要你肯学，这件事就会很容易学会。
