我拿手的菜是很多的，比如：西红柿煮鸡蛋、鸡蛋炒饭、客家豆腐，我爱做菜。

让我来介绍一下,我是怎样做西红柿煮鸡蛋吧!我首先把西红柿用开水烫一烫，去皮（喜欢西红柿皮者不用去皮），然后切成块。开火,将油倒入锅中，待油热了，再将西红柿放入锅中,放盐和糖,炒一炒，然后加点开水，盖上锅盖，煮一会儿,待西红柿煮烂了,将鸡蛋打入锅内，搅一搅,香甜可口的美肴就出来了，小学三年级作文《我爱做菜》。做这个菜的要点就是,放了鸡蛋之后不能煮得太久,久了,鸡蛋就变硬了,不滑。记得我第一次做这个菜时,我心里十分紧张，敲鸡蛋的时候,用力不当，“扑咚”一声,蛋黄和蛋清全掉在地下了，害得我要洗地板。妈妈笑着说,敲多了就不会咯,什么事情都是要多练才行的。我在心想：“我能行！”结果,经过多次的练习,我终于成功了。

走到学校大门前，首先映入眼帘的是 “舞钢市第三小学”七个大字，在阳光的照射下光彩夺目。大门的两边是一棵棵高大而挺拔的法国梧桐树，它们像一个个士守护着我们的学校。

走进校园，穿过前操场，越过一层层台阶，你一眼就能看见我们学校的教学楼，那是一个“四合院”，里面是一间间宽敞明亮的教室，也是我们学习的乐园。当清脆的上课铃声响起，同学们像喜鹊似的飞进了教室。一双双眼睛在探求，一对对耳朵在谛听。顿时，琅琅书声从窗口飞入云际，和小鸟说话，和太阳公公絮语……
