我有一个温暖的家，我的家有爸爸、妈妈和我三个人，还有一只人见人爱的宠物小兔“提拉米苏”，爸爸很聪明，妈妈很勤劳，我很懂事，小兔很可爱。

爸爸喜欢研究金融，很有经济头脑，业余经常做投资，他让我家生活富足；妈妈喜欢打理家务，把我家打扫得干干净净，她让我家舒适整洁；我学习不用父母操心，让爸爸妈妈安心工作，我还是我家的开心果，给家里带来开心快乐；小兔活泼好动，经常陪我玩游戏，让我家充满活力。

我家是一个充满笑声的地方。我经常和爸爸妈妈说说自己今天和同学们发生的趣事，把爸爸妈妈逗得哈哈大笑。有时，我和爸爸妈妈开玩笑似的吵吵闹闹，也非常有趣。我家是一个干净的地方。我们一家人都习惯于每次将用完的东西收拾得干干净净、整整齐齐，让阳光照进房间里的每一个角落，让窗外那一棵棵高大的绿树、一束束鲜艳的花朵、一只只可爱的小鸟都每天陪伴着这个温馨的家，陪伴着我成长。我家是一个宽容的地方。即使我犯了错误，爸爸妈妈也会用一种宽容的心来对我，还会和我说一些道理，让我心服口服。有时在我遇到困难的时候，爸爸妈妈就会帮助我一起解决问题，在我取得成绩的时候，爸爸妈妈又会给我庆祝一番。我爱我的家，因为我的家是温馨的，是开心快乐的。

在这里，爱永远都常在。

集体荣誉感的形成，会促使班级进步、积极向上，为学生今后适应社会的发展奠定基础。因此，在班集体建设中必须要培养学生的集体荣誉感。

有了集体荣誉感，学生就会热爱集体，并发挥主动性和创造性，表现出主人翁的责任感。为了集体，每个学生都会不断进取，产生积极向上的强烈愿望，做到心往一处想、劲往一处使，形成一种合力，从而使班集体更加具有凝聚力和竞争力。相反，如果学生对自己的班级缺乏荣誉感，班集体就会失去教育功能。所以，培养学生的集体荣誉感又是班级建设中事关工作成败的重要环节。

在学校里，教室是孩子们逗留时间最多的地方，只有让他们爱上教室，才会重视班级的工作，对于初二的学生来说，他们对“家”的依赖性更强。我们班级的名字叫八三班，我们是一个大家庭，共有33名家庭成员，班主任是家长，同学们是大家庭中的兄弟姐妹。对班级卫生等工作进行细致的安排，每一名家庭成员都分担具体的劳动任务。这样，同学们对班级，就有家的概念。

In the America, people play small jokes on their friends and any other people on the first of Aprol. They may point down to your shoe and say, “ Your shoelace is untied.” If you believe them and look down to see, you are an April Fool then.
