Charlie Plumb was a US Navy jet pilot in Vietnam. He flew 74 consecutive successful combat missions. However on his 75th mission, his F4Phantom fighter was destroyed by a surface-to-air missile and he was forced to eject. The only thing between him and imminent death was his parachute that he prayed would open. The parachute did open and Charlie made it down to the ground alive, but he was captured and spent 6 years as a prisoner of war in a Vietnamese prison camp.

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. We couldnt believe that it was a village. The buildings for the farmers were very beautiful, the streets were very clean and there were many flowers in front of the houses. In my hometown, the air is polluted seriously. However, in recent years,

the pollution gets from bad to worse, because of the increasing number of

poisonous gas sent by the nearby factories is also one of the main causes of

小时候，有些同学发作业本的时候总喜欢用“飞”的，有时候力道没掌握好，就会让作业本和书皮分家。每每这时我就会很生气，甚至会偷偷向老师打小报告;而现在，长大了之后，这个小小的举措对我而言已经无关紧要，有时候还会伸手试着接住飞过的作业本，万一书皮和作业分家了，我也只是捡起，包好之后放到书包里。

小时候……

随着时间的推移，我们在慢慢长大。我们在慢慢地学会大度，学会分享。有了大度，生活不再充满了埋怨和不满，也不再因为这样那样的事情变得焦虑，这，就是成长。

每当看到那些奖状、作文本上老师优秀的评语、同学们认肯赞扬的目光，我都会微微一笑，眼前不由得浮现出一幕幕的画面，恰似那年冬天窗外飘飞而下的无尽雪花……洒落在心灵深处，被记忆的放映机一一重现……

是啊，有谁知，在老师同学眼中一直视为优秀学生的我，曾经也只是一棵卑微渺弱的小草，在无人问津的角落，风雨飘摇……

还记得，那年的冬天，应是上帝赐予我的冬季……

下雪了，白茫茫的一片。温暖的南国第一次给我留下了雪的记忆。然而，我没有心情去欣赏那银鳞漫天、柳絮风起的美景，眼中唯有刺骨的寒风，唯一让我注意的仅是墙角那棵脆弱的小草，一阵风便能将它吹倒，一片雪即可使它折腰，孤单的身影仿佛有一种相似的感觉……这一次考试一定又考差了……踏着不安，我进了教室，仿佛坐等接下来的惩罚……

老师走了进来，开始说话，至于说的什么，我一个字也没听见，我不敢抬头看老师的脸，独自望着窗外，雪还在下……

心里对自己说，怕什么!反正你每次都考不好，挨批评就挨批评，大不了不读书了!

忽然，“同学，请你站起来……“老师点了我的名，惊慌失措的我从座位上站了起来，我想，这下完了!

接下来我惊呆了。

或许只有呆若木鸡这个词可以形容我当时的样子吧，如果我没有猜错，当时我的脸一定比我爱吃的西红柿还红……这，这是我读书以来第一次受表扬!

路过墙角时，再次看到了那棵小草，晴辉的照耀下它竟如此青翠美丽!恍然间明白，就算是一棵小草也渴望阳光，就算是一棵小草也有拥有阳光的权利!并不卑微，也为这个五彩缤纷的世界献出自己的一抹绿意……

从此之后，我爱上了写作，，把它当成一种乐趣，认真对待，每作一文必反复修改，而且似乎老师每次都要念我的作文。那是一段改变我人生的时光，那年，我小学二年级。

当然，我也明白老师给我打满分的原因。

如今，每当老师把我的作文当范文念给同学们听时，我都会想起那个大雪纷飞的冬天……
