随着课改逐年深入和作文成绩在考试中半壁江山的比例，作文教学极大程度的引起语文教师的重视，引导学生写好作文毫无疑问已经成为语文学科的重要任务。然而长期以来的“教师出题学生写作”和“学生作文教师批阅”的做法，使教师的教与学生的学严重脱节，导致了学生怕写作文，教师苦改作文依然成效甚微的结果。为此，拟写以下作文教学计划，以帮助语文教师在作文教学中抛砖引玉。

众所周知，作文教学中有一个基本理念：好作文是要修改出来的。为此，在初中阶段还要培养学生修改作文的好习惯，要有计划的指导学生写好升格作文。在七-----九年级的作文教学中，语文老师要带领学生在写作过程中进行合作探究，通过师生、生生之间的互评、互改、交流等形式，帮助学生实现写作能力循序渐进的提高。

本学期作文训练，主要侧重于语言的表达和锤炼，使学生能够运用一定的写作技巧，说真话，诉真情；还要帮助学生会写浅易的说明文、书信等文体。因此这学期将对学生有针对性地进行强化训练，力求在审题、选材、语言、立意上多多指导，多多对学生习作进行评讲，让学生用心发现，用心体验和感悟，指导。
