But as the time by, people started to use computer, they shared the information, at the same time, many new language was created. 都说网络能够造就人才是没错，但是如果利用不当，也会使许多人的前途毁灭。一些不健康的网站和网络对同学们的毒害很大，这已经是一个不争的事实了：有的同学因为沉迷于网络，把他的大好前途给埋葬了；有的同学因为每天长时间的上网，导致视力严重下降，甚至是视网膜脱落！除此之外还有可能会得颈椎病、肩周炎等等；还有的同学因为受不良信息的影响，心中的本质开始慢慢变坏，最终，走上了不归之路。

网络的危害

网上游戏、网上聊天和网上色情是网络三个魔爪，是使青少年堕落的三大杀手。有的学生热衷于网上聊天、网上交友，须不知由于不知道对方的真实身份，对方的性格品德，甚至对方的性别，一些人由于交友不慎而使自己掉入对方设计的陷阱，失物失财、甚至丧失性命的事例在全国各地屡屡发生。很多学生因网上交友不慎而离家出走去投奔网友。给平静的学校、家庭带来了巨大的波澜，严重破坏家庭的安宁幸福和学校正常的教育教学秩序……

由于网络游戏和聊天充满刺激、惊险和浪漫，许多学生一旦接触，便深陷其中而不能自拔、网上“三魔爪”又被称作“电子海洛因”，是杀人不眨眼的刽子手。沉迷网吧的危害究竟在哪里，我们认为，主要表现在以下几个方面：

1、摧残身体

如果长时间上网，对一个人眼睛的伤害非常严重。由于学生对游戏的痴迷，达到了可以不吃饭、不睡觉的疯狂地步。由于玩游戏时精力高度集中，伴随着血液加速、心跳加快，人的体力、精力消耗很大。再加上电游、网吧空气混蚀，人口密度大，烟味、食物味、汗臭味，五味俱全，机器声、打闹声、脏话声，声声刺耳，卫生、环境条件极差，严重影响着身体健康。所以一般玩通宵电游的网迷走出网吧时，眼睛通红，蓬头垢面，两腿发软，形似缟素。青少年学生正是长身体的时候，如果不知饥渴、不分昼夜的上网，其对身体的危害不会亚于大麻、白粉等毒物，这并非危害言耸听。

2、心理受损

由于网迷对上网有着很强的心理依赖，轻者影响学习、身体，严重者致使心理变态、心态扭曲，有人说，学生学习负担重，心理压力大，能在网上找个忠实的听众(不一定是朋友)聊聊，心情可以得到放松，情绪会变得稳定，我们不否认此说法，如果能把握好，对调节心智是有一定益处，但实际上，许多未成年人一旦上网，便无法把握，将太多的时间精力花在网吧里，致使学业受影响，老师批评、家长生气，反而心理负担更重。

3、滋生是非

进出网吧的大多是中小学生， 小的几岁，大的十七八岁，他们大多没有收入，为了能弄到进网吧的钱，有的结伙敲诈，有的偷盗抢劫。还有一类人进出网吧，他们纯粹是敲诈中小学生，经常有打架斗殴的事在网吧发生，有的网吧经营者唯利是图，向过夜未成年人提供饮食住宿，子女夜不归宿，家长自然心急火燎，亲戚朋友、老师一起出动，到处找人，确实给家庭、给社会带来了不安定因素。

4、影响学业

学生一旦对网吧痴迷，就是对人生追求的放弃，学生一旦进入网吧，成绩直线下降。有一位学生写道：该死的网吧，你夺走了我的学业、夺走了我的大学，我咬牙切齿，切肤心疼!但我就是不能自控!还有位同学这样说：我一闭眼，就看到键盘，手指碰到任何物体都有鼠标的感觉，鼠标一点，导弹就发出了。我们无法真正进入那些网迷们的内心世界去体味他们的感受，但可以想象到他们通红的眼睛、疲惫的心理到底有多少精力去学习。

5、安全隐患

大多数网吧都未请专业人员安装设备，也未经消防、安全、文化、卫生等部门允许，其营业场所的电脑安放的密度、电脑走线、安全出口等都存在着不同程度的问题，而且大多数网吧出进仅一扇门，无安全通道和疏导标志，存在着巨大的安全隐患。

网络这一词对大家来说并不陌生，的确，它给我们带来了很多方便，但是网络又像扑朔迷离又芬芳四溢的花丛，让人情不自禁的被吸引过去，不愿出走；又像一张最具有粘性的蜘蛛网，一旦碰上，多数人迷失其中不能自拔，有的人甚至走上违法犯罪的道路。 我在报上看到这么一则消息：有个12岁的学生，原本聪明伶俐，品学兼优，曾荣获河南省首届中小学生计算机网络知识竞赛一等奖。但自从在网吧迷上网络游戏之后，成绩便一落千丈，身体状况也急剧下降，精神萎靡不振，性格暴躁古怪，如同走火入魔。 每天一放学，他就往网吧里钻，双休日则更是无所顾忌，全天泡在网吧，有时还和同学们在网吧里“包夜”，十分痴迷。住校期间，他的生活费没几天就花完了，缺钱就编各种理由向家里要。如果要不到，他宁可在网吧里看别人打游戏，也不愿读书。这样，他每月都要在网吧里花上两三百元。钱从哪里来？他先是在家里面背着父母取钱，后来发展到在社会上去偷去抢，终于被送入了工读学校。因此，在我看来，我们小朋友自身，应该正确认识网络，能利用网络信息帮助学习，同时能认清过度迷恋的危害。

不要沉迷于游戏中不可自拔，既影响健康又影响学业。我还在报上了解到一位专家说过这样一段话：由于青少年自我保护意识薄弱，缺乏分辨力和自控力，很容易迷失于网络的陷阱，而且未成年人缺乏自制力，对各种新生事物的优劣本质还缺乏足够的识辨能力，往往被万花筒般的网络世界搞得眼花缭乱，容易被一些不健康的东西所迷惑，或是过度沉迷于游戏，从而对自己的成长产生不利影响。而又由于大多数网吧惟利是图，放纵甚至引诱未成年人接受这些乱七八糟的东西，导致时常有悲剧发生。所以，我们小学生不能沉迷于网吧，沉迷于网络游戏，上网时一定要节制，最好做一些对学习有用的东西。这样才有利于我们的身心健康的发展。
