严惩“网络大谣”，是民心所向，民意所指。“谣言止于下一个谣言”，这是“秦火火”等“网络大谣”们的“法宝”，他们混淆是非、颠倒黑白，蓄意炮制虚假新闻，恶意诋毁公众人物，不断制造事端，非法牟取暴利，把网络空间搅得乌烟瘴气。他们一次次突破道德底线，一次次触碰法律红线，扰乱了社会秩序，威胁社会安全稳定，损害百姓的人身安全和财产安全。

严惩“网络大谣” ，法律威慑必不可少。网络谣言等网络乱象，已成为社会“毒瘤”，公安机关及时亮剑、果断出击，集中开展整治网络谣言专项行动，是顺应民心之举。同时，相关司法解释也在紧锣密鼓制定中，相信随着法律的完善、打击的深入，隐匿网络的违法犯罪分子终究会受到法律的严惩。

在我看来，预防网络犯罪我们首先应该从在日常生活中建立一个健全的人生观价值观开始，而不是随性而为。网络在我们日后的生活肯定会占据越来越重要的位置，我们应该应用在学校学习的知识和生活中的经验，积极地预防和避免上当受骗。在平时积攒足够的网络使用经验和网络犯罪防范意识，充分的保护自己，远离网络犯罪的侵犯。

网恋是那么的可怕，它就像罂粟花一样，一旦染上，想要放弃却是那样的痛苦，网恋和现实中的恋爱其实到最后都是一个结局，那就是分开，然而角度却不同，现实中的恋爱到分开时没有那种痛苦，而网恋却不同。

网恋中当分开时，是那么的舍不得，心会莫名的疼痛，这就是网恋所带来的困扰，以下这个故事，是我亲生经历的。

2008年夏天，也就是我下学的那天，我慢慢的走进了网络，随后也知道了什么是网络，可是唯一不同的就是所谓的网恋，就这样走进了网络，第一次接触了网恋，随后只保持了三个月，就分开了，2008年冬天，第二场网恋开始，随后，同样也是三个月，离开了，一直到2009年冬天，遇到的第三个女孩，应该是我所喜欢的，她清纯，善良，当然也对我坦诚，没有欺骗过我，什么事情都会告诉我。

我们幸福着，缠绵着，只是忘记了，这就是网恋，有时会闹别扭，但是过后还是会好好的，2009年年末，踏上了回家的路，在汽车上我们发着信息，过完年后，回到了这里，我们继续保持联系，他不曾欺骗我，甚至连我不知道的事情也告诉我，回来后的那天夜里，当时我在睡觉，第二天，我打开手机，想要问她早安，可打开手机之后，看到她在凌晨给我发的信息，他说：阿东，我吐血了，我好怕，看到后，我哭了，因为我也很怕有一天她离开了，我们不在乎网络，不在乎现实生活，只求彼此能够在一起，只是这些，可能都只是虚拟的。
