有人说是的，互联网帮助很多朋友，网上聊天，学生可以更自由地表达他们的感情和意见，甚至得到帮助，他们的外语学习。

然而，其他人认为学生不应该，他们说在网上交朋友是浪费时间，应该花更多的时间在学习上。

我认为学生应该把学习、健康和安全放在其他事情之前，至于友谊，我们可以很容易地在同学和周围的人身上找到。
