为期十多天的20**年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员，我深感荣幸，非常感谢各位专家教授和一线老师在这10多天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂，但是十天的培训很扎实，十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉，理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念，情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中，能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座，倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解，能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学，学习他们的教学技能，对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼，心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

The summer holiday is coming. It is a great time to do something interesting.

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. I live in … district. The ecological conditions here are very bad because near my house a lot of industrial objects are situated. For example near … factory is situated. On July 23rd my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at YuTingqiao hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.

We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! Times are changing day by day. Doing the shopping is easier. Most people

are better-dressed and they enjoy modern life.

Girls are changing, too. There are many differences between the older and

younger generations.

I know a twelve-year-old girl, who, to my surprise, has little time to

play. She told me that she dreamt of being a dancer, so she must learn to dance,

play music and so on. Sometimes, she is out of breath under such pressure, but

she can’t stop because modern life is busy.

In addition, I find those girls know more and more. Although they are

little girls, they know how to dress fashionably. Sometimes they look older than

their age, though.

As an older female, I realize that compared with the modern girls, my

Here comes the summer holiday, I have planned a busy schedule on it.

Firstly, I will find a part time job, probably work in a factory which is near my home, so that I can accompany with my parents. I think going to school on foot is good for us. First of all, walking to school is a wonderful way to exercise and it’s good for our health. Next, it’s fun to walk together with friends every day. We can talk about something interesting and know each other better. What’s more, if we walk, our parents won’t have to drive us to school. There will be fewer cars in the city. More walking and less driving help to make our city cleaner. The streets won’t be as crowded as they are now. I hope more and more students will go to school on foot.

新的学期开始了，我下定决心，为新学期早做打算。

一、学会预习。

在老师讲新课之前，先对所学课文认真预习。看看哪个词、哪个句子不懂，标上记号。到老师讲课时认真听，仔细想，这样，就可以做到心中有数了。

二、学会听讲。

以前老师讲课时，不懂得如何记笔记。等老师讲完后，脑子里一片空白。新的学期，我一定要认真听讲，把老师讲的重点、难点及时写在笔记本上。如果没有听懂，就向老师请教。争取在本学期各科成绩都能考90分以上。老师和家长都希望我能进入前三名，我一定要争气。

三、学会阅读。

“书读百遍，其义自见。”我决心利用课余时间，多读对小学生有益的课外读物，努力提高自己的作文水平。

四、学做家务。

我已经长大了，一定要做爸爸、妈妈的小帮手，做些力所能及的家务活，减轻爸爸、妈妈的负担。

Whenever a college student is asked "What are you going to do this summer vacation?" The most probable answer might be "I am going to have a travel. " It sounds that college students are fond of travelling. Why? Because travel has numerous advantages.

First of all travel can widen our knowledge of geography the knowledge of customs cultures and lifestyles of different places and countries. Secondly we can make friends and practise a foreign language through travelling. Finally travel is the best way of pastime. We can enjoy eating various food and seeing beautiful sceneries.In a word we can benefit from travel in more than one way. It is worth spending the time.

Last summer holiday, I took a trip to Yunnan. It is in the southern part of

our country .It is really a very beautiful place grand mountains, clean rivers

and kind people. Trees and flowers are seen everywhere. Every year there are

lots and lots of visitors.

Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests). There are all kinds of

strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big

stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls,

double-edged swords, mice, elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone

like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.

I also went to Li Jiang. The roads in that city are just like the Eight

Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs

through the whole city. If you go along the river, youll never get lost. There

are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan. They are very cordial. And they all

like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I

really had a good time.

I like the elephants and fruits there best. An elephant is even taller than

me! I even mounted the elephant, though I was very afraid at first. But the

elephant seemed very friendly. I took some photos with it. The fruits there are

very fresh and delicious. They are very good for our health.

The trip to Yunnan impressed me greatly. I will never forget it.

I hope to go on a trip to Beijing,but my mother always tells me "you cant".She thinks I am too young to go to Beijing,and I am too busy at school.This term is over,To my surprise,my mother will take me to Beijing.I am very excited!Then I have a traveing plan for this trip:firstly I will go to the tiananmen square,I will take many pictures,then I am going to the palace museum,I can see many old builds there.secondly,I am goingto the wangfujing street,we will buy many things,for example,foods,clothes and some books.then I will go home. I think I will have a great trip to Beijing.

To be successful, students learn many knowledge so as to master as more

skills as possible. Some believe that the key to realize our dreams is to work

hard and others treat chance in the first place. While today is the information

world, the one who masters the all-sided source will have more chances to be

successful. In my opinion, the most important skill is the social skill, because

we need to make connection with others, we are not doing business with

ourselves, so it is in need of having relationship with others. The good social

skill can help us attract attention easily and impress the future partner. If we

are bad in communicating, how can we let others know our advantages and trust

us. So promoting ourselves is the first job, from now on, don’t be shy.

The fifteenth day of the first arrived, my family and I go to the

lantern.

Can be busy in the street, people mountain people sea. At seven o clock is

very to, start with fireworks, "bang..." Voice rings, the fireworks are green,

It was not long before one of the three finished drawing his snake. He took

began to add feet to his snake. But before he finished, another man took hold of

the bottle and said ,“Ive finished. Snakes have no feet, so yours is not a

i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous  summer vacations， but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away， i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this， but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on  endless happy summers to e. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life， for i was sustained by a hope.

Xiao Hong is going to learn to ride bicycles. She is on the bike and ready

to ride when her father, mother and grandmother come and help her.Her father

holds one handle of the bike, and her mother holds the other,with a first-aid

box on the shoulder. Her grandmother holds the back seat tightly. They are all

wet with sweat. However, the bike is being moved not by Xiao Hong herself but by

her parents and grandmother. "Let me do it myself, will you?" says Xiao Hong to

them. From this picture, we can see how much the parents care for the children.

In my opinion, it is right that parents should take care of their children. But

as children, we need the chance to learn and practice some skills by ourselves.

We need to grow up independently. Let us do it ourselves.

On a sunny day, Xiao Hong is learning to ride bicycles. She is about to

ride when her parents and grandmother come and help her. They hold the handles

and the back seat. Her mother carries a first-aid box on the shoulder. They look

worried and are all wet with sweat. The bike moves ahead. However, it is driven

not by Xiao Hong but by her parents and grandmother. "Let me do it myself, will

you?" says Xiao Hong to them. In fact, the parents love their children very

much. I agree that parents should take good care of their children, but parents

shouldnt help them do everything. After all children need to practice and be

independent. They need to grow up themselves. Parents should stand aside and let

them do if they can do it themselves.
