第四，调整班级管理方式。

在班级管理中，前面的工作似乎有些过严缺乏对所有学生] 的一种普遍关怀。在这个学期，要调整原来的管理方式，“严而有爱”是我的追求。但是要真正做到还是有不小难度的，有时候不很不好把握尺度。不论你的成绩如何，不论你平时是否调皮捣蛋等等，总之全班各组成部分的学生都能够感受到班主任对大家的一种关心。

第五，重视学生安全管理。

上学期和这学期刚开始时同一个学生断绝和班主任及其家人的联系长达一周时间，这给我带来了很大的触动，要加强对学生实际情况的把握，注意帮助学生调适心理，做好各项安全防范工作。

第六，帮助培养学生健全人格。

我觉得对于一个高中生来说，他已经有了一定的是非观，对于校规校纪他知道应该怎样正确看待。常规管理应该去做，而不应该为了使常规管理有进步就无休止的反复强调，而应该在常规管理工作中，注入更多的对于个体的关爱，对他的教育应该是对他有实际帮助的，否则没有必要进行。健全人格的培养对于高中生的重要性甚至与亚于学习。

第七，加强班级凝聚力。

由于受各种各样客观因素的限制，作为班主任实在没有多少时间可以支配，用来做活动，帮助学生增进了解，促使班级凝聚力上升。但是，再困难这样的局面也应该有所改善，通过平时与学生相处的机会，不论是谁，都向他们强调作为一个集体的重要性，作为一个班级存在的最大意义是什么。加强对他们的引导。

国庆节到了，但是老师不允许我们出去玩，我只好待在家里。首先把假期作业做完，然后复习一下功课，看看电视，没事的时候帮妈妈做做事。这就是我的假期。

Our Librar is a busy place.It is open every day from8:00--12:00 in the

literary and scientific and technical books in Chinese and in foreign

languages.In this building too,are reading-rooms with newspapers and

magazines.Perhaps English books account for over a half of those in foreign

lanuages.

We often go there to look for books which we want to borrow or to read

articles which we like to consult.Our library provides all useful reading matter

and reference materials according to our needs.Although we do not subscribe to

any magazines or newspapers,we are well informed about the recent developments

and new trends in the world as well as in our country.The library plays an

important role in our college life.

I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”. My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. 近期，天气总是雾蒙蒙的，我想出门玩耍的愿望总是被这鬼天气给搅和了。通过阅读报纸，我明白了这种天气就是雾霾，它是因为空气遭受比较严重的污染才在一定的条件下形成的。看来，我们身边的空气质量真令人堪忧哇。

我从报纸上得知，近期我国中东部大部分地区笼罩在一片雾霾之中，有人戏言：“世界上最远的距离是——你站在我面前，我却看不到你!”十里“霾”伏让广大市民心生恐慌，妈妈总是对我说空气污染太严重了，不能出门。许多行人出行时都戴上口罩，以此来应对恶劣的空气质量，却总让人有喘不过气的感觉。

前两天降过一场雪，大家对这次降雪充满期待，以为雪后雾霾就会消散。然而雪后雾霾依在，不少地方的空气质量更差了。报纸频频报道这种恶劣天气产生的原因带来的影响，让我也对雾霾的关注度日益提高。
