我们的环境污染我们的环境污染我们现在的生活比以前好得多，但环境跟以前简直就不能比。以前的空气清香并掺和着花草的芳香，河水清澈见底。而现在呢?汽车排出的废气和工业废气相当多，河水臭气直出。我们大家为了过上好生活，都买汽车，但车主们有没有想过这样的量使用汽车的后果。

有些地方之间的距离非常近，但车主们不想跑，就直接开汽车。假如一辆汽车一天排放一千克废气，那么中国每天大约有几千万辆汽车在行驶，那么一天就要排放几千万千克的废气。这个数目仅显示一天一千克的废气排放量和仅计算中国的废气排放情况。工厂的污染更严重，水和空气都要被污染。大量的废水排入大海和河流之中，以致大量的鱼虾、水中植物死亡和大量的水资源被污染。

我们地球上的资源也在一天一天的减少。大量可回收的品中只有3%是被回收并再生的。许多白色垃圾造成了白色污染。我心中的家园是和以前差不多的，可是这是很难挽回的。为了我么大家共同生活了几千万年的蓝色星球?——地球的美好未来而努力吧!

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue.

The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded.We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals.

If we continue to do this,life on earth cannot survive.Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection.

Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air,forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems.

People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems,to use modern methods of birth control,to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products.

We are sure that we can have a better and cleaner place in the future.

白色污染是人们对垃圾污染环境的一种形象称谓。在各种公共场所到处都能看见大量废弃的塑料制品，它们从自然界而来由人类制造，最终归结于大自然时却不易被自然索消纳，从而影响了大自然的生态环境。从节约资源的角度出发，由于塑料制品主要来源是面临枯竭的石油资源，应尽可能回收，但由于现阶段再回收的生产成本远高于直接成本，在现行市场经济条件下难以做到，这也许是产生白色污染的原因。

白色污染的危害：

一、破坏市容环境。遗弃的塑料制品随处可见，是造成环境脏，乱，差的一个重要原因，同时影响城市形象。

二、危害人体健康。遗弃的塑料制品如沾有污染物，会成为蚊蝇和细菌生存，危害人体健康。

三、影响农作物成长。农田使用的塑料薄膜老化后，会破碎遗留在田间。破坏土地结构，阻碍植物吸收养分及根系生长，影响农作物生长。

四、危及动物安全。散落在江河湖海及田野的废塑料碎片被动物及水生物误吃，会导致动物生病及死亡。北京动物园的长颈鹿误吃塑料袋致病，“国宝”熊猫因误吃塑料袋致死的事也又发生。

五、若塑料被填埋，将直接占用土地，且1000年内难以降解，影响土质结构；若被燃烧，则会产生有害气体，污染大气。

针对以上的危害，我提出以下建议：

一、在社区做宣传，宣传白色污染的危害，教导人们爱护环境。

二、同学们周末在小区里走走，发现塑料制品，应立即捡起，扔在附近的指定的垃圾桶内，做一名环保小卫士。

三、杜绝使用一次性塑料袋，在买东西时，应带环保袋。

四、从自己做起，不乱扔垃圾。

我在这里恳请大家爱护，保护自己的家园，加强自己的环保意识。这样才是解决“白色污染”的最可行的办法。

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution. Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the environment needs everybody’s effort.
