3、 保持良好的心态，保证睡眠，多吃水果蔬菜和清淡的食物，提高自身免疫力。

4、 提醒家人、朋友关注自己的症状(中老年人注意监测血压和血糖的变化)，如果有胸闷、气短、心慌等不适症状，一定要及时就医。

5、 雾霾天气要少开窗，最好等太阳出来再开窗。
