针对以上的危害，我提出以下建议：

一、在社区做宣传，宣传白色污染的危害，教导人们爱护环境。

二、同学们周末在小区里走走，发现塑料制品，应立即捡起，扔在附近的指定的垃圾桶内，做一名环保小卫士。

三、杜绝使用一次性塑料袋，在买东西时，应带环保袋。

四、从自己做起，不乱扔垃圾。
