一、活动的主题

“学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员”暨“环境治理我先行”。

二、党建研究课题范围及要求

(一)党建研究范围主要以十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中全会、自治区党委十一届七次全会、市委十三届六次全会精神为指导，围绕“基层服务型加强年”核心任务，结合本部门的工作，重点从加强机关党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、反腐倡廉、五位一体建设等方面开展研究(详见附表参考题目)。“环境治理我先行”主要突出党员大力倡树绿色发展的理念。

三、参加全市征文和演讲比赛活动要求

(一)征文活动。为深入推进“书香银川·银川书香”全民阅读活动的开展，银川市直机关工委在4月11日前开展“两学一做”征文活动，要求各基层党组织围绕“学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员”主题，紧密结合当前思想、工作、作风实际，突出表现广大党员干部坚定信仰信念、强化政治意识、勇于担当、敢于作为的时代主旋律，从爱党、信党、护党、跟党走，始终保持干事创业、开拓进取的精气神等方面展示广大党员干部在新时期重学党章党规、系列讲话精神的感悟体会，阐述大家在践行五大发展理念、决胜全面小康上奋发有为，在转方式调结构、战风险渡难关中主动作为，用实际行动彰显合格共产党人的风采纪实。作品体裁不限，字数控制在2000以内。征文活动设一、二、三等奖及优秀奖若干名，得分前15名的征文作品入选演讲比赛。局属各事业单位党组织要在4月10日前至少完成并推荐1篇以上理论征文，机关全体干部也要积极撰写，争取申报评优。

In my hometown, the air is polluted seriously. However, in recent years,

the pollution gets from bad to worse, because of the increasing number of

private cars. Especially during the rush hours, too many private vehicles move

slowly on narrow roads, emitting a large amount of waste gas. Moreover, the

poisonous gas sent by the nearby factories is also one of the main causes of

pollution. Therefore, it’s demanded that immediate and effective measures must

be taken to restrict private cars and public transportation must be developed to

the largest extent. Besides, we should use renewable and clean energy

recourses.

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

life standard has been improved a lot during the last decades, but the

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.

The environmental pollution is worse and worse /more and more seriously today. Water is polluted; we have no clean water to drink. Many trees are cutting down, some animals is getting less and less. Some factories are pouring dirty air in the sky, the population is increasing faster and faster, resources are getting less and less…etc. Not only does it affect our lives and health, it but also has agreat affection in the future. Peoples health has been greatly affected by air, noise and water pollution. Many people died of diseases. In order to live a better life, we need protect our world.

We shouldn’t throw away rubbish everywhere. We want to recycle, reduce, reuse things .Don’t waste things. This saves money and reduces pollution. Use things for as long as possible. We don’t use plastic bags. We must plant more trees and stop the people cutting them .We hope our worldbecomes more and more beautiful.

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too

crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. 可是，我给一些说没危害的同学看了这篇资料后，他们依然说乱扔废旧电池没有危害。但我认为危害很大，因为从这篇资料上就可以看出乱扔废旧电池会导致一些人的死亡。

My Views on Environmetal Protection

Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. Some people think it is impossible to solve the problem,however,from my opinion,if we find out the reason and take effective measures the environment can be better.

If we trace the cause for haze weather,the main points are as follows,first,our countrys air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has defects. Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out products according to relevant law and regulations. They tend to use obsolete equipment in which they are more likely to emit a great deal of wasted air. Third,across our society,the awareness of protecting the environment has not built up so that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as much as possible. If we dont take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation.

Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve the environment. In my opinion, to protect the environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, people should be educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the policy of population into practice, because more people mean more pollution. Finally,laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforce strictly just as our government has been doing. To sum up,if we work together to take out such measures,our environment will get better and better and haze weather will vanish completely.

Pollution around us

In recent years our life is becoming better and better. But our environment is becoming worse and worse. Its very bad for our life. Now many people have air-conditioners and cars, they produce (give off ) waste gas. More and more trees are being cut down. There are so much sand on the earth (leaving only sand ) . We often see factories pour waste into rivers or lakes. Water in the river is quite dirty. We havent enough clean water to drink in cities. Now we are in danger.
