下周就是运动会，我充满了紧张又兴奋的心情而且又期待，我对运动会项目的输赢没有太大的把握，我怕我一说大话就拿不上名次。

首先我是个运动员项目有80米和跳高。当然我对跳高还是比较有信心的，其他项目真是一点信心都没有!尤其是跑步和长跑。我长跑呼吸节奏控制不好，就是上一年的运动会的200米就跑了最后，让我对自己太失望了，所以我不敢跑长跑。

但我呀还是擅长跳高，就是因为二年级那次我好像没怎么训练过，咋就跳第一了。我还记得清楚呢!当时跳的时候有几个老师在看跳还有赵老师，他是我训练的好老师，旁边还有朋友陪伴我给我加油，我的心就“呯呯”地跳。在那时我就喜欢上了跳高。

到三年级不知咋了跳了个第三，不知是紧张还是骄傲落后，那时我都差点哭了，我还记得二年级被老师夸的荣誉感。

我还想着长大当个跳高运动员呢!我想把一二三名都得到之后我就想以后就得第一耶!我祝我自己得第一，要好运!

The summer vacation had come round again。 I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while。 Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation， I made a plan as to how to spend it。 First， I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them。 Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise， such as walking， running rowing， to keep me physically strong。 It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time。 I did， because I lived up to what I had planned。

Generally speaking, life in high school is busy and fulfilling, due to the

ultimate goal---College Entrance Examination. Many people say that there is no

fun left but bored study and endless exercises. However, as a high school

student, I can’t agree with them. Personally, I live a fruitful but happy life

in high school. It can’t be denied that study is my priority that I must spend

most of my time and energy on it. Sometimes, study may make me frustrated or

even drive me crazy, but I still can adjust my mood to enjoy my life. Besides, I

can also get a sense of achievement when I do well in my study or make progress.

The most important is that my friends bring much happiness to me and my parents’

care inspires me to go on. I think friends in high school are my best friend

forever, because they know me a lot and witness all of my emotions. They are the

persons who grow with me. In addition, teachers in high school care much about

our students both in study and life, and classmates are always friendly to each

other. We build deep friendship together. All of these make up my fruitful life

in high school, which I will cherish forever.

Sports Meeting

When autumn comes, I feel so excited, because the sports meeting comes. I like sports so much. When I was very small, my father took me to watch the basketball match, in the long time, sports have become part of my life. When I started to come to school, I join the basketball team, I had the great time to practice with my friends. Though high school life is very busy and I have to learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting time is my favorite time in the semester. I can take part in many activities, such as basketball and high jump. I am full of energy, I just want to enjoy the moment of taking exercise. Sports meeting indeed brings students many energy and make the students become active. They can also exercise their bodies.

当秋天来临的时候,我感到很兴奋,因为运动会也将到来。我很喜欢运动。在我很小的时候,父亲带我去看篮球比赛,在长时间以来,运动已经成为我生活的一部分。我开始来学校的时候,我加入了篮球队,和朋友们在一起训练的时光我过得很快乐。虽然高中生活很忙,我必须学习很多科目,但是我仍然保持每天锻炼。运动会在这个学期是我最喜欢的时间。我可以参加许多活动,如篮球和跳高。我精力充沛,我只想享受锻炼的时刻。运动会确实给学生们带来很多活力,使学生们变得活跃。他们还可以锻炼身体。

Sunrise at Sea

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.

The sky was pale with a bluish blue. Soon a streak of pink dawn broke over the horizon，expanding gradually and becoming brighter and brighter. Knowing that the sun was about to rise, I had my eyes fixed on the distant edge of the sea.

As expected, the sun soon appeared revealing half of its face, which was very red but not bright It kept rising laboriously bit by bit as if weighted down with a heavy burden on its back until，after breaking through the rosy clouds;it completely emerged from the sea aglow with a lovely red. Then，before I knew it, the dark red orb began to shine blazingly, dazzling my eyes until they stung and all of a sudden lighting up the surrounding cloud.

Sometimes，hidden by the clouds, the sun nonetheless shed its rays straight onto the sea water, making it difficult for me to distinguish between the sky and the sea because what I saw in front of me was nothing but a wide expanse of brilliant light.

Sometimes, with thick layers of dark clouds hanging in the sky, the sun was hardly visible to the naked eye. But its radiance managed to show through the dark clouds to edge them with golden lace. Then, after gradually breaking through the tight encirclement, it came into full view and even dyed the dark clouds purple or scarlet. At the moment, apart from the sun，the clouds and the seawater, I too was luminous.

Wasnt that a marvelous spectacle?

When it comes to online shopping, different people holds different ideas

towards it. Some people seem extremely enjoy the way of buying things online

they can buy good quality commodities from Internet. As far as I’m concerned, I

think online shopping creates lots of benefits to people.

Firstly, buying things online is a way of saving time. Compared with the

traditional way of shopping, we have no need to go out to pick up our favorite

goods from store to store. Just a click, we can have things in our shopping cart

and just wait for the goods to be delivered to us. To this extent, not only we

can save the time of finding things from store to store but we don’t need to

spend time on transportation. Thus, we can save lots of time to enjoy fun.

Secondly, buying things online can save our money. People buy commodities

by Internet not only because it saves us time, but also, we can save lots of

money. It is often seen that some people just go to the physical store to check

out the commodities they want to buy and then they would search for their

favorite commodities online and take the order. People do this just because they

know that online goods are usually cheaper than the goods displayed in shop

window because online shop have no need to pay the rent. So, people are more

inclined to buying things from online store.

Thirdly, convenience is the last but not least thing of shopping online.

Since we can buy things online, there is no need to go out to look for things we

want to buy. What we need to do is to simply sit before our computer, search for

things we want to buy, click our favorite thing and then pay our order by our

bank card. And then, you just need to wait for your goods to be delivered to

your home.

In conclusion, shopping online is a convenient, time-saving and money

saving way of buying things. Therefore, we can benefit a lot from shopping

online. That’s the reason of why shopping online has developed faster and faster

in recent years.

星期四上午，晴空万里，我们六年级两个班在老师的带领下，一起去一中参加32届运动会的开幕式。

我们来到了一中，开幕式还没开始，操场周围已经是人山人海了，我们坐在指定的位置上，等待着。过了一会儿，开幕式开始了，首先是入场仪式，最先入场的是鼓号队，他们身穿深蓝色的鼓号服，敲着锣鼓，吹着小号，走向主席台。接着，各个学校的仪仗队，都陆续的走向主席台。轮到我们进场时，每个同学都迈着整齐坚定的脚步，精神抖擞，意气风发。不难看出，我们是一个团结奋进的集体，一个充满青春活力的集体。当走到主席台时，我们高声呼喊着口号：“姚明刘翔我的偶像2008放飞梦想!”

场上立刻爆发出热烈的掌声，大家都祝愿运动员们能够取得优异的成绩，为班级争光，为学校添彩。接着，一中校长为运动会致词，运动员代表讲话……然后，奏起了国歌，升起了国旗，放起了礼炮。最后校长以激动人心的话语宣布：“东风教育集团第32届运动会在一中正式开幕了!”这时，一支仪仗队的小学生把手中的气球一松，数以千计的、五颜六色的气球争先恐后地飞上湛蓝的天空，越飞越高，就像一片片五彩的云朵。满载着我们的希望，为运动会的开幕式画上了一个圆满的句号。

这将在我的小学生涯中留下美好的回忆!

今天，我们盼望已久的第六届校运会终于举行了，虽然我只参加了跳远比赛，但我仍然十分兴奋。

校运会在激昂的《运动进行曲》中开始了。仪仗队敲锣打鼓，彩旗队举着五颜六色的彩旗领着各班的运动员入场，运动员们个个精神饱满，神气十足，像一个个威武的士兵。第一项是男子50米短跑。运动员弯着腰站在起跑线上裁判员举着发令枪，大声喊：“预备—”，“砰”枪声一响，运动员们就像一匹脱缰的野马，在跑道上狂奔。跑道两旁，所有的观众都不约而同地站站起来，形成两堵厚厚的人墙。“加油!”“快跑!”“坚持住!”喝彩声，叫喊声，连成一片。

比赛仍在紧张地、激烈地进行着，跳远场上挤满了人，随着一位位跳远选手起跳的同时，一阵阵欢呼声也随之而出。该我上场了，我弯着腰，沉着地站在起跑线上，裁判员的枪声一响，我一阵猛跑，踩上木板，用力一跳，跳出3。65米的成绩，博得全场一阵热烈的掌声，我心里暗自高兴。当我走到裁判身边看成绩单时才发现有人比我跳得更远，真是山外有山，人外有人，强中自有强中手啊!

最后扣人心弦的400米接力赛开始了，我们班的4位同学调整好自己的心态，就上场了，枪声一响，我们班的“飞毛腿”小黄就像离弦的箭从起跑线射出，飞快地摆动着双腿，看，他领先了，把接力棒稳稳地传给了第二位同学——小林，小林全力奔跑，把接力棒传给了小苏，小苏超过了所有的对手，把接力棒传给了小波，眼看胜利在望，其他班的运动员都急红了眼，恨不得长出一双翅膀，玩命的追。

随着终点的临近，拉拉队的助威声也越来越高，一阵盖过一阵。只剩下最后50米了，出人意料的情况发生了。只见第二跑道129班的小庆突然加快了速度，他冲刺的速度极快，似流星赶月般超过一个又一个……在最后10米处超过了跑在最前面的小波，朝终点奔去，随着小庆穿越终点，赛场四周响起了一片欢呼声。129班的同学蹦啊!跳啊!别提有多高兴了!

第六届校运会在我们的欢声笑语中圆满地结束了!

今天是运动会第二天，我们参加的项目有男女800米跑，投掷软标枪，四乘一百米接力赛和跳长绳。我要参加三个项目。

今天我投软标枪十分不顺利，手腕上的伤还没有好，主要是因为我们是逆风投掷的，很有可能扔出去了很远但又被吹回来一些!虽然我运气还不错，扔的时候没有刮风，但也只投了八米。刘沅芷赶紧过来安慰我说：“没关系，你看你后面那位没受伤都比你扔的近!”我听了心里好受了些，但还是觉得有些可惜了。

就在这时，几个身影从我们身后跑过，原来是男子800米跑开始了。在那几个身影后有一个白色身影，那就是吴羽伦。我和刘沅芷在赛道旁拼命喊加油，吴羽伦在跑道上拼命追赶，最后得到了小组第六。接下来女生的比赛更给力了，得到了一个小组第一和两个小组第二的好成绩，让我们班的同学一下子兴奋起来了。

下午我有一个四乘一百的接力跑，我心里就好像在打鼓，也不知为什么，虽然平时也练习了，但心里就是没底。男子的比赛开始了，第一棒是吴羽伦，在跑的过程中他掉了一次棒，真是太可惜了!第二棒孙铭不顾一切地往前追赶，终于追到了第三名。可是到了陈胤廷那一棒又回到了第四名。我们几个女队员都十分焦急，一个劲地给他们加油。第四棒是莫尚辰，他旋风般地冲了出去，从最后一名跑到了第一名，全班都沸腾了，我们在等候区都能听到观众席中六班同学的欢呼声。

接下来就是我们女同学了，我们各自站好位置，第一棒周佳凝飞奔而出，跑到了第三名。程语涵是第二棒，虽然她跑得足够快了，但是仍没有追上来。下一个就是我了，我紧张得头顶冒汗，只能深呼吸让自己平静下来，在她快到的时候我开始慢慢向前跑，就在接力棒到我手上时，我内心的火山一下就爆发了，我的心中燃起了一团巨大的火焰。我用以前从未有过的速度冲到了最前面，把那个可以让心中火焰燃烧的接力棒送进了曾善美的掌心中。曾善美也拼尽全力地向前冲去，最终也得到了小组第一，可我没有欢呼，因为我已经没有足够的力气欢呼了。

比赛结束，我们回到了教室，但我心中的那团火焰仍是久久不散。

本周我们学校召开了一年一度的秋季运动会。

早晨我早早起床，怀着一颗激动的心情，带好垫子和水，来到学校。一进教室，看着同学们脸上洋溢着快乐的笑容，真比过节还热闹呀!

大家被老师带领着到了操场，啊!今天天气真好呀，湛蓝深远的天空万里无云，清凉的微风拂过我们整齐的队伍，让我们大家精神抖擞。

我们踏着有力的步伐，来到操场。第一个项目是会操比赛，轮到四年级了，我们排好队伍，随着音乐开始了比赛。音乐的节奏增加了我们的动力，我们阳光，我们快乐，我们是灿烂少年!真是“竞速时代，七班最帅，团结友爱，不可阻碍。”

会操完我们回到了看台，运动会正式开始了。我们班陈 希瑞、李汇泉、马芝含、崔傲飞、骆亚飞代表我们班参加比赛，陈 希瑞取得了第一名的好成绩，我真替他感到高兴。全班同学为他们加油的场面真是令人振奋，好像大地也被震动了。

我们班的跳绳代表队最后取得了第二名的好成绩，我们班还得到了精神文明班集体的奖状，我们好兴奋。

我好期待明年的运动会呀!

在国庆假期里，最快乐的事就是妈妈带我去动物园游玩。

动物园里的动物可多了，有会喷水的大象，有活泼调皮的猴子，有高贵漂亮的长颈鹿……最凶猛的狮子、老虎和大狗熊是圈养在虎山的，我和妈妈是坐着缆车观看的，坐在缆车里往下看，我刚好看到有一头黄色的大狮子正在张着那血盆大口吼叫，声音大得像打雷，我的心紧张极了，不由得握紧妈妈的手。

在百鸟园里，我见到了好多鸟，不过大部分我都不认识。我们看了鸟艺表演，观看了鹦鹉说话、鸽子识字等节目。最有趣的要数乌鸦拉车子了。一只黑黑的乌鸦拉了一只雪白雪白的鸽子，到了目的地，鸽子却不付钱，乌鸦气呼呼地把车子推翻在地，逗得观众哈哈大笑。

这里好看好玩的可多啦，说也说不完，真让人流连忘返!

我们实验小学盼望已久的第三届春季运动会终于开幕了。瞧，操场上好热闹，有跳绳比赛、夹球比赛，接力赛跑，还有掷沙包比赛......令人眼花缭乱，目不暇接，加油声、鼓掌声震耳欲聋。

跳绳比赛是我们三五班最喜欢的一种活动，瞧，在操场两边，有几组同学正跳得起劲，只见胡琪曼手里的跳绳像彩环一样飞舞起来，还不时的发出鸣哨声，鲜艳的红领巾在胸前不停地跳舞，小辫子调皮地在她肩头来回摆动，胡琪曼身轻如燕，跳得飞快，周围的同学不时的为她鼓掌。

加油!加油!”的喊声震耳欲聋，田径场上的气氛紧张而又热烈，只见小运动员们一个个英姿飒爽，如展翅飞翔的雄鹰,又像离弦的箭;掷沙包区也很热闹，只见一个个五彩的沙包争着抢着飞向远方，又稳稳地落在前方的地上......整个操场到处是激烈的比赛，到处是欢乐的海洋!好一个精彩的运动会呀!

今天，阳光明媚，万里无云，我们正在热火朝天的举行一年一度的田径运动会，看运动员们，正在拼命地奔跑着。

看我们班的小运动员王芷杭正在跑耐力和速度都要好的400米。只见她一听到吹哨声，就像离弦的箭一样飞奔出去。好像有人要超过她了，只见她来了个小冲刺，居然冲到了第二名，真是太棒了!接着又过了一圈到了最后的关头，只见王芷杭像一头发怒的狮子冲向终点，最后终于通过无数斤汗水获得第一名的好成绩。我想王芷杭心里肯定想：我终于成功了，我为班级争了一次光。王芷杭跑完800米紧接着又跑了女子4x100接力跑，王芷杭本来可能不太想跑，可是如果她不跑也许就输定了，所以，她鼓起勇气又开始跑4x100米了，跑完4x100米，我们大家都说王芷杭真棒!王芷杭心里肯定想：我终于成功了!

通过这次运动会，我学到了只要有付出就一定会有收获。

young is so great and also the most cherrish moment in a life, as young men have

more energy and power to move forwards. Once we grow up more, we might lose

enthusiasm to propell our expectation. Nowadays, young men are looking for a job

to work. Work provides money to support our living and meaning of a life.

However, There are some young men who do not work, but the world is not proud of

them. Those who prefer not to work and would rather spend money from inherited

can be seen wandering on the street, speeding on the highway, or gathering as

gangsters. Many of them tend to become drog addicted after they got broke. They

expect good fortune surrounding forever. They don‘t know it is hard to sustain

money for a generation. Fortunately, our education system has influenced on the

majority of young people that we all recognive the importance of having a job.It

is believed that the more we work, and the more opportunitis and treasures will

arrive. Thus, The society will become harmony and peaceful.

Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

10月29日早上，天气晴朗，我穿好校服，精神抖擞的来到学校，准备参加我们学校举办的田径运动会。

检阅开始，我们全班同学都迈着整齐的步伐，从主席台前经过时我们喊着响亮的口号：“剑指征程，亮我雄姿。众志成城，再创佳绩”，我们还放飞了自己的气球。而其他班级的同学表现的也很出色。不一会儿，全校师生都到了自己的位置。

检阅完毕，然后就是我参加的“跳高”比赛，因为我跳得高、姿势正确，所以得了第三名，为班里加了分，自己也得了礼物。我暗暗告诉自己，不要骄傲，要继续努力，为明年运动会拿第一名而奋斗。

跳高结束，我代表同学参加了200米跑步，比赛开始了，运动员们飞快地向前跑去。轮到我了，我也飞快地向前跑去，不过有人比我跑得更快。虽然我的比赛成绩不够理想，但我下定决心从现在开始努力，加强训练，争取在明年取得第一名，为我加油吧!

下午，比赛开始了!有的像奔跑的骏马，有的像跳跃的袋鼠。在运动场上，大家都在为运动员取得优异的成绩而热烈地鼓掌。

一天下来，同学们有的愁眉苦脸，当然是没跑嬴，输了!有的眉开眼笑，那肯定是得了个名次。有的同学是多愁善感，别的同学跑输了，他想到又不能为班级体争光了，所以就难过的哭了。

这次运动会圆满结束。我得的礼物虽然小，但礼轻情意重!我决心向着我的目标奋勇前进!同学们也都发挥了友谊第一，比赛第二的精神，取得了很好的成绩。

金秋送爽，飘来阵阵桂花香，金黄色的叶子像一只只小蝴蝶，在风中舞蹈着，落到地上，与大地融为一体。

金色的枪托在阳光下闪闪发亮，碧绿的草地上沾着几滴露水，放射出五彩的光芒，鲜红的跑道让人充满生命的活力，让运动员的血脉喷张激动不已。

没错，运动会开始了!

跑道上运动员的精神抖擞，一个个并排站在起点，观众台上，同学也准备在为着运动员们加油。

砰!的一声枪下，跑道上出现了七年级的同学飞奔的身影，一个个都那么拼尽全力，争取超越自我。

赛场上热血沸腾的，观众台上也热血沸腾的，一个个呐喊着，尖叫着，掌声一阵又一阵，高潮一波又一波，都在为运动员加油鼓劲。

看!我们班上的小洪正准备着，一声令下，他便冲了过去，可决赛时的运动员们都是跑步健将，在这一方面，他还略逊一筹，可依然得到了掌声和同学们的鼓励。

经过两天半的努力，我们班虽然只得了很少的分数，但这只是第一次，还有第二次，第三次，这只是一次锻炼。下次争取做得更好!

只有大家团结一致，运动员更加加把劲儿，才会有更好的结果。

我们期待着下一次运动会!

How to be a good learner?

As a good learner， we should have good habits and ways of learning。

We need to get ready for our lessons before class and always listen carefully in class。 It’s good to study in groups and help each other。 We should do more reading in our free time。 If we have some problems， we’d better ask others for help。 As a student， working hard is important， but don’t forget to do sports and keep healthy。

一个周日的早晨，学校全体师生，在文化广场，举行了一场隆重的趣味运动会。

一踏上广场的阶梯，映入眼帘的是人山人海。呵!可真热闹啊!

眨眼间，第一个活动已经开始了——拔河比赛。

先是三年级和四年级的小朋友比赛，他们双方人数均衡。老师一声令下，双方便开始了激烈的对战。大战约一分钟后，双方仍不相上下，一直僵持。呐喊助威声此时更盛了，有的甚至跳了起来，呼喊声响彻了广场上空。

不一会儿，三年级的一位小主力放松了警惕，四年级的小朋友当然不会放过，这个绝佳的机会。只听他们大喊一声，使劲一拉，老师手中的红旗扬起，宣布“四年级胜”，一场激烈的僵持比赛，在一片欢笑声中见了分晓。

接下来，是我们五年级对战六年级的大哥哥和大姐姐了，我们一个个摩拳擦掌，准备大展身手，誓要战胜六年级。

准备停当，我们脚顶着脚，身体放低，身势稍稍往后倾斜。“嘿”的一声，大家使劲一拉。一下子把六年级的哥哥姐姐们拉了过来，但裁判老师的红旗并没有举起，我们再加把劲，却发现怎么拉都拉不动了——又出现了僵持局面。小野老师的加油声更加响亮了，直冲我的耳朵。大家越发努力，可是渐渐的，由于体力消耗过大了，我们五年级最后还是败下了阵。真是可惜……

虽然我们输了，但依然很开心。人生有输赢，要看得开，生活开心很重要——老师如是说。所以我们并没有沮丧，大家依然高高兴兴地参加完所有的运动项目……

真是愉快的一天!

十月一日正好是国庆节，也就是祖国妈妈的生日。

每当国庆节来临之际，单位的门上挂起了灯笼，甚至上面都插上了彩旗，门上还张贴了“欢度国庆”四个大字。公园、大街小巷的树上都挂了灯笼。街道两边都摆满了五颜六色的鲜花。到处洋溢着节日气氛。

为了迎国庆，我们有的写作，有的画画，并且要从里面选出几个最好的作品贴在后面，办一个国庆专栏，作为送给祖国妈妈的生日礼物。

In order to meet the National Day, we have some writing, some painting, and from the inside to choose a few best works posted in the back, do a national celebration column, as the mothers birthday gift to the motherland.

一年一度的校运会又开始了!

早上8点钟，校春季运动会正式开幕了。这次的开幕式能够说是十分隆重。走在最前端的是举着鲜红国旗的国旗手，后面是鼓号队，再后面是一片五颜六色的旗帜和漂亮的鲜花，走在最终面的是各个班的运动员们，阵容十分强大，把整个200米的跑道都占满了。我作为鼓号队中的一员，既紧张又兴奋，为了在运动会的开幕式上演奏，我们已经训练近两个星期了，今日，就是我们一展身手的时候了!

当学校晋主任致完开幕词时，喊一声：“鼓号齐鸣!”我们便在指挥的带领下，围着操场慢慢的走着。我们敲锣打鼓的在操场上走了两圈，最终停在操场中央。接下来，由我们班的任珉同学代表全体运动员演讲，她讲的十分真诚，震撼人心。随着晋主任的一声：“春季运动会此刻正式开始!”激烈的比赛从此拉开了帷幕。

这次春季运动会的比赛项目繁多，有：60米，100米，200米，400米，800米，4×200米接力跑，跳高，跳远，垒球等项目，我们班选了10名体育最强的同学参加比赛。当运动员将要上场时，我们都会前去鼓励，当枪响的那一刻，台下爆发出热烈的欢呼声，呐喊声。当运动员像风似的冲过主席台时，我也会为我们班的同学加油呐喊，是他充满力量，向终点冲去。

有时，同学并没有取得优异的成绩，或是在比赛中受伤，可是，我们并不责怪他，而是去安慰他。因为，有欢笑，有汗水，有泪水的才是真正的运动会。没有取得优异的成绩并不可悲，主要的是你拼博了，你努力了。经过一天的比赛，我们班取得了一个个优异的成绩：600米赛跑第一名，100米赛跑第一名，200米赛跑第一名，400米、4×200米接力跑第一名，跳远第一名……
