二、创新并推广朱子文化特色旅游项目与产品，借力侨缘窗口和纽带让侨胞及世界看过来与走进来。福建作为侨力资源大省，各级侨联与海外华人华侨及社团联系紧密，各种海内外联谊活动频繁，是组织境外游客到大陆参访朱子文化的先天优势。由台湾的海峡两岸朱子文化交流促进会发起、闽北朱子后裔联谊会协作的两岸大学生走“朱子之路”暑期游学活动，至今已成功举办了8届，成为具有一定影响力的朱子文化旅游品牌。但其参与者主要为大陆与台湾两岸的在读研究生、博士生等，并且每年基本为定期的一次，属于“小众”的游学。建议我省制定相关激励政策，有效打造朱子文化游学、文化寻根、文化朝圣等文化休闲旅游产品，整合省内各地朱子文化遗址遗迹资源，形成以朱子文化为内涵、朱子遗址遗迹为载体、八闽自然风光为特色的朱子文化旅游品牌，并通过举办“世界福建同乡恳亲大会”、海外青少年寻根之旅等活动将海外侨胞“请进来”;同时，我省要通过各种渠道向海外大力推介朱子文化特色旅游项目与线路，让倡导仁义礼智信、给力世界和平友好发展的朱子文化“走出去”，通过侨胞传导给国际社会。

三、发挥海外华侨及海外相关宗亲的作用，将他们“请进来”共同参与朱子文化的保护、研究和传承。福建的海外侨胞总数接近3500万人，是华侨第一大省。海外侨胞中，朱子后裔及朱子理学先师和朱子著名门人的后裔等，他们遍及韩国、日本、东南亚、欧美等地。他们对朱子文化的认同度高，传承力强，研究深入，并很愿意为朱子文化遗产的抢救、朱子文化的传播贡献力量。对此，我省在积极自主地保护、研究、传承朱子文化遗产的同时，还应争取海外华侨包括海外朱氏宗亲的支持，参与我省对朱子文化遗产的整理、抢救、保护、研究、交流工作，包括接受朱子文化文物的回流、文化项目的建设等等。朱子文化遗产包括朱子本人及其先师、门人的生活、学习、教学、著述、游历过的遗址、书稿、器具等等有形遗产和有关治学、礼仪等非物质文化遗产。对向海外华人华侨征集到朱子文化相关的文物，通过在国内的朱子文化展示场馆中设立“朱子文化在海外”等主题展厅，实现共享。

信的形式以记叙文为主。表达的特点可以是一个中心内容，也可以是几个主题。想要向对方讲几件事都可以，它是一种最自由，嘴便于表达思想、抒发情感的方式。

写信要把握四个大方面。

第一，学会写信封;

第二，掌握写信的格式和方法;

第三，向对方说清楚自己要表达的意思;

第四，根据与收信人的关系，语言要运用得体。

小学生必须学会写信，这样可以给今后的学习、生活、工作带来很多方便和益处。
