一、城市水环境的基本特点

1、城市用水的特点

生活用水和生产用水是城市用水的主要类型，由于城市人员密集、工业化生产程度高，所以，城市用水需要较高的质量、较大的供水量、稳定的供给，这对城市采水、供水和用水来说有着不同于农村的特点。

2、城市用水的依赖性强

城市由于用水量大、供水要求高，所以，单纯依靠城市区域的供给和开采往往难于满足城市发展的需要，因此，大众城市往往需要从城区周边或外地调水来满足城市的用水需要，“引滦入津”、“南水北调”就是这样的举措。

3、城市水环境脆弱

在我国北方，城市生活和生产用水大都在简单处理或未经处理就直接排放到环境之中，在日积月累的大量污染的影响下，城市水环境受到了严重破坏，并且这一现象有蔓延和恶化的趋势，造成水环境的脆弱和生态的破坏，影响城市深入地发展。

4、城市地下水环境恶化

城市地下水环境恶化来源有两个，一是，城市生产和生活中大量污染源渗入地下，造成对地下水资源和水环境的破坏;二是，城市地表硬化导致城市地面下渗量的减少，在大量开采地下水的同时，没有必要的补充，出现水环境的恶化。

二、城市水环境综合治理方法

1、以人为本，科学发展

把维护广大人民群众的根本利益作为第一点，把群众最关心、最直接和现实的水环境保护问题为重点，转变发展观念，重视生态文明建设，加快建设资源节约和环境友好社会，走科学发展道路。

2、优先保护饮用水源

合格的安全饮用水源是人民生活的必需品，水环境治理应突出重点，优先保护饮用水源，确保群众饮水安全。

3、强化节能减排、效益原则

与区县减排工作挂钩，把COD削减量考核指标纳入到区县水环境治理目标体系中，明确各区县污水处理率、污水处理厂运行负荷率等量化指标。切实保障三个达标，即污水处理率必须达标、污水处理厂的运行负荷率必须达标、COD的减排必须达标。合理安排资金，对节能减排效果明显，有一定经济基础，技术条件成熟，符合国家和行业产业政策的项目优先考虑。

4、治本方针

突出截污治污。河道沿线村镇、企业密集，污染来源复杂。为此，河道治理将坚持“先截污、后清淤、先治理、后换水”的原则，周密排查河道沿线污染来源，大力实施清淤、截污、生态护坡、河岸绿化等措施，加强河道水体自净和生态修复功能;在突出截污治理的同时，各区县还将坚持污水处理厂、配套管网同步建设，大力提升现有污水处理厂运行负荷率，妥善解决污水出路，切实提高河道水环境质量。

5、加强协作，落实责任

市水务局于去年成立了河道水环境考核办公室，将清水工程已治理河道纳入考核范围，各区县按照属地管理原则在本辖区内建立水环境管理机构和相关管理机制，有效巩固水环境治理成果。此外，目前市政府已正式批准本市河道水环境实施“河长制”管理意见，即将公布全市主要河道“河长”名单，构建完善的河道水环境管理长效机制，为今后本市水环境由加强治理向强化管理转变打好基础。

三、城市河流水防治和改善技术的应用

1、底泥疏浚和河床微生态系统修复

在河流洪水、蓄洪功能上,底泥疏浚主要体现在河流利用水面变化增加行洪、蓄洪能力。作为沉积物沉积,有的湖泊水的深度可以被调整,从而减少其调节和存储功能。增加城市河湖疏浚河道水容量后,以确保顺利排出这些河流洪水,保障人民群众的生命和财产安全,也避免了洪涝灾害。底泥疏浚是水环境综合整治的一项重要措施,滇池、巢湖、太湖等水环境综合整治已被广泛使用。可见,合理的疏浚清除污染物,对于生态系统的恢复和重建具有非常重要的作用。

人工增氧技术是基于城市河流水污染后缺氧的现象,人工的向水体中注入空气或氧气,从而加速水体复氧的进程,提高水体的溶解氧水平,恢复和提高在水中好氧微生物的活力,使河流水的污染物净化,从而改善河流的水质。河流氧气一般使用固定和移动站充氧平台两种形式。河道人工增氧技术的应用,能够使得水质不同时期达到消除黑臭、减少水体污染负荷、促进河流生态系统恢复的目的。

3、调水引流水质改善技术

贯穿城市的内河河网水系,因为控制结构的限制,使得河流水不能够连接到外部的水体,造成水处于静止的状态,当天气炎热的时候,溶解在水中的氧气浓度就会降低,容易导致水质变坏。通过改进水域水动力条件,提高水体污染物的稀释能力,增强局部水体的自净能力,许多城市在水资源利用和部署中,通过跨流域调水工程,解决空间分布不均的问题。

4、植物修复技术

对于河道河流自然恢复应采取生态化措施,主要是通过恢复河岸植被、恢复天然湿地,在河岸种植芦苇、浮萍、睡莲、水生植物和其他湿地植物,以提高水体的净化能力。种植水生植物的城市河流水,一方面能够通过植物的根系的吸收,从而降低和遏制富营养化趋势;另一方面通过种植水生植物,可以也起到美化水体环境,提高城市的景观的效果。

5、生物净化技术

生物净化技术是充分利用天然水体自净的功能,采用人工措施,创造更有利的环境有利于微生物的生长和繁殖,并培养出大量的微生物从而增强水体净化能力,以提高纳污水体氧化降解有机物能力的一种净化方法。目前国内外最常用的生物净化技术是曝气技术、生物膜技术与投菌技术。生物净化技术,其成本低,对环境的影响小,能够有效降解污染物,是水体污染处理的最佳选择之一。生物净化技术及产品的开发,特别是分解菌株的培养也将被筛选到河流水污染控制技术之中,是未来城市水污染防治和治理的发展趋势。将具有特殊分解能力的菌种添加到河边,能够将水体中有毒有害物质分解为无毒无害的物质,从而加速有毒物质的分解、转化,不仅可以提高河流的净化能力,而且也实现了河流的生态修复。生物产品的运用将成为人工增氧、底泥疏浚等现有防治技术的有益补充。

My Views on Environmetal Protection

Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. Some people think it is impossible to solve the problem,however,from my opinion,if we find out the reason and take effective measures the environment can be better.

If we trace the cause for haze weather,the main points are as follows,first,our countrys air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has defects. Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out products according to relevant law and regulations. They tend to use obsolete equipment in which they are more likely to emit a great deal of wasted air. Third,across our society,the awareness of protecting the environment has not built up so that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as much as possible. If we dont take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation.

Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve the environment. In my opinion, to protect the environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, people should be educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the policy of population into practice, because more people mean more pollution. Finally,laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforce strictly just as our government has been doing. To sum up,if we work together to take out such measures,our environment will get better and better and haze weather will vanish completely.

Do you want to live in the city or the country?

I like to live in the country that the sun rises in the morning with the first golden light & the first sound from the cock.. All the animals & plants begin their life from this moment on and some of the animals begin their sleeping the new day. This is a very beautiful beginning in the world that you just can see all these in the country not in the city.

And for people , the people in the country are kind although they are ungrace-ful .that is not important that you will feel what is the realest in the friendship of people.

Are people kinder in the city or the country?

The people live in the country is kinder than the people live in the city . this is so sure that I just feel all this from my grandparents . My grandpatents both are country people. Their family is poor that they even do not have more money after they finish all their meals.but my mother was so so interested in studying. My grandparents got five children & gave the choice to study to allof them .

As an example, in Shanghai, which has the highest urban population in China, the number of Shanghai natives -- as in those with a Hukou -- has actually been dropping for the last 17 years in a row, even though the citys population has been increasing.

A possible reason for Shanghai parents not choosing to have a second child could be the rising cost of everyday expenses, particularly the cost of education.

"I dont think Ill have a second child if the limit is removed. Im simply a wage-earner, and I find it difficult enough to raise one child, so I wont consider the second."

But at the same time, there are still people who think it would be nice to have two children.

"I will think about it. A lot of parents now are the only child in families, to have two kids means they can look after each other in the future, and of course, therell be financial burden."

One-Child Policy has been relaxed in certain ways over the years.

In cities such as Shanghai and Beijing, if a couple is both the product of the one-child policy, theyre allowed to have two kids.

Certian ethnic minority groups have been exempt from the rules entirely.

And families in rural areas whose first child is a girl are also allowed to have a second child without punishment.

It remains unclear as to how the proposed two-child policy will work, though its being suggested that several big cities will be selected to try it before its brought in around the country.

Recently we have held a class meeting to discuss what is considered to be honorable behavior and what is shameful.It is really a pity to see all this in our school.Some students don’t respect their teachers or parents. It is honorable to obey the law and rules , care much about our class and study hard.It is shameful to break school rules, to be selfish or to make little effort to achieve success.We should respect others and think more of them than of ourselves.We should work hard and make much more progress to repay the society.We should try our best to keep the environment clean。

However, environmental pollution and ecological destruction of normal life has been on the social and economic development and peoples constitute a real threat. Some people believe that economic development should never be at the cost of the environment.They think the present serious environmental problems are largely caused by rapid?economic development.For example,land resources are shrinking because of the industrial development and the expansion of cities.Deserts are spreading because of over grazing,poor fanning,tree cutting,and strip mining.Our air and water supplies are being polluted by poisonous gassesand waste products.It is important,therefore,that we should take another look at the way in which our industries and cities are developing.

However,other people think it unnecessary to consider environmental problems now and our first priority should always be given to economic development.They believe that environmental problems are inevitable and unavoidable in the process of economic development.They are only the by products of economic development,which can be dealt with later when we have the time and money.

I think the second idea is completelywrong.Our ultimate aim in economic development is to provide a comfortable and happy life for our people.What is the point of economic development if we achieve it at the cost of our environment?There has been much evidence to prove that a balance between the two helps more rapid and continuous development.

We cant live without water, but now the water was polluted. It is the biggest problem. It influences our daily life. So we should find a way to solve this problem. Water is important resources. In our daily life, we often leave the tap on after cleaning hands. Sometimes we often drop litter in the river. So the water was polluted by us. I think we could use a bottle of water two or three times. We have to turn off the tap after cleaning hands.

Lets try to form a good habit and save things around us. Lets do it from now on!

World Environment Day is commemorated each year on June 5th, and started from 1972, which is established by the United Nations General Assembly for raising global awareness to take actions to protect the Nature. The establishment of World Environment Day shows peoples the cognition and the attitude to the environmental problem, and expresses our human beings desire of pursuing the better environment. Every year the United Nations Environment Program proposes a theme, and the 2014 theme of this day will focus onSmall Island and Climate changeand the slogan is “Raise Your Voice Not the Sea Level”.This years slogan is "To improve environmental quality The development of green".

World Environment Day can be celebrated in lots of ways, for instances, planting trees, doing some recycling, participating the clean-up campaigns and so on. Certainly people can also do something simple, like going to work by bus instead of private cars. I believe if everyone takes environmental actions as a habit, we are doing a big difference for the better environment.

Finally, it was time to be busy for two months. So I got up early and quickly packed my things to school.

The long-awaited accommodation has begun. We had long wanted to get rid of our parents, and we were so excited about the dormitory that we started to be independent when our parents left. We can live the way we want to live without our parents long-winded lessons. But obviously, were all wrong.

Our fantasy dorm life is wonderful because we didnt think about doing things on our own. In the past, we didnt know much about the word independence. It was not easy to find independence in middle school. Because we used to be too dependent on our parents, we have to get rid of this bad habit in middle school. Teachers say junior high is where you learn to be independent. So now, we have to do everything ourselves, and we cant rely on anyone else.

In the first day or two, I was not very comfortable, because the people in the dormitory were very strange, and I couldnt find the topic of chatting at first. But I was glad that I soon joined the group and got along well with them. It was a great comfort to me because my mother said that if I didnt talk to you in the dorm, it would be very lonely and very hard. But of course, in the dormitory not only to have a good relationship with students, but also to adapt to the environment here.

After a week, I have been used to our dormitory, and we have adjusted our time, and will not be able to go to bed when we are busy at the beginning of school. Pollution: An Increasing Concern in China It is reported that ten big cities in China are being ranked among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.Many factors are contributing to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air, the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the widespread use of plastic bags etc. To my view, stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without permission should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. Whats more, the media should play an important role in implanting a sense of environmental consciousness into peoples mind. If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better, we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.
