My Hometown

My hometown is beautiful place It stands near a wide river at the foot of low GREen hills. It has many tall buildings and wide streets. There are trees and flowers everywhere.

But it has not always been like that. In the old days, it was a sad dirty little town. Landlords and merchants lived in the few good houses. For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many had no work.

排长一定要领导大家，所以任何事我都冲锋在前，军事演习时，我第一个去冒险，爬网时，我首当其冲，却因为太心急，从顶端“咕咚咕咚”滚了下来，脚擦破了点儿皮，在家一直是衣来伸手饭来张口的我怎能忍受?于是我的眼泪在眼眶里打转，嘴巴撅得连油壶都挂得住。教官来了，看见我这样就生气地说：“怎么受了这点儿伤都经受不住?”于是他开始喋喋不休地说：“当一名军人最重要的是学会忍受，而不是碰到一点儿小伤就会哭……”这时的我委屈极了，晚上跑到宿舍哭了很长时间，教官跑来安慰我：“对不起啊!为了能让你们学会自强，我必须严厉教管你们，希望你能明白啊!”说完，还摸摸我的头。

之后训练的几天里，我仍旧挨批，但我不委屈，军人受伤多的去了，我这点儿小伤算得了什么?

In the morning, we see a new friend. Although I don’t know his name, I meet him. And I think this boy looks like Edison. He is handsome. Later we make up some short plays and my group also show our play. Our story talks about a magician helping some fishes. And we got No.1.

In the afternoon, we play a game. It is so much fun!

Although the class is still boring, I think, in our life, we still can find some happiness!

时值晚春，繁密的枝叶已被春风吹成深绿，再过不久，便是屈原为国捐躯的日子，人们为了鱼虾不撕咬他的身体，向河里投入大量包好的糯米，一年又一年，一代又一代，纪念屈原成为了中国的节日端午节。

南方人吃肉粽，在乳白的糯米团里放上一颗肥腻的肉块，我倒不怎么喜欢这种口味，油腥味掩去了糯米的清淡，失去了原有的滋味。

家乡的甜粽味道清香，不加修饰，更易品出屈原澄澈真实的想法。晾干的芦苇包裹住清香的糯米，偶尔向其中塞入一颗甜枣，折叠成锥体，绑上纤细的苇杆，载入锃亮的瓷盘，锅中沸水掀起一股股白浪，如龙王的怒吼，一波未平，一波又起，斜端瓷盘，大块浓绿被这波涛淹没，于是又拿起灶台上的锅盖，轻轻扣下，叫他接受洗礼，散发香气。

苦痛炽热的煎熬总是漫长的，待火光熄灭方才发现，苇杆不知何时变得色深柔软，棕叶绿得油亮，颇有食欲。捞入盘中，松开棕叶之上的束缚，抄起筷子，夹住一端棕叶，慢悠悠地将白玉般的糯米自棕叶退下，忽然眼前一亮，在深绿的粽叶下，糯米光滑的身躯更显洁白明亮。

放在盘中托在手上，轻捷地将它们摆在桌上，一家人围坐在方桌几面，面前摆上载着白糖的小蝶，大人身旁附上一杯白酒，夹起粽子蘸少许糖，就着白酒的辣味儿拉起家常，平日工作的劳累一挥即散，仿佛回到古时田园的小家，食物简洁却真情四溢，总觉得这就是屈原先生向往的生活。满嘴溢着甜味，嗯，端午的味道。

纵使时间老去，年代老去，我们老去，但有一样东西永世繁盛，那就是祖国传统的节日，先人的愿望，我们的和谐，将永不散去，端午的味道，真情的味道，永远都不会改变。
