食品安全是关系着人民群众的身体健康和生命安全、经济健康发展、国家安定和社会发展与稳定的重大问题。目前我国食品安全面临的挑战和存在的问题主要有：食品制造过程中使用劣质原料，添加有毒物质的情况仍然难以杜绝;超量使用食品添加剂，滥用非食品加工用化学添加剂，加工食品过程中使用劣质原料;农产品、禽类产品的安全状况也不容乐观;抗生素、激素和其他有害物质残留于禽、畜、水产品体内;面临转基因食品的潜在威胁，尽管目前还没有足够证据证明转基因食品对人类有害，但转基因食品安全性问题已引起人们的密切关注。??我在想：牛奶里不加三聚氢氨就没有方法提高蛋白质了吗?火锅里不加一滴香就没有办法让汤更香吗?农产品不加防腐剂就没有办法光鲜地上餐桌吗?不是的!牛肉难道不比加了牛肉膏的猪肉更好吗?正常的猪瘦肉难道不比瘦肉精养大的猪肉更好吗?正常的玉米馒头难道不比色素馒头更可口吗?答案一定是肯定的。

根据我所了解到的， 就食品安全问题概括起来，有如下三个特点：一是问题食品的涉及面越来越广。问题食品已从过去的粮油肉禽蛋菜、豆制品、水产品等传统主副食品，扩展到水果、酒类、干货类、奶制品、炒货食品等，呈立体式、全方位态势。二是问题食品的危害程度越来越深，已从食品外部的卫生危害走向了食品内部的安全危害。过去只注意食品细菌总数，现在是深入食品内部的农药、化肥、化学品残留。三是制毒制劣手段越来越多样、越来越“深入”、手法越来越隐蔽，从食品外部的走向内部的、从物理的走向化学的。从曝光的有毒有害食品看，犯罪分子制毒制假手法花样翻新、五花八门，难以想象，已到了“不怕你做不到，就怕你想不到”的地步。

2008年“三鹿事件”发生后，整个社会对食品安全问题日趋关注，正是在这样的背景下，中央把食品安全问题提到了前所未有的高度，但是为什么食品安全问题还是层出不穷呢?我觉得产生食品安全问题的原因是多方面的。法律层面，法律法规不完善，标准杂乱无序，法制意识淡漠;??道德层面，如道德缺失，社会责任感淡薄，人与人之间信任度的降低;监管层面，监管缺失，失职渎职，地方保护，专业能力缺乏，监管对象的庞大和监管力量的弱小;社会层面，媒体的炒作，人民群众的非理性恐慌，消费意识的误区，信息的不对称;环境层面，环境污染，农药、兽药等的滥用，高科技环境下，新的非法添加物不断更新换代等等。总之，食品安全问题是现代社会发展到一定程度，人民群众日益增长的对健康安全的要求与上层建筑之间的矛盾。

古人有云：“王者以民为天，而民以食为天。” 既然产生食品安全问题的原因是多方面的，解决食品安全问题也是要全社会共同努力才能逐步提高。??面对如此严重的食品安全问题，我们又该做出什么样的措施呢?一是增强全民食品安全意识，引导群众树立正确的理性的消费意识，建立完善及时的对称的信息共享平台，理性消费，正视食品安全问题，避免不必要的恐慌。??二是加强立法，完善监管。建立健全法律法规，增加非法食品的违法成本，完善监管体系，严格执法，强化多部门合作，形成监管合力。??三是加强宣传，强化主体责任。对食品生产，流通等环节开展法律宣传，强化食品生产经营者的主体责任意识，进一步树立食品生产经营者是食品安全第一责任人的思想，从主观上杜绝非法添加和滥用食品添加剂等违法行为。从严管理，完善内部管理制度，从制度上确保食品安

全。四是发挥媒体的监督作用。要从根本上解决食品安全问题，就必须引入独立的第三方监督，这个第三方从本质上说应该是广大消费者，但由于消费者过于分散，所以独立的媒体监督往往就成为消费者的最佳代理人。尤其是网络媒体，具有成本低、传播速度快、舆论压力大等特点，实际上近年来多起食品安全事件的舆论监督主力都是网络媒体。

以上是从国家和社会这个大的方面来说的，那么从小的方面即我们自身对于食品安全的对策又有哪些呢?我想说的是我们在日常生活中，也要学会聪明的选购食品，要遵循以下几个小原则：一、注意看经营者是否有营业执照，其主体资格是否合法。二、注意看食品包装标识是否齐全，注意食品外包装是否标明商品名称，配料表、净含量、厂名、厂址、电话、生产日期、保质期、产品标准号等内容。三、注意看食品的生产日期或失效日期，注意食品是否超过保质期。四、看产品标签，注意区分认证标志。五、看食品的色泽，不要被外观过于鲜艳、好看的食品所迷惑。六、看散装食品经营者的卫生状况，注意有无健康证，卫生合格证等相关证照，有无防蝇防尘设施。七、看食品价格，注意同类同种食品的市场比价，理性购买“打折”、“低价”、“促销”食品。八、购买肉制品、腌腊制品最好到规范的市场、“放心店”购买，慎购游商(无固定营业场所、推车销售)销售的食品。九、妥善保管好购物凭据及相关依据，以便发生消费争议时能够提供维权依据.

俗话说得好，民也是为天，食以安为先。食物是人类赖以生存的必须条件，可是，在当今社会，食品安全成了人们关注的焦点。那下面我就来罗列一下关于食品安全的“三部曲”吧!

第一曲：出现可怕的“化学食物”

三聚氰胺奶粉及牛奶、甲醛奶糖、带花黄瓜、爆炸西瓜、地沟油、染色花椒、墨汁石蜡红薯粉。这一个个组合奇怪的词语“奏”成了一首“曲子”：“化学食物。”相信三聚氰胺奶粉大家都很熟悉吧?那可是给孩子喝的东西啊!里面竟然有化学成分!我想着也心惊肉跳，何况是那些喝过那种奶粉的孩子的父母!不仅是三聚氰胺奶粉，吃个西瓜竟能吃到爆炸，弄得大家惴惴不安;吃根香肠也能吃出乱七八糟的东西，搞的大家心急如焚。一系列的食品安全问题引起了人们的沉思与反思。

第二曲：黑心商家的“把戏”

食品的安全，自然也和售卖食品的商家脱不了什么干系。那些商家看起来对你毕恭毕敬，服务到家，可是你可不要被蒙蔽了!他们的恭驯只是假象!其实他们是黑心的“两面派”!就拿街上的小摊贩来说吧，我原来很喜爱吃那些小摊上的油炸香肠啊，贡丸啊等等，但是有一天，我无意间看到了那些食物的制作过程：小摊贩把一桶颜色很浑浊，一点也不澄澈的油拿起来，往沾满油迹的烤的地方里倒了一点，然后把那些食物放在了里面，他的嘴角勾起了诡异的笑容，那种笑容让我觉得全身发抖，有种想作呕的感觉。其实并不是这些食物让我恶心，而是人。人更叫我恶心!从那时以后，我便再不买小摊食物了。商家们，摸摸你们的良心吧!不要再做黑心的“两面派”了!

第三曲：我的呼吁

食品的安全，关系到人类的生存，是个严肃重要的问题。所以，我要发出呼吁：制作的商家们，请以后不要为了贪图小便宜，而去用那些廉价伤身的成分加入到食品当中，这样真是害人害己!请设想一下，要是你们的孩子吃了三聚氰胺奶粉，你会是什么感受?当你知道自己吃了那么多年的食物中有有害身体健康的化学成分，你会怎么想?所以，请收敛自己的所作所为吧!售卖现成食物的商家们，也请你们把自己的食物做的绿色一点，请不要使用地沟油之类的有害配料!

最后，希望我们以后吃到的食物不应该是浑浊有害的，而应该是绿色健康的!

一、学生购买食品应注意哪些问题

1、到正规商店里购买，不买校园周边、街头巷尾的“三无”食品。

2、购买正规厂家生产的食品，尽量选择信誉度较好的品牌。

3、仔细查看产品标签。食品标签中必须标注：产品名称、配料表、净含量、厂名、厂址、生产日期、保质期、产品标准号等。不买标签不规范的产品。

4、食品是否适合自己食用。

5、不盲目随从广告，广告的宣传并不代表科学，是商家利益的体现。

二、学生应注意哪些饮食卫生习惯?

1、白开水是最好的饮料，一些饮料含有防腐剂、色素等，经常饮用不利于少年儿童的健康;

2、养成良好的卫生习惯，预防肠道寄生虫病的传播;

3、生吃的蔬菜和水果要洗干净后再吃，以免造成农药中毒;

4、选择食品时，要注意食品的生产日期、保质期;

5、尽量少吃或不吃剩饭菜，如果吃剩饭菜，一定要彻底加热，防止细菌性食物中毒;

6、不吃无卫生保障的生食食品，如生鱼片、生荸荠;

7、不吃无卫生保障的街头食品;

8、少吃油炸、烟熏、烧烤的食品，这类食品如制作不当会产生有毒物质。

三、学生吃甜食多多益善吗?

饮品中富含糖分，孩子多吃后易患皮肤炎症和多种疾病。过多摄取糖分，还会产生大量酸性物质，从而打破血液正常的酸碱平衡，使孩子变成酸性体质的人。有医学资料表明，70%的疾病发生在酸性体质的人身上，这无疑使孩子成了疾病“温韩国瘦身一号床”。除了上述影响，许多饮料中还缺乏孩子发育所必需的蛋白质与脂肪，喝得过多，将影响孩子吃正餐，造成营养不良，所以喝饮料每天最好不超过100毫升。

四、使学生聪明的营养食物有哪些

1、多吃鱼，蛋黄，虾皮，紫菜，海带，瘦肉

2、每周吃一次动物内脏如猪肝、动物脑

3、每天吃富含维生素C的水果如橘子、苹果

4、每天吃豆类或豆制品

5、每周吃蘑菇1—2次

6、多吃香蕉、红萝卜、菠菜

五、个人怎样预防食物中毒?

1、饭前便后要洗手;

2、煮熟后放置2小时以上的食品，重新加热到70℃以上再食用;

3、瓜果洗净并去除外皮后才食用;

4、不购食来路不明和超过保质期的食品;

5、不购食无卫生许可证和营业执照的小店或路边摊点上的食品(尤其是这些店、摊上没有密封包装的食品);

6、不吃已确认变质或怀疑可能变了质的食品;

7、不吃明知添加了防腐剂或色素而又不能肯定其添加量是否符合食品卫生安全标准的食品。

六、如何分清食品保质期和保存期?

所谓保质期(最佳食用期、最短适用日期)是指标签指明的贮存条件下，保持品质的期限。保存期(推荐最后食用日期)是指在标签指明的贮存条件下，预计的终止食用日期，超过此期限，产品不宜再食用。

七、如何正确选购饮料?

首先、要看清标签标注、QS标志、生产日期、保质期、厂名、厂址等是否齐全，配料中配料成分是否符合该类饮料的标准。

其次、要选择近期生产的产品。选购碳酸饮料时，要尽量选择近期生产的、罐体坚硬不易变形的产品。

第三、选购饮料要因人而异。果汁饮料有一定的营养成分，适合青少年和儿童饮用，但不能长期喝或一次性大量饮用。
