后来，我又测了土豆、虾……都是安全的，我真开心！

通过这次活动，我知道了政府对食品安全十分重视，经常到菜市场检查食品安全，市民可以放心食用。

周六上午，我们班同学乘坐金龙客车去参观了深圳市安全教育基地。

在一天，我们老师让我们做一张老师自己出的考卷，前几道题我轻轻松松的就做完了，可是惟独有最后一道题把我给难住了，我左想一遍，方法让我给打回去了，我右想一遍，方法又让我给打回去了，我想尽了一切方法，绞尽脑汁，想了半天也没把这道题的解法想出来。十分钟过去了、二十分钟过去了、三十分钟过去了、三十五分钟过去了······眼看还有五分钟就要收卷子了，怎么办呢?在最后的几分钟里，我忽然眼前一亮，找到着这道题的解题方法。当时我想：‘这方法不就在我的眼前么?我怎么就没看见呢?’说来也巧，我刚刚做完了那一道题，老师就要我们交卷，下去以后，我知道了“世上万物怕就怕这认真二字”。

在这次做题中，我知道了一个道理，无论做什么事，只要认真，你一定会克服眼前的困难，不会让他给大道，并且向更艰难的路走去。

看了这则新闻后，我感到既生气、害怕又痛心。生气是因为这些不良工厂生产的“三无食品”会害死多少人!害怕是因为，如果我或者我的家人和朋友们不小心吃到这种“三无食品”就太可怕了。而新闻中的小学生就因为吃了这种“有毒”的“三无食品”，而被夺去了生命，真是令人痛心。

我们都知道，辣条和冰棍都是一些小零食，我们买的时候要看生产日期、保质期和食品安全标志。但是有一些不良工厂却生产没有任何健康保障的“三无食品”，通过学校周围的小商店卖给小学生，这让学生们接触的食品存在着巨大的安全隐患。

建议食品安全检查部门加强对学校周边小商店的检查力度，如果发现有售卖“三无食品”的商店，要销毁“三无食品”，并且要处罚小商店，严重的要关闭商店。同时要顺藤摸瓜，坚决查处和打击生产“三无食品”的工厂，消灭“儿童杀手”的源头。作为学校的老师，要加强小学生的食品安全教育，让小学生从小树立健康的食品观念，自觉地不去购买不安全的食品。作为一名小学生，我们要拒绝“三无食品”，不在小商店买辣条等零食。如果要吃零食，也必须到正规的大超市去买健康的食品。零食虽然好吃，但是吃多了对身体健康不利，所以我们还是要多吃饭和其他健康的食品，少吃零食，这样才能拥有强壮的身体。

“卖骨肉相连了!”、“卖羊肉串了，二块一串!”、“香喷喷的里脊肉，一块钱喽!”。。。。。。各种小吃的叫卖声在学校附近此起彼伏。

“叮零零!叮零零!”放学铃响了。只见同学们一窝蜂似地跑出校门，争先恐后地跑向那些小吃摊。那一阵阵诱人的香味吸引了很多小朋友，大家你一元，我五角地买里脊肉、羊肉串。。。。。。吃得津津有味。他们不知道，这些“美食”虽然好吃，但同学们把美食吃进肚子的同时也把不安全的种子埋进了身体里。同学们经过了一天的学习，双手接触了书、笔、桌子、椅子等，他们未经洗手就吃这些东西;更为严重的是，这食些食物很有可能就是三无、假冒伪劣商品，也有可能是用“地沟油”炸出来的，那些肉也有可能是未经检疫过的。这样的食品不但没有营养，还会让人拉肚子、呕吐，甚至引起食物中毒，后果非常严重，不但影响我们的健康，还会影响我们的学习，所以我们平时一定要注意食品安全，买食品一定要注意以下几点：一、要到正规的商场去购买食品，不能去街上的小摊小贩那儿。二、购买食品前一定要看有没有生产地、生产日期、保质日期、质量认证标质。。。。。。三、吃东西前一定要仔细洗手。

对于食品的安全，我们一定要重视，这也是自我保护的一种手段。

现在社会经济发展了，人们的生活水平在不断提高，超市里的商品琳琅满目，让人挑花了眼。那一天中午，妈妈不再家，我到超市买东西吃。挑了一包“统一”方便面，回到家煮着吃了，觉得味道不错，正准备把方便面的牌子记下来，下次再去买这种方便面的时候，突然肚子就绞痛起来。痛得头昏眼花，实在忍受不住了，我只得给妈妈打了电话，妈妈回来赶紧把我送到医院。医生诊断说，是吃了变质的食品。打了点滴，吃了药，肚子这才好受了些。回到家，拿起方便面的包装袋一看，啊?原来已经过了保质期了。我一方面气愤超市竟然把过期的食品摆在货架上，一方面后悔自己为什么买东西的时候不先看看生产日期呢。在学校开展的“关注食品安全，共创健康美好生活”主题活动中，我了解到更多的事例：广州出现大头婴儿是因为长期食用劣质奶粉才发病的。奶粉包装精美，上面标明“强化铁、锌、钙及维生素ad，添加免疫球蛋白、DNA，容易被宝宝消化及吸收，0至10个月婴儿适用”。调查结果显示，各方面都达不到要求。“旭明”牌龙口粉丝，在包装纸上赫然写明了“无公害农产品”的字样，配料说明上也注明了豌豆、淀粉的成分。谁知道却是用农用碳酸氢铵化肥提取下脚料淀粉，添加增白剂的手法做出来的。记者暗访“凤爪”生产作坊，刚走进大门，一排油光滑亮的鸡鸭凤翅呈现在眼前，只见作坊里面却乌黑不堪，污水横流，潮湿的空气中，散发着异味。 众多的事例让我认识到，食品安全真的很重要。如果我那天吃的不是变质食品，而是有毒食品，不知道会有什么样的结果啊

其实，当我在吃臭豆腐的时候，就已经把各种有害物质一同吞进了肚里，我从网上一查，啊呀呀，不得了了，原来有一种叫“肉毒梭菌”的毒菌，常会随臭豆腐的制作而繁衍其中，特别是老土法制作，一般是先将一块块的豆腐煮熟后分成若干小块再一层层地置于容器中，然后封住封口。这时，如果封得它密不透风，就酿下了大祸：这种“肉毒梭菌”就会乘机繁衍。这样的臭豆腐食用后会出现全身无力、头痛、食欲不振、视力模糊等中毒症状。以后的结果，我不说，也知道了吧……
