11月17日,上海的一项抽检结果表示,市场上销售的多宝鱼在养殖过程中违规使用了氯霉素、孔雀石绿、硝基呋喃等违禁兽药。氯霉素、硝基呋喃类药物是人用药品，孔雀石绿禁用兽药，但不法分子却非法渠道销售给养殖户使用。孔雀石绿等违禁药物稽查，市面很难见到此类药物。鱼商渠道不买到此类药物。专家估计，被检测到孔雀石绿违禁药物有在水产品运输过程中，二次污染所致。

在河北、浙江两省查出8家使用“苏丹红”的蛋禽养殖厂，共销毁含“苏丹红”的蛋鸭1.04万只、鸭蛋2025公斤。鸭蛋经销商以高价回收“红心鸭蛋”为诱饵，向养殖户销售化工染料“苏丹红、平山、井陉”两县部分养殖户饲喂蛋鸭时使用了从鸭蛋经销商处的“苏丹红”。

在大街小巷中，经常可以零食摊店，小学生作文们都喜欢去“帮称”。但零食对的身体有益吗?人想过，当作给的“额外餐”而已。做对的身体有害，还浪费了家长们的血汗钱，你们说是吗?

一个星期天，我吃过早饭后，随手拿了张报纸看了起来。突然，一条新闻标题吸引了我的眼球：【垃圾食品就是一颗颗的定时炸弹】，我立即仔细看了起来。当我看完整篇报道时，不禁惊叫了起来。妈妈听见我的叫声，连忙跑过来问我怎么回事。我指着报纸问妈妈：“这些都是真的吗?”妈妈看了后，给了我答复“是呀，现在很多食品中含有大量染色素，防腐剂。这些都是化学物质，吃了对人体可是有害的，轻者：头晕，呕吐，重者则要住院。很多油炸食品的用油确实是地沟油，不信你可以上网查”我打开电脑开始搜索，果真，搜到了很多制作这些食品的资料和视频，看了那些恶心的视频，我心里直想吐。

现在我长大了，知道疾病通过空气传给食品，我们吃了被污染的食品就等于吃了疾病。还有，有些黑心摊主为了赚更多的钱，会把过期的食品卖给我们，吃了变质的食品也会生病。食品安全的问题仅靠相关人员解决是绝对不够的，必须动员全社会，积极举报和揭发。为了我们能生活在一片健康，安全的蓝天下，请大家行动起来：让食品安全的警钟长鸣，让我们携起手来共创健康，安全的美好家园!

现在社会经济发展了，人们的生活水平在不断提高，超市里的商品琳琅满目，让人挑花了眼。那一天中午，妈妈不再家，我到超市买东西吃。挑了一包“统一”方便面，回到家煮着吃了，觉得味道不错，正准备把方便面的牌子记下来，下次再去买这种方便面的时候，突然肚子就绞痛起来。痛得头昏眼花，实在忍受不住了，我只得给妈妈打了电话，妈妈回来赶紧把我送到医院。医生诊断说，是吃了变质的食品。打了点滴，吃了药，肚子这才好受了些。回到家，拿起方便面的包装袋一看，啊?原来已经过了保质期了。我一方面气愤超市竟然把过期的食品摆在货架上，一方面后悔自己为什么买东西的时候不先看看生产日期呢。在学校开展的“关注食品安全，共创健康美好生活”主题活动中，我了解到更多的事例：广州出现大头婴儿是因为长期食用劣质奶粉才发病的。奶粉包装精美，上面标明“强化铁、锌、钙及维生素ad，添加免疫球蛋白、DNA，容易被宝宝消化及吸收，0至10个月婴儿适用”。调查结果显示，各方面都达不到要求。“旭明”牌龙口粉丝，在包装纸上赫然写明了“无公害农产品”的字样，配料说明上也注明了豌豆、淀粉的成分。谁知道却是用农用碳酸氢铵化肥提取下脚料淀粉，添加增白剂的手法做出来的。记者暗访“凤爪”生产作坊，刚走进大门，一排油光滑亮的鸡鸭凤翅呈现在眼前，只见作坊里面却乌黑不堪，污水横流，潮湿的空气中，散发着异味。 众多的事例让我认识到，食品安全真的很重要。如果我那天吃的不是变质食品，而是有毒食品，不知道会有什么样的结果啊

农村里有些小店中的零食都是过期的。例如我曾有一次下午在村里买了几只凤爪，刚咬一口，就觉得味道不同于往常吃的凤爪，不过也没多想，以为是新产品，所以一下就吃完了。到了晚上，我突然感到肚子很痛，特别难受去了好几趟厕所，去了医院，医生说我吃了过期的凤爪导致拉肚子。那天我痛了好久深刻感受到了食品安全的重要性

我觉得现在食品安全关乎着我们的生命，需要重视，吃有益食品让我们更加健康!让我们成为食品安全的监督人!

俗话说：“人是铁，饭是钢，一顿不吃饿得慌”我们虽然不能制止不法商家但是我们可以不去买三无食品，所以我们应当选择安全食品，有生产日期，有qs号等食品。我想如果我们每一个人都能在买东西前看看生产日期，选择有qs的食品那么就不会让不法商家有可乘之机!

2月6日，中国首次特别设立了食品安全工作高层次议事协调机构——国务院食品安全委员会，成员包括国务院29个部委中的15个。农业部、卫生部、质检总局、工商总局、食品药品监督管理局等有关部门分工协作。

我相信每个人只要不被蒙骗，加上管理局的管理，不法商家就会不攻自破!

虽然我还是一个小学生，可我懂得的关于食品安全的知识可不少呢!比如说不能在小摊上买东西、不能在没有卫生许可证的餐厅吃饭、不能吃过期、变质、“三无”食品、不能吃未煮熟的东西等等。我还知道在购买小食品时，注重查看以下几个方面情况：一是要选择信誉好、质量稳定的知名品牌;二是要注意查看产品包装上的厂名、厂址、食品生产日期和保质期，拒绝购买“三无”产品;三是检查食品和合格、所含的营养成分、色泽新鲜程度;四是注意质价相符，对超低价格的小食品不要购买;五是注重检查该食品的食品商标标志等等。
