今天是来军训的第三天，早晨教练让我们6：10分就在楼下集合，因为今天轮到我们(5)班当帮厨了，帮厨就是去厨房看看有没有什么了，让我们帮忙的，一个班帮两次，我们班轮到早晨和中午，我觉得当帮厨最爽了，不用军训，不用暴晒，还可以休息呢!早上当帮厨比较轻闲，只是放放蛋糕，端端豆浆而已。中午需要干的活可就多了：要洗餐具、洗菜、剥菜……不过有甘甜解渴的菊花茶喝，可真爽!
