下午的第一个节目是拔河比赛，女生先下场，裁判枪声一响，我们班女生使出浑身解数，将对方慢慢拉了过来，最后获得了胜利。接下来是男生，我们的对手是能将对方“秒杀”的乙班。比赛一开始，我们瞬间就被拉倒在地，之后他们就不费吹灰之力赢了我们。

最后来到精采又刺激的团体接力，起跑时我们班原本是第三名，到后面却变成了最后一名，后来还是由本班的大将追到了第四名。

举行闭幕典礼时，我们班拿到五年级组的总锦标，全班都雀跃不已。 运动会落幕了，这次运动会，班上的表现可圈可点，希望明年能再创佳绩。

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

说干就干，我一路小跑到厨房，拿出许多妈妈做饭用的调料，什么醋、盐、豆瓣酱……通通拿出来，我像个大厨一样，有模样地把所有调料和着鱼饲料倒进鱼缸中，还用勺子轻轻搅拌，只见水一会儿呈红色，一会儿呈黑色，最终变成了墨绿色，我高兴地看着自己的“杰作”不一会儿，便累得睡着了。
