今天的训练非常艰苦，我们顶着烈日，一动都不能动。我浑身难受，直想挠，可是不行。还剩最后一小时，我正暗自庆幸，突然，我感到有一点点难受，也说不上是什么感觉。接着，眼前的景物消失了，代替它的是一个个花花的亮点，顿时头晕目眩。我长这么大才知道什么叫“头晕目眩”，这次也算是长了见识。

夕阳西下，一天的训练生活终于结束了!我们疲惫不堪地走回宿舍洗澡。这里没有热水，洗澡水出奇得凉，地面有好几厘米厚的积水，很脏。宿舍里没有空调，睡下去时很热，睡着了又很冷，很多同学都感冒了。我的适应能力不错，很快就习惯了。

今天真累，我刚一躺下就睡着了，但愿明天会更好!

今天是军训的第三天了，因为昨天下雨的原因，今天天气变得很凉爽，军训起来不如前两天辛苦。但教官对我们仍旧很刻苦，我们也很勤奋的地去努力，我们会不断地超越自我，不断地努力前进。

上午，我们进行了军姿训练，像个军人一样努力地去努力培养自己，锻炼出钢铁一样的气势，朝着自己的目标去努力的拼搏，努力地奋进。军训生活虽然每天很辛苦，很艰辛，但我们会一直努力地坚持下去，复习完昨天的内容，紧接着我们又进行了新的训练，学习了如何跑步，跑步是一个军人训练必要要求，虽然非常难练，但我们会认真得跟着教官一步步的学习，去认真完成。

下午，由于下雨的原因，就只军训了一小段时间。下雨以后，我们就回到寝室整理内务，把自己的寝室打扫得非常干净，接着我们就去别的寝室和同学们一起快乐的玩耍和欢唱，我们在一起非常高兴，一起共同成长。
