Yesterday was Tree Planting Day. The teachers asked us to plant trees at

大家都知道社会上人际交往非常复杂，但是具体多么复杂，我想也很难说清楚，只有经历了才能了解。才能有深刻的感受，大家为了工作走到一起，每一个人都有自己的思想和个性，要跟他(她)们处理好关系得需要许多技巧，就看你怎么把握了。我想说的一点就是，在交际中，既然我们不能改变一些东西，那我们就学着适应它。如果还不行，那就改变一下适应它的方法。让我在这次社会实践中掌握了很多东西，最重要的就是使我在待人接物、如何处理好人际关系这方面有了很大的进步。同时在这次实践中使我深深体会到我们必须在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨，不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方，自己先想方设法解决，实在不行可以虚心请教他人，而没有自学能力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。

学校是一个小社会，我们不再是象牙塔里不能受风吹雨打的花朵，通过社会实践的磨练，我们深深地认识到社会实践是一笔财富。社会是一所更能锻炼人的综合性大学，只有正确的引导我们深入社会，了解社会，服务于社会，投身到社会实践中去，才能使我们发现自身的不足，为今后走出校门，踏进社会创造良好的条件;才能使我们学有所用，在实践中成才，在服务中成长，并有效的为社会服务，体现大学生的自身价值。今后的工作中，是在过去社会实践活动经验的基础上，不断拓展社会实践活动范围，挖掘实践活动培养人才的潜力，坚持社会实践与了解国情，服务社会相结合，为国家与社会的全面发展出谋划策。坚持社会实践与专业特点相结合，为地方经济的发展贡献力量为社会创造了新的财富。

一切认识都来源于实践。实践是认识的来源说明了亲身实践的必要性和重要性，但是并不排斥学习间接经验的必要性。实践的发展不断促进人类认识能力的发展。实践的不断发展，不断提出新的问题，促使人们去解决这些问题。而随着这些问题的不断解决，与此同步，人的认识能力也就不断地改善和提高!马克思主义哲学强调实践对认识的决定作用，认识对实践具有巨大的反作用。认识对实践的反作用主要表现在认识和理论对实践具有指导作用。认识在实践的基础上产生，但是认识一经产生就具有相对独立性，可以对实践进行指导。实践，就是把我们在学校所学的理论知识，运用到客观实际中去，使自己所学的理论知识有用武之地。只学不实践，那么所学的就等零。理论应该与实践相结合。另一方面，实践可为以后找工作打基础。通过这段时间的实习，学到一些在学校里学不到的东西。因为环境的不同，接触的人与事不同，从中所学的东西自然就不一样了。要学会从实践中学习，从学习中实践。我们不只要学好学校里所学到的知识，还要不断从生活中，实践中学其他知识，不断地从各方面武装自已，才能在竞争中突出自已，表现自已。

一个月的实习生活，说长不长，说短不短，虽未承担过什么重要的工作，但却也坚守本职，勤于学习，在平平淡淡的忙碌之中学到了许多书本上学不到的东西与做人的道理。社会实践加深了我与社会各阶层人的感情，拉近了我与社会的距离，也让自己在社会实践中开拓了视野，增长了才干，进一步明确了我们青年学生的成材之路与肩负的历史使命。社会才是学习和受教育的大课堂，在那片广阔的天地里，我们的人生价值得到了体现，为将来更加激烈的竞争打下了更为坚实的基础。希望以后还有这样的机会，让我从实践中得到锻炼。实践，不仅锻炼着我们的意志，它更大的作用是丰富着我们的知识，让我们在实践中锻炼成长、磨练成才。

我第一次见到古筝的时候，是在一个琴行。一个漂亮女老师在教一个小孩弹古筝。我听着听着就入了迷，当天我就下定决心要跟这个老师学古筝，也想弹出美妙动听的曲子。

那时的我已经八岁了，正在上一年级。没过多久，我就开始学古筝了，那天下午，我便有了一架属于自己的古筝了。我打开包装，一股木质的清香扑鼻而来，仔细数了数，一共有21根琴弦，还有21个可爱的小琴码，一共分为三大类：高音区、中音区、低音区。

每天写完作业，无论多晚，我都尽量练古筝，如果时间充裕的话，就练四十分钟到一小时左右。功夫不负有心人，经过这几年的勤奋努力，我的古筝终于达到了9级，再过一两个月，我就可以学十级了。

每次弹起古筝，缓缓地划动着细细的琴弦，优美的音符轻快地跳出，让人感到非常舒服，我非常喜欢弹古筝，因为古筝丰富了我们全家的娱乐生活。

印象最深的是我前段时间弹的曲子西游记中的插曲《女儿情》。每当我弹起这首曲子的时候，妈妈都会情不自禁地跟着唱起来，这时候，我的心里都美滋滋的。

我喜欢古筝的原因是因为它让我感到越来越有自信了。现在我的弹奏水平也越来越棒，节假日，我会经常参加老师举办的演出、比赛，每次听到台下的掌声响起时，我都会感到无比自豪!
