“沉重的负担”

——阅读量大了，对语法和单词的掌握必然会更加熟练，通过阅读来理解和记忆单词语法比死记硬背效果好得多。阅读水平上去了，写作水平自然会跟着提高。

在平时，应该多读一些英语材料，这是泛读。不过今天我主要围绕考试来谈，也就是落实到怎么样做阅读理解。我自己做阅读理解可以分为四个步骤，我曾经把这四个步骤教给很多同学，只要能按照这四个步骤做下来的，一两月之内，英语成绩基本都有很大的气色。

第一步，是先看问题。问题下面的选项可以稍微扫一下，不用认真看。这样做的目的是快速了解整篇文章的大概意思和考点。也就是说你把题目看完了之后，基本就知道这篇阅读理解在讲什么了。因为有的阅读文章它的写作方式不是“开门见山”式的，往往会先闲扯两句，然后慢慢的导入主题。很多人上来先看文章，一看开头——看不懂，不知道作者想要说什么，然后就晕了头，后面的内容也就跟着糊里糊涂起来。所以我们先看题目，知道全文大意和考点，即使看文章的时候有些地方看不懂，也影响不大了。

第二步，就是认真的把全文阅读一遍，然后做题。

这前面两部，是我们做阅读理解的常规步骤，在考场上，也就按照这两个步骤来就不错了。完成者前面那个步骤，每篇文章需要用的时间大概是12分钟。

但是，在平时练习中，也这样做收效不大。因为只阅读一遍，看个半懂不懂，糊里糊涂的选择几个选项，然后对一下答案。这样我们花了时间，实际上没有什么收获初一学生英语学习总结初一学生英语学习总结。花了很多时间做了很多英语题目，却还是停留在原来的水平。所以说在平时练习中，既然做了一篇，就要吃透一篇，理解一篇，收获一篇。这样即使在某一篇文章上花的时间多一些，效率却比流水一样的做很多篇阅读理解要高得多。

怎么个多花时间呢?

第三步，要对照参考答案。但是不能简单的知道正确答案就完了。对于自己做错的题目，包括那种没有把握但是“蒙”对了的题目，要认真的对照原文，理解清楚为什么这个选项才 是正确的。这个过程，就是再重新阅读文章和理解题目的过程。

第四步，在把问题都梳理清楚以后。我们要再回过头来认真的读一篇文章，这个时候可以查字典，理解一些生词的意思(注意：不要去背诵没有在课堂上学过的新单词!)在此基础上，保证自己把这篇文章的每一句话都彻底理解了。把每一句话的意思和语法结构都要弄清楚。 这样四个步骤下来，我们对于这一篇阅读理解才算彻底吃透吃通了。这样，本来12分钟就可以搞定的一篇阅读理解，可能要花差不多半个小时。但是，这比我们花半个小时做三篇阅读理解的效果要好得多，因为你真正收获了、进步了。按照这个方法，每天哪怕只做一篇阅读理解的题目，一两个月坚持下来，我们的英语成绩必然会有很大的提高。

在爸爸严厉的训斥下和妈妈温柔的呵护下，在不断与年龄一起增加的题海中，我艰难地游到了十四岁的小岛上。“你长大了，是一个大人了”妈妈这样说道。我这才发现，原来周围的人已经不再把我当成小孩了，我已经长大了。

我天真地以为，长大了，应该可以获得更多的自由。不过，我发现，我想错了。现在——所谓人生最美丽的青春期，我拥有的仅仅是更多的考试，更严厉的教导，大大小小的习题更是蜂拥而至，我如同被压在了无形的大山下，过着“暗无天日”的生活。

为了那些做也做不完的功课与考试，把自己摆在了成绩的方格中，宛若禁锢在象牙塔之中。激烈的竞争压抑着我的奇怪感，为此我已经失去了太多东西。幼时的那份快乐无邪早已荡然无存。

在我长大的同时，挫折也在成长，“再努力吧，再长大一些获许就能获得自由了罢”我这样鼓励着自己。也许前方满是荆棘，但老师说得对，“一分耕耘，一分收获”，相信在不远的将来，我将会得到更多的回报。

我们成长有很多烦恼，所以，我们要在烦恼中成长，在成长中烦恼!

成长的步伐到来了，成长的烦恼也紧随而来。让人整天都笼罩在忧郁中。

“你怎么这么粗心，英语的大写字母写成小写字母;数学不是小数点忘了加，就是死脑筋转不过弯;语文也是，不该错的总是错。……成绩总是没有提高!”从上初一开始，这类话就常常在我心头萦绕。有时候是父母批评的话语，有时候是我的自训，有时候却是妹妹的挖苦。

人生有竞争才会精彩——这是我安慰自己的话。但尽管如此，仍有不少烦恼让我挥之不去：作为一名学生，我告诉自己成绩不能太差;作为女儿，我告诉自己不能让父母大失所望;作为姐姐，我告诉自己要给妹妹一个好榜样……因此，烦恼也就日益增多。

可是反过来想想，如果好成绩那么容易就让我得到，那岂非大失它本身的意义，也失去了人们想要拥有它的欲望吗?这样想想，烦恼固然减少了许多。却有另外一种看法在脑海中形成——这以上的话虽具有一定的道理，但未免太过于幼稚，就有点像吃不到葡萄就说葡萄酸。没有努力争取，好成绩是不会送上门来的。所以，烦恼仍像一个影子，无时无刻都在跟随着我。这也许是庸人自扰，但的的确确，这应该是大部分同学所面临的烦恼。

要解决这个烦恼的办法是学习，学习，再学习。“最近比较烦，比较烦……”我现在终于明白这首歌曲实际上唱出了我们青少年面对学习的烦恼所表现出的无助与茫然。成长的烦恼在不断涌来，希望我们能招架住所有烦恼的“袭击”，学着在烦恼中健康成长!!!

大人们都说少年无忧无虑，可我就有烦恼。我的烦恼是爸爸总是等我做完作业就“吃鸡”，这是怎么回事呢?

这就要从一个电脑游戏说起，以前爸爸没有下载绝地逃生这个游戏的时候，我一做完作业他就会陪我玩，可是当他迷上这个电脑游戏后就不陪我玩了。每天等我做完作业，他就把电脑打开，开始“吃鸡”。爸爸玩游戏的声音很大，关上两个卧室的门都能听得清清楚楚。我每天都在想，爸爸是不是被这个游戏控制了?爸爸是不是不爱我了?抛弃我了?爸爸是不是……我胡思乱想着，想到后面越想越害怕，不敢再想了。想着想着我的眼泪随时随地都会跑出来。

有一天，我对正在“吃鸡”的爸爸说：“爸爸，打完这一局游戏就和我一起做手工好不好啊?”“好好好!等我打完这局!”爸爸回答着。我高兴极了，赶紧去拿材料和工具，想着：“太好了!爸爸终于可以陪我做手工了!”可是当我都准备好了，进房间叫他的时候，他已经开始了第二轮的游戏!我伤心地跑到阳台上默默地掉起了眼泪。第二天，我找爸爸提了同样的要求，可是当我准备好后又看到了跟前一天一模一样的情景，失望的我就默默地走开了。

爸爸只顾着自己玩，不陪我作手工，不陪我玩，这件事让我烦恼不已了好一段时间。后来我有跟爸爸好好地谈过心了，爸爸知道了自己的错误，他答应不会只顾着自己娱乐，也会陪我玩的。爸爸还说我是小学生了，要自己做的事情越来越多，他不是不爱我了，但可能不会像小时候一样总是事事陪在我身边了，因为我长大了要慢慢学会独立。哎呀，怎么办?我好像又有新的烦恼了，这是不是书中说的成长的代价呢?

代沟，简单地说就是不同年龄层次的人因思想观念上的差距造成的心理距离。就象沟一样，隔开了一代一代的人，影响两代人之间的理解和沟通。但是到了新世纪，代沟不仅存在于上一代与下一代之间，而且在年龄相隔10年、8年的人们之间，甚至在大学的高年级与低年级之间，都会有令人惊叹的明显差异。人们常常说，代沟是时间的痕迹，变革的脚步。如此看来，出现代沟是自然的，没有代沟反倒是不自然的，所以，代沟现象也容易被人理解。 但代沟毕竟是困扰交流与沟通的难点，而且容易增加形成偏见和歧视的可能性，代沟两侧的人轻则互不理解，重则抱有敌意，所以我们也要通过种种途径作各种努力来跨越代沟、填平代沟。其实，代沟也并不是一种物理存在，而是一种心理存在，接触，可以让代与代之间曾经断裂的心理联系接续起来，从而达到交流的顺畅和相处的和谐。

承代沟的客观存在，心平气和地对待代沟，这样不仅有助于自己，也有益于他人。

烦恼像一大群大头苍蝇天天缠着我嗡嗡叫，让我一个劲地感到烦、烦、烦!望着手中捧着的书上面复杂的文字和数字、字母，我不由自主地头昏脑胀，四肢无力，眼前又浮现刚才的一幕。

我在书桌上奋笔疾书，埋头苦做作业，“礼拜天，还得去上学呢!”我不由嘀咕。时间一会过去了，好不容易，我攻下了老师布置的作业城堡，还攻下了课余的作业，我站起身，伸了个懒腰，三步并做两步，走向电视旁，开始电视大遨游。

可好景不长，比昙花一现的时间还短。这不妈妈一手叉着腰，一手指着我的鼻子，扯着女高音似的嗓子喊道：“看看，一天到晚就知道看电视，我怎么从没看见你看书呢?告诉你，现在你已经是六年级的学生了，是关键时刻;。不要整天泡在电视机前，一点也不知道学习，去给我看书去!”妈妈刚说完，就在一旁喘着大口的粗气。我嘴里不由嘀咕“我才刚刚看了一会儿，就着副模样!”我假装从椅子慢腾腾起来，眼睛微微向电视望去，余光还死死地盯着电视屏幕，我可不想善此罢休。我要搞“地下活动”，我的速度慢的惊人，一旁的妈妈见我在耍小把戏，大步流星走过来，扯着我“帮”我进房间看书，妈妈不一会儿就把我推到房间看书了。

我一声长叹“唉”，今天虽然是礼拜天，是我们学生放松身心的日子，但是由于父母的望子成龙、望女成凤心切，把我们关在房间看书。学习固然重要，可是我们这些学生也需要自由，需要像鸟笼里的小鸟一样出去透透空气，需要在大自然里、生活里放松娱乐一下，需要……当我望着枯燥的书本时，我在想我的思想也会被关起来吗?我的思维会创新吗?我是否变的像木头一样呆呢?我真想呼吁一声：“爸爸妈妈，还我一个金色的童年!让我茁壮的成长吧!”

埋头苦读也许会让我在父母心中变的更乖巧，可也让我变的机械化。放我出去会儿吧!

My mother is an ordinary woman,who is 1.58 meters tall.With kind appearance

and good manners,you will feel that she is very amiable and noble if you meet

her. As far as I concerned,my mother is always helping our neighbours or

strangers,which makes her gain good honors in our villages.Whenever somebody

needs aids,she will give her hands as much as she can.One day I went back home

to see my mother,but she wasnt in.After some inquiring ,I knew that my mother

was looking after a child whose mother had to work.In my mothers oppions,only

when the sorrounding enviornment is harmonious and people in the society help

each other,we can live a happy life and work happily and effectivel.

Friends are important for us, everyone has their own friends, we share sorrow and happiness with our friends. We are making new friends now and then, but it is hard to find the genius friends, the trust between friends are hard to build. If the trust exists, friends can talk anything, they are willing to show who they are in front of their friends. While if the trust doesn’t exist, the friendship is not real deep, people will ask you when they are in trouble. The real friendship is built on the basis of trust. My best friend will never ask me to do thing all the time, instead, she cares about me, and comforts me when I am upset. That’s a real friend.

朋友对于我们来说很重要，每人认都有他们的朋友，我们和朋友分享喜怒哀乐。我们会时而不时地交朋友，但是交到真正的朋友很难，朋友间的信任很难建立。如果信任存在，朋友间可以讨论任何事情，他们愿意在朋友面前展示真正的自己。

然而如果信任不存在,友情就不会很深，人们只会在他们有困难的时候才叫上你。真正的友情是建立在信任的基础上的。我最好的朋友永远都不会一直叫我去做事情，相反的，她一直关心我，当我感到烦恼时，给予我安慰。这是真正的朋友。
