上周四的月考结果出来了，本班成绩是意料之中的糟糕，从入学成绩来看，我班英语有20几个不及格，这就已经奠定了后来的结果，很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也许，是真的我水平有限，都是从初一接手的新生，差距怎么就这么大呢?

教学反思

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

现在冬天来了，我会告诉你多穿上衣服，可是你说在中学办公室改了作业就会热乎乎，我还在学校用电话提醒你不要过度用眼，可是你总在教室，趁我不注意又在用手机打开微课掌上通，跟家长发信息。

每当我想到这些，我的心就会隐隐作痛，你给予我的实在太多，母亲你该歇歇了。

我烦恼母亲头上的银丝，我烦恼母亲眼角鱼尾纹，我……我在成长快乐的同时，真心希望时光拿起刀时，刻慢些，让我多看看母亲那熟悉的脸庞和为我操碎的心，好让我在她温暖的心窝多睡一会。

烦恼，是每天，每时，每刻都会有的。无论你是谁，无论你身处何地，都会多多少少的有些烦恼。而我，自然也不会例外。

对于学生来说，“作业”便是一大难点，每天放学回到家，整个人便轻松下来了，所有在学校的紧张、无奈，都烟消云散。虽说有作业，但毕竟没有那么压抑的情绪。每天放学回家，都怀着一种轻松、愉快的心情面对“小山”似的作业，刚开始是如此，但随着时间的流逝，这种感觉也逐渐减少，到了最后，剩下的只是痛苦、无奈和烦闷了。唉，写作业真烦啊!每天都是同样的事情，千篇一律的生活：“起床——上学——放学——写作业——睡觉”，一天天的重复，周而复始的在我的生活中上演……好无聊!尤其是——写作业!我真不明白，为什么是学生就得有作业?为什么大人没有作业?为什么?为什么……难道，是学生就应该循规蹈矩的去做事情，每天在老师、家长的监控之下，去做一些让他们感到顺心的事情，没有自由，没有一点自己的空间!我想要解脱!

人有三千烦恼丝，“作业”只不过是一根而已，其实…

自上初中以来，我心里，不知为何，一直不痛快!好没劲!我自认为我是一个不会惹人的人，凡事我都不闹大，但是，本性就是本性，是不会改变的，我忍受不了那些看起来，听起来都让人火冒三丈的事，每当这时，我一直要想使自己忍住，可我发现，一切都只是徒劳，我为什么要压抑自己，想说就说，想做就做，不是我的性格吗?所以，我要释放自己!给自己的神经放个假，好好休息休息，免的引起“神经大条”!

加油，加油，加油!我要把烦恼从我的大脑里彻底删除，删除，删除!

想想，我是一个阳光的小男孩，有关心我的母亲，有那么疼我的外爷外婆，有慈祥的老师，而我的成绩也不差，我还有什么烦恼呢？我虽然有母爱，但我从十岁起，便缺乏了父爱。

当时的画面时常清晰的在我眼前浮现。因为爸爸妈妈的性格不和，天天在吵，天天在闹，这样对我造成了不好的影响。从我懂事起，我便开始劝我的父母，我总对母亲说：“妈妈，您就让让吧！俗话说：退一步，海阔天空。”母亲十分严厉的说：“不行，为什么他不退一步，而要我退。”我又劝父亲说：“爸爸，‘忍一时，风平浪静’，您就别得理不饶人了，如过您真的爱我就别和妈妈吵了吧！”可是我的劝告总是没用，他们整日还是在“战争”当中，我看见这般唇枪舌剑，真让我心酸。就这样，家里的气氛变得僵硬起来，我一再的劝告，可还是没用，他们又开始了“冷战”，互相没有问过，一天几乎没说话。终于，战争到了最极端，母亲提出了离婚，就这样，母亲和父亲离婚了，之后，我一直与母亲在一起生活，父亲也到外地去了，母亲也在外面工作，家中只有外婆外爷照顾我，母亲只有晚上才回家。这样，我的生活中就非常缺乏父爱。每当放学时，我一个人孤零零的走在回家的路上时，看见别的>小伙伴和父母说说笑笑的一起回家是，我的眼睛湿润了，他们好>幸福啊！我十分渴望父亲和母亲和好，只有这样才可以组成一个温馨和谐的家。爸爸，快回来吧！妈妈，原谅爸爸吧！

亲情是爱的象征，一个被爱包围的人，只有拥有亲情，才能算是拥有真的幸福。可是对我来说。幸福只是一个模糊的词语，因为我没有父爱，我想拥有爸爸，想拥有真正的幸福。
