人的一生中不可能总是充满欢乐的，有时也难免会有一些烦恼，我也不例外。

在八岁那年，我渐渐变得粗心起来，总是丢三落四：一会儿忘带作业本，一会儿又没带课本，放学时又忘记把水杯带回家了……因此，常常被老师和爸爸妈妈批评。

我的房间也是乱七八糟的：桌子、椅子横七竖八，抽屉里塞满了各种各样的玩具，到处都散落着我的课外书。由于到处都杂乱无章，我经常会丢东西。有时候，我把作业写完了，手里还握着笔盖就出去玩了，结果一下子笔盖就不知去向。（房间之乱写得很真切）

虽然我的数学成绩很好，但分数却总是在95到99之间。其实所有的题目我都会做，可总是因为粗心丢分：要么是计算结果忘打小数点了；要么就是没看清楚题目，才看了几个字就草草开始答题；或者是忘记写“答”和单位了。为此，我苦恼极了，恨自己为什么不能够细心点，每次总犯同样的错误。

我下定决心要改掉粗心的坏毛病，可它就像魔鬼一样，甩也甩不掉。只要一不注意，我又变得马虎起来。

我把我的烦恼告诉了妈妈，妈妈向我建议：“你可以列一个表格，上面写着需要注意的事项，比如清理房间等。每天照着表格上做，慢慢你就可以改掉这个毛病了！”

说干就干！我列了一个每日五项：

1、每天清理自己的房间。

2、每天晚上对照课程表收拾课本。

3、把抽屉清干净。

4、做题时，要认真读题，最好还要检查一遍。

5、把文具清理好，用完后还原。

我每天都按照这五条做，渐渐地，我改掉了粗心的毛病，我的烦恼也随之烟消云散了。

烦恼，是每天，每时，每刻都会有的。无论你是谁，无论你身处何地，都会多多少少的有些烦恼。而我，自然也不会例外。

对于学生来说，“作业”便是一大难点，每天放学回到家，整个人便轻松下来了，所有在学校的紧张、无奈，都烟消云散。虽说有作业，但毕竟没有那么压抑的情绪。每天放学回家，都怀着一种轻松、愉快的心情面对“小山”似的作业，刚开始是如此，但随着时间的流逝，这种感觉也逐渐减少，到了最后，剩下的只是痛苦、无奈和烦闷了。唉，写作业真烦啊!每天都是同样的事情，千篇一律的生活：“起床——上学——放学——写作业——睡觉”，一天天的重复，周而复始的在我的生活中上演……好无聊!尤其是——写作业!我真不明白，为什么是学生就得有作业?为什么大人没有作业?为什么?为什么……难道，是学生就应该循规蹈矩的去做事情，每天在老师、家长的监控之下，去做一些让他们感到顺心的事情，没有自由，没有一点自己的空间!我想要解脱!

人有三千烦恼丝，“作业”只不过是一根而已，其实…

自上初中以来，我心里，不知为何，一直不痛快!好没劲!我自认为我是一个不会惹人的人，凡事我都不闹大，但是，本性就是本性，是不会改变的，我忍受不了那些看起来，听起来都让人火冒三丈的事，每当这时，我一直要想使自己忍住，可我发现，一切都只是徒劳，我为什么要压抑自己，想说就说，想做就做，不是我的性格吗?所以，我要释放自己!给自己的神经放个假，好好休息休息，免的引起“神经大条”!

加油，加油，加油!我要把烦恼从我的大脑里彻底删除，删除，删除!
