Finally, I will take part in exercises actively and regularly. No matter how busy I am, I will set sometime aside to build my body which is the basic of any other things. Moreover, after doing exercise, I feel so fresh and relaxed that I can put my whole heart in doing something, such as study, reading, thinking and so on. So this is the plan for the new semester and I am sure I can carry it out step by step.

As it’s known to all, China is popular for its emperor of bicycles. This is

because our country is still a developing country and few people can afford

private cars. The demand for a means of transport is met by making millions of

bicycles available.

Riding a bicycle has a lot of advantages over driving a car. First, it is a

physical exercise to ride a bicycle. In contrast, sitting in the car, one tends

to gain weight. Besides, it is much more economical to ride a bike than drive a

car. On the one hand, the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is the annual tax.

However, the annual fees for a car are costly. On the other hand, a bike neednt

be equipped with a parking lot, but a car must. Most important of all, it is

beneficial to the environment to ride a bicycle because the bike doesnt consume

petrol; it is a pollution-free transport. In contrast, the exhaust released by

the car is harmful to the environment.

Since China is a developing country with a large population, bicycles will

still be the most popular means of transport in China for quite a long time.

Most people will still ride bicycles to go to work or to school. The emperor

country of bicycles will remain for at least dozens of years.

汤老师长着高高的个子，圆圆的脸蛋，额上长着两道柳眉，柳眉下嵌着一双明亮而又锐利的眼睛，她还有一张能说会道的嘴巴，一笑起来，嘴瓣儿像恬静的弯月。

汤老师平时对我们的要求很严格。每次学完课写《习字册》的时候，都会要求我们把字写得非常端正，对写的不好的字决不放过，直到写好为止。班里有几个同学的字因为写得太快而有些不好，汤老师就会让他们改过来，使我们都有很大的提高。

汤老师还很关心我们。记得有一次，我有点不舒服，去医务室量了下温度，37.5度，汤老师就跟我说：“如果不舒服，就跟老师说，老师就会和家长说的。”汤老师对我们真的非常关心。

老师，我向您致敬!是您把懵懂的我们领进知识的太空，用您那如歌的声音把爱播种!您像蜡烛一样燃烧了自己，给我们点燃希望的火种，用您那执著热情指引我们打开科学的迷宫!谢谢您，老师!

从我们呱呱落地的那一刻开始，我们便感受到了爱，一种能够带给我们欢乐的爱。但在漫长的岁月中，有欢乐，自然也会有烦恼!看似无忧无虑的我们，生活充满了阳光，然而即便在阳光普照的时候，也难免会出现短暂的乌云。我的生活灿烂明媚，但岁月无可避免地给我带来了成长的烦恼。

打开记忆的闸门，童年的生活七彩斑斓。那时的我对生活充满希望、幻想、憧憬。随着时间的推移，当我迈入初中的大门后，渐渐发现我像一只无拘无束的小鸟突然被囚在笼子里，失去了自由，失去了属于我的那片蓝天。

小学时，我在家里是个娇惯的“小公主”，饭来张口，衣来伸手。但上了初中，一切都变了。科目增多了，作业量加多了，妈妈变得更严厉了，以前和蔼可亲的母亲不知去向。成长的烦恼来自家里。

还记得上次月考因为马虎没有考好。原本属于我的100分悄无声息地离去，取而代之的是惨不忍睹的91分和爸妈苦口婆心的“教育”。所谓“江山易改，本性难移”，要改掉这马虎的毛病有那么困难吗?烦躁而伤心的我泪水滑落到嘴边，让我尝到了苦涩的味道。我看到了天上的流星划过了天际，猜想着星星是否也会落泪?流星好象是星星的眼泪，它和我一起落泪。流星，你为什么也落泪呢?你也有成长的烦恼吗?

每天就是学习，没有太多空余的时间做自己喜欢做的事情。晚上进入梦乡，脑子里还总是浮现出为作业奋战的情景，甚至，梦中还要为第二天的考试拼命复习。有时放学会被留下来补习，偶尔会为回家太晚没时间完成作业所困扰，感觉自己似乎没有自由的时间来独自做自己的喜欢做事情。成长的烦恼来自学习。

生活是一本百科全书，记录着我的花样年华、成长点滴。年华中有苦涩，成长中有烦恼。用恒心品味苦涩，用智慧化解烦恼。我相信，无论是来自家里的压力，还是来自学习的烦恼，都只是暂时的。让我乘上理想的翅膀，鼓起如屈原

“路漫漫其修远，吾将上下而求索”的信心和勇气勇往直前，用自己的力量克服烦恼，奔向成功的彼岸!

My dream home

My dream home is not very large.Its a wooden house. it is near the sea.Id like to have 5 rooms in my home.I have a kitchen ,a bathroom, a sitting room,a studyand my own bedroom. I like living near the sea because it is very quiet there. I can watch the sea and can always play on the beach.

The furniture in my house is all made of wooden.

It is good for our health. I like having a rest in my bedroom.I like listening to music of JJ while Im reading books in my room.I always ask my friends to come here.

唉，这些天在学校，总有一些恼人的事令我焦头烂额，我真想跟妈妈倾吐一下，说说我的心里话。

自从这个学期开始，雷老师就让我们“分组学习”。我们全班共三十五人，六人一小组。有一小组是五人，可这五人小组的组长又偏偏是我。我就来讲讲当这组长的烦恼吧！

烦恼一：人数问题

人家组都是六个人，只有我们组是五个人。每天看着叶谭杰旁边那个空空的位子，我真是，愁啊！

这就算了，可在人数问题上，有一个更深层的问题时常困扰着我：要是我们组其他四个是“高手”，我的这些困惑就不存在了。这四个组员里，只有许文青这个副组长让我省心，其它三个组员，唉，别提了！权钰程，扣分王兼害人精；张宇轩，虽然比权钰程安生点儿，但也不是老实人；叶谭杰，基本上啥都是原地踏步，没有进步。就是这三位“大神”，让我们组永远拿不到“优秀小组”的称号，唉！

烦恼二：组员问题

人数问题时常令我愤愤不平，可组员更让我不能安心。瞧，扣分王权钰程又因忘带数学作业被扣分了。每当有同学跟我讲我们组有同学扣分了，我表面虽然平静得很，可内心却已酝酿好批评扣分组员的话语了。当我看到那个扣分的同学时，我走过去，批评开始了：“怎么搞的？又扣分了。貌似，在我的记忆中，每次都是你扣分……”

我估计，被我批评过的组员已经受够了。（可能在他们看来，我所说的批评就是训斥）

不过，对这类事，我的看法咄咄逼人：如果不是你扣分，我还会批评你吗？

我们组如果有人扣分，他必定会在我批评他时轻声嘀咕：“我不就扣了一分嘛，多大罪孽……”

真希望我们组的组员都能变得很强，争做加分王！

Im a middle school student. I’m upset these days because of my parents. They pay too much attention to my study. I have to report my test results to them every time. If I get good grades they will be happy and satisfied. But if not they will be worried about me, especially my mom. I never want to let her down, but she has made a plan for my future. I am very disgusted with it. I dont know what to do. I know they really love me. I also know knowledge is important for everybody. However, I cant stand they are always making me study. Im really expected they can understand me.
