蚝干粥的做法很简单，首先厨师会把一粒粒蚝干和一整只海蟹放入锅中再加上许多佐料和米饭煮上个十分钟，再捞到碗里就大功告成了，这碗粥因为加入了若干海鲜，所以味道鲜美无比，尤其是那一粒粒乌黑的蚝干和一只大大的海蟹，闻上去就让人“口水流到三千尺”，接下来介绍蚵仔煎。

土笋冻是一种由学名叫星虫的海产加工而成的冻品。传说在郑成功屯兵闽南时，士兵们粮食不够，就学当地百姓用海里挖来的生物土笋(学名星虫)煮汤喝，士兵们觉得很好喝，不仅可以充饥，而且北方士兵到南方的火气还神奇地消除。有一年冬天，将士们因忙于操练，煮好的土笋汤来不及喝，等到凉了变成块才吃，没想到“土笋冻”比“土笋汤”更好吃。于是，美味小吃土笋冻就这样诞生了。

土笋冻的样子仔细一看，倒是别有一番风味:晶莹剔透的外表，里面嵌着白乎乎胖嘟嘟的星虫，让人忍不住想尝尝味儿，再加上调味料芥末、甜辣酱等，给平凡的外表添了一丝美色。
