小吃是厦门食俗的一个重要内容。这不仅由于厦门小吃体现了厦门人的想象力和创造性。其品种的丰富多样，全国罕见;也不仅由于厦门小吃的风味独特，令人难忘;更因为对厦门人来说，小吃既可是点心，亦能作正餐，甚至可以上宴席待客。没有一个厦门人不吃小吃，它已经深深溶于厦门人饮食习俗之中，成为一种偏好，一种习惯，一种民风。对于厦门人来说，那深夜街巷里叫的"烧肉粽"，那马路边骑楼下点着"臭十"(乙炔)灯的煎豆子，便是刻骨铭心的故乡印象。可以说，不了解厦门的小吃，就不仅无法了解厦门的食俗，也无法了解厦门人。

蚝仔粥或蟹粥的功夫，在于米要"粒粒清"，不能煮烂。主要喝稀饭汤。

周六，我和葛汉龙等六位同学，冒雨去斗西路作“厦门特色小吃”的研究性学习活动。

一大早，我们就坐BRT快三线直达斗西路。这是一条厦门的百年老街，街面不宽，但所有的店铺几乎都与“小吃”和“海鲜”相关。街边的鱼虾在水池里活蹦乱跳，各色海产肥美新鲜，空气中飘着浓浓的海腥味。小吃店更是一家挨着一家，川香阁、鱼得水、龙岩牛肉小吃、莆田卤面、厦禾沙茶面、西北拉面、桂林米粉、灌口姜母鸭……光看这些招牌就令人直流口水，何况那些店里还飘出阵阵香味，怎不叫人胃口大开。

我们一行人先踱进一间敞开着玻璃门、明亮整洁的店铺，这就是百年老字号——西门土笋冻。冰柜里冻着许许多多包装好的海产小吃，有海蜇皮、章鱼、土笋汤、土笋冻以及冰冻的沙虫。我们化十元买了十粒土笋冻，端放在桌上。一粒粒土笋冻就像一颗颗晶莹剔透的琥珀，浇上了酱油、北醋、甜酱、辣酱、芥辣、蒜蓉，香气袭人。上面还点缀着几片生菜、芫荽、白萝卜丝、辣椒丝、番茄片，红绿相衬，色彩更加鲜艳。我们迫不及待地将土笋冻送入口中，细嚼慢咽，啊!真是太鲜美、太嫩滑、太可口了!知道我们是做课题学习的，店老板还热情地告诉我们：土笋冻是用产自厦门海边的海星虫，经过熬煮，冷却后凝结而成。难怪会有人说：“不吃西门土笋冻不算到厦门!”

接着，我们又步行到了中山街与局口街的交界处，这里有一家百年老字号——正宗的厦门沙茶面。离店老远，就闻到一股沙茶面的浓香，叫人垂涎三尺。走进店内，一口盛满沙茶汤的大锅正咝咝冒着热气，散发着扑鼻的香味。尽管外面还下着雨，但店内的服务员们忙得满头大汗，才9点多，店里就挤满了人。我们才刚坐定，一碗碗沙茶面就送到了我们的面前。一条条筋道鲜嫩的面条浸泡在香辣可口的沙茶汤里，让我们食欲大开，我们吃得满头大汗，直喊爽快。我正要喝那剩下的沙茶汤时，耳边突然响起了一个陌生的声音，抬头一看，是一个服务员姐姐，她看我们吃得津津有味，便喜笑颜开地说：“小朋友，你知道沙茶面的来历吗?”我摇了摇头。她说：“厦门是一个港口城市，人们的生活中有很多舶来品，沙茶就是一种，其实它是由印尼引进的，原名叫‘沙嗲’，在饮茶成风的厦门人口里，就叫成了‘沙茶’。”听了服务员的解说，我恍然大悟：原来它还有这样一段小吃文化啊!我用舌头使劲舔舔沾满沙茶汤的嘴巴，回味无穷。

吃完沙茶面，我们逛了著名的小吃一条街——局口街(亦称女人街)。它是中山街几条支路最著名的一条。局口街窄，仅可供两人侧身而过，街道的路面崎岖不平，由于下了雨，还有点滑，屋檐上不时还滴落着小水珠，左右两边都是形形色色的店铺。最吸引人的便是那一间间流香溢彩的沙茶烤肉店了!虽然肚子早己填满，但经不住那金黄色烤肉串的诱惑，大家垂涎欲滴，因此又买了几串边走边吃，慢慢挤出了这条厦门最古老、最窄小的街。

当我们坐上了BRT，置身于高楼林立、车水马龙的厦禾路，回望远处被高楼大厦层层包围的老街巷，心里油然地生出了依依不舍之情。雨在淅淅沥沥地下着，车在高架桥上飞驰，低矮的老街巷在雨雾中渐渐淡去……我咽了咽唇齿留香的口水，不免为它的将来担心，我多么希望再过四五十年，当我“鬓毛衰”、“老大回”时，我还能找到这几条百年的厦门老街，还能品尝到这些风味小吃。

By Oct 2009, a large number of Vélib’s initial bikes had to be replaced due to vandalism or theft, according to The New York Times. Bikes were found hanging from lampposts (街灯柱) or thrown into the Seine River.

To deal with these problems, the company came up with the idea of encouraging people to return the bikes to stations by rewarding free time for their next rides.

为了处理这些问题，该公司想到一个办法：鼓励人们将自行车归还至站点，并在他们下次使用时奖励免费用车时间。

Now, Chinese service operators are also trying to address these problems. For example, Mobike sets a 100-point credit score for each user, with points taken in the case of bad behavior. Once a score drops below 80, bike rental is increased to 100 yuan per 30 minutes, up from 0.5-1 yuan.

We are always trying to find the way to success, which stands for power,

pride and glory. There have been strings of stories of success I was told since

I was a child. From then on, I have been fascinated with being successful.

Whatsuccess? Different people have different opinions towards this

question. To start with, some people, such as accountants, workers and so on,

As far as I am concerned, life is short, and we must achieve something

during our life. So I regard striving and working hard important. When comes to

we reap what we sow, it’s the time of success.

Since I was a little child, I was taught that dont give up forever. My mother told me that teaching me how to walk was a tough task. When I just learned how to walked, I fell down frequently, but she or my father never helped me to stand up, because they wanted me to stand up by myself. After fell down again and again, I finally learned walking. My parents were proud of me. Now, whenever I meet with a problem or get into trouble, no matter how hard the situation is, I rarely stop my step, because I have a faith in my mind that the most beautiful view will come in after the highest hill. If you are sure what you do, then you just stick to it. Nothing in the world is easy, so we will always meet challenges in life, but remember one thing that never give up and sunshine comes after the storm.
