肚子已经饱了，可妈妈还在嘀咕：“还是慢慢吃，多吃点，回长沙就没有这些小吃了。”于是，我们又买了一盒麻糍，麻糍是传统美食，已有八十多年历史，它是用熟糯米粉为皮，内包贡糖、外粘芝麻制成。麻糍制作很细致，吃在嘴中不腻，很香甜。

厦门小吃还有咸甜交加的黄金肉松、清香爽口的椰子饼，让人吃得满口流油的鲜肉粽，令人垂涎欲滴的鱼丸，还有风味独特的五香蒜茸花生……

在这个世界上，好吃的食物有千百种，但在我品尝过的食品中，令我最难忘，我最喜欢吃的就是厦门小吃啦!

这个暑假，我们来到厦门旅游，所以有幸品尝到了厦门的小吃。

厦门小吃的口味简直是“天下一绝”，不仅色香味样样都处理到了绝佳的程度，而且最最奇特的地方就是，海鲜众多，有了这么多的海鲜，味道一定很鲜美!厦门小吃主要有：蚝干粥、蚵仔煎、海鲜面、海蛎米线和番茄小章鱼等等，蚝干粥鲜美无比、蚵仔煎的香味扑鼻、海鲜面和海蛎米线的味道更是绝佳，小章鱼吃了就让人胃口大增，这么多的食物，请听我一一道来。

蚝干粥的做法很简单，首先厨师会把一粒粒蚝干和一整只海蟹放入锅中再加上许多佐料和米饭煮上个十分钟，再捞到碗里就大功告成了，这碗粥因为加入了若干海鲜，所以味道鲜美无比，尤其是那一粒粒乌黑的蚝干和一只大大的海蟹，闻上去就让人“口水流到三千尺”，接下来介绍蚵仔煎。

蚵仔煎中的蚵仔其实就是海蛎，首先厨师会把鸡蛋、海蛎、蔬菜和番茄酱放在一起搅拌一下，随后放入锅中煎，不一会儿金灿灿的蚵仔煎就做好了，刚刚端上来的时候，香味扑鼻，仔细观察，金灿灿的蛋黄中夹杂着几片蔬菜和海蛎，再咬上一口，香喷喷的味道在嘴中四溢开来，令人回味无穷!

海鲜面和海蛎米线就不用说了，就是在面条中和米线里加入海鲜和海蛎，也是鲜香无比。

沙茶面是福建厦门一带风味小吃。它色、香、味俱佳，堪称一绝。走进厦门市的大街小巷，挂着“沙茶面”招牌的店铺比比皆是。每个店铺都是人头攒动，挤得水泄不通，生意异常火爆。

我喜欢上沙茶面还要从五年前说起，那是我来厦门的第一天，妈妈问我要吃什么，我就说了河南烩面，但妈妈却神秘地对我说：“我带你吃一种比烩面更好吃的东西。”说着就带我走进了“丽花都沙茶面”的店面。

一进店门，一股香味迎面扑来，馋的我直流口水，看着服务员端着那香喷喷的沙茶面从我面前经过，我恨不得一把抢来一口吞下去。停了几分钟，我点的沙茶面终于端上来了，只见淡黄色的汤里飘着一根根像细丝一样的面条，上面还散落着些许葱花、木耳，用筷子一搅，香味四溢。哇，望着它，我胃口打开，龙卷风一样把他们吃了下去。

我美丽的家乡厦门，不仅有旖旎的风光、美妙的琴音，更有许多让人赞不绝口的特色小吃:鱼丸、薄饼、芋包、五香条等。我最喜爱的要数厦门第一风味小吃——土笋冻了。

土笋冻是一种由学名叫星虫的海产加工而成的冻品。传说在郑成功屯兵闽南时，士兵们粮食不够，就学当地百姓用海里挖来的生物土笋(学名星虫)煮汤喝，士兵们觉得很好喝，不仅可以充饥，而且北方士兵到南方的火气还神奇地消除。有一年冬天，将士们因忙于操练，煮好的土笋汤来不及喝，等到凉了变成块才吃，没想到“土笋冻”比“土笋汤”更好吃。于是，美味小吃土笋冻就这样诞生了。

土笋冻的样子仔细一看，倒是别有一番风味:晶莹剔透的外表，里面嵌着白乎乎胖嘟嘟的星虫，让人忍不住想尝尝味儿，再加上调味料芥末、甜辣酱等，给平凡的外表添了一丝美色。

轻咬一口，还没咬到里头的星虫呢，但外面那冰凉冰凉、有点儿鲜香、犹如果冻般的胶质足已让人回味无穷，甚至产生遐想，这是海鲜味的果冻!再吃一口，星虫那富有弹性的身体在嘴里蹦跳着，舌尖一碰，那鲜香味儿慢慢充满口腔。先是整个舌头尝到了星虫特有的鲜甜味，马上过渡到整个口腔，比刚刚第一口的味道更妙、更鲜了。接着，轻轻地吞着刚刚鲜香的、残余的汁，又能使人陶醉其中:不仅仅是口腔、喉咙，甚至是心肺都可以感觉到那凉凉的鲜香味，实在是美味极了!

到最后，一吸，就把整个土笋冻吸到嘴里了。如果调料加得太多，准会让你辣得直流泪。不过，在被辣的同时，却又感到一股妙不可言的清香软嫩、滑溜爽口，可美味了!即使没加调味料，也不会感到太淡，纯正的海鲜味也另有一番风味。

厦门，就是吃货们的天堂，也是我这个小吃货一直以来向往的地方。终于有一天，随着“轰隆隆”的灰机响，我这个流着口水的小吃货灰向了厦门…… 要说厦门的美食聚集地，最具代表性的就是中山步行街。拐进步行街的一个小巷，扑鼻而来的便是海鲜的腥香，映入眼帘的是一个个精致的小摊和一位位眼中流出享受神情的顾客……

姨父这时已经选好了摊，要了几个大扇贝。扇贝上来了，只见那扇贝里铺着透明的粉丝，粉丝上面是躺着一大块布满蒜末的扇贝肉。咬一口，嫩滑、鲜香，那香浓的味道便经过食道来到胃里，又咸又甜，美味极了。接下来我们吃了海蛎煎，那金黄的鸡蛋里夹着美味的海蛎肉;还吃了土笋冻，看着像果冻，吃起来还能尝到海鲜的鲜美……吃了一大堆美食，我只能挺着“大皮球”回宾馆了……

在厦门，我们还吃了实惠的海鲜(在海鲜馆)，不过今天就不说了，下次再说吧!
