Besides reading in the library,we can also borrow books with library

know the number of people who borrow books from public libraries is increasing

I go to the City Hall library twice a month to read.

I have people here dont protect environment under the condition of reverie: one day, the tree my grandfather in the beautiful scenery in a rest, suddenly to a few people, to prepare for a picnic here. Not for a moment here a beautiful environment becomes dirty, but this a few people or ignored. "The men finally walked" the tree grandpa sad cried, alas! The men got the cigarette butts on the grass, the ground filled with plastic bags, bottle. A few days later the tree grandpa dyspnea died because of bad environment.

同学们，环保知识你们了解多少，知道多少?保护环境是人类有意识地保护自然资源并使其得到合理的利用，防止自然环境受到污染和破坏。现在，地球上环境逐渐遭到破坏。环境遭破坏的原因有许多，有人为原因，也有自然原因。不过大多数是人们乱砍乱伐，乱扔垃圾等因素。

据我从网上了解，自1950年到1980年30年间，全世界有一半以上的森林面积被毁，其中非洲的二分之一林地变成不毛之地。绿色植被是大自然赠于人类的“生命之被”。可是，世界进入20世纪50年之后，人和动物赖以生存的绿色环境遭到破坏，绿色植被正在衰退，全球土壤失量现以增加到每年254亿吨，沙漠化土壤正以每年5-7万平方公里的速度迅速扩展。

1998年时，流经中国大地的长江、松花江等大江大河，失去了往日温柔美丽的笑脸，露出了凶猛恐怖的狰狞。肆虐的暴雨，咆哮的江水，卷起了一次次洪峰，吞噬了一个个村庄，一片片田地，一个个市县，一座座工厂，一所所学校……天哪，这是多么大的损失啊!

近几年，也因为人类大量砍伐树木、破坏环境，使植被遭到破坏，造成了土地沙漠化、水土流失等现象。树木也渐渐减少，于是，二氧化碳无法吸收，大量的二氧化碳使空气变得温暖，就造成了世界上目前出现的状况：温室效应。

园里都总有一处美丽的风景，可现在大家都不保护环境，这才使我们的环境遭受破坏。你看街道上的角落到处都有塑料袋，烟头。小区里的花坛上到处都有脏东西，我们应该保护好我们现在所拥有的一切美好资源。我就在这人们不保护环境的情况下遐想：一天，大树爷爷在一处美丽的风景休息，突然来了几个人，准备在这里野餐。没一会儿这里美丽的环境一下变得脏兮兮了，但这几个人还是置之不理。“这几个人终于走了”大树爷爷悲哀的叫着，唉!那几个人把小草上弄上了烟头，地上掉满塑料袋，瓶子。没过几天大树爷爷因环境不好呼吸困难死去了。

Today, I was so excited because I finally became a high school student,

which meant my life came to a new chapter. On the first day, my parents went

with me to school. They brought my luggage and helped me to finish the

registration. I was so impressed by the slogan that was tagged on the main gate,

which was Help Your Parents Carry Luggage. When I saw those words, I realized

most of us carried nothing at hand, but our parents did the job. We are almost

16 and not a little kid anymore, so it is natural for us to learn grow up and

become independent. Taking luggage is just a small symbol for us to be

independent. We need to complete all the things by ourselves in the following

three years. When we can handle our stuff by ourselves, we are mature.

初中的初二年级是学生最容易产生两极分化的年级，我所担任的初二(3)班，经过一个学期的努力，班级的学风、班风都有了很大的进步，但还存在着很多不足，为作好这学期的班主任工作，特制定如下初二班级工作。

1、第一周召开班委会议，明确具体分工，使班委工作正式运作。

2、及时进行班风校纪的教育，以常规管理为载体，规范学生的各项管理要求，重申学校各方面的要求，防患未然。

3、开展诚信教育和人文素质教育，从学生的吃穿住行等方面入手，养成良好的卫生习惯，同时进一步优化人文素质环境，增强集体凝聚力。

4、开展班级纪律检查值日活动。让每一位同学成为沟通老师和学生的纽带，带头做好老师布置的各项工作。特别是在一些师生之间、同学之间的矛盾化解上起到桥梁和纽带的作用。

5、继续做好后进生工作，稳定、激发同学们的集体主义观念和积极上进的学习自觉性。

6、继续开展写周记、日记活动，征求同学们的意见，及时把握学生的心理状态，做到和学生时刻保持心灵上的沟通。

7、划分交叉管理小组，实施“网络管理”制度，做到人人监督管理，人人接受管理，创设民主监理的班级管理氛围。

8、以学习委员为核心，以各科课代表为主的自习课和午间自主学习活动，开发学生的学习自主性和创造力。

9、充分利用课余时间办好黑板报和学生的小报活动

10、制定适合班级实际情况的各项管理制度，进一步约束同学们的思想行为。

11、尝试实施值日班长制度

12、倡导在班级工作和学习中大力实行《中学生一日常规活动》，培养竞争意识，开发创造力。

13、严格请假制度，坚决杜绝私自外出。

14、大力加强安全教育，时时处处讲安全，以防为主，同家长经常取得联 ，防止各类事故的发生。

15、充分利用考试的杠杆作用，每次考试结束要求每一位学生写出考试的得与失，查找经验与不足，并列出整改和下次考试的目标。

16、开展心理健康教育，增强学生的心理品质，摆正学生的同学交往观念，确保主要精力放到学习上。

17、做好“双差生”的工作和重点学生的家访工作。

18、对学校布置的各项工作不折不扣的完成。

19、坚决服从学校的管理，并教育学生令行禁止，有问题时可以通过正当的渠道进行逐级汇报妥善解决。

20、做好班费的公开明细工作，严格班费使用制度。

21、采取有效的措施，杜绝学生进网吧。

2、经常进行班级工作和各项计划的调整以更好的做好班级各项工作，使班级各项工作得以更好的开展。

23、要通过“班级日志”及其他途径做好与各任课老师的沟通工作，协调各方面关系，做好学生工作。

初二(3)班虽然教学秩序稳定，但由于有些学生过于活跃，在管理方面也有一定的难度，在教育和班级管理过程当中难免会出现一些意想不到的事件，这样就要求自己在班级管理过程中不断学习，沟通与外界的联系，跟上改革与发展的脚步，树立信心，鼓足勇气，以更好地开展班级管理工作。
